Not the best Neighborhood, Bit Far from Newark Pen Station,UBER USD 8 to 20/ House is Clean and Neat

This is a renovated OLD house which has multiple rooms in each floor ( 2 floors ) with 1 shared bathroom for all residing in each floor. From outside you cannot imagine how clean, neat and comfortable place is. Well maintained and managed. Really good caretaker resides at location.

Area is not the safest after 6pm, lot of homeless people. - House is old hence no elevator, so all bags have to be dragged up. - Not recommended if travel by BUS. - Main door of house is always open till about 10pm, which is not the safest option. - 2nd floor kettle did not work, but all other items worked fine. - Newark Penn train station is closest, costing USD 8 to 20 in Uber depending on time of day. - Grocery close by, but not open late. Wendys and apple bees is closest food outlets and a gas station with convenient store. - 2nd floor rooms were very small..barely room to move around with bed. - There is a major supermarket close by similar to Wallmart, suggest to buy food, water etc and store as daily food outing is not advised or cheap as all in UBER. If comjng after 8pm, buy something from fast food places as all other places closed. NOTE: THIS was surprising, when you pay at property, there is a extra charge for credit cards, AND USD 10 refundable deposit for room keys.

Good time!

Sister was extremely understanding when it came to a miss communication on our end. She gave us cancellation free of charge and always had a lovely attitude.

There was a slight misconception on what I booked vs what I arrived to. I would highly recommend if you are traveling with a partner or solo.

Host was super nice and supportive. Allowed a very late check-in which was caused due to delayed flight.the room was clean and quite.very close to NJ TRANSIT route to navigate arround. Thank you so much

Paradise, Sweet Rest/Sleep😴

The staff greetings was outstanding. I loves how they read the people's before finalizing the sales to make sure that no problems are in the building. The room was big & constable. Big kitchen & secured.

It was a great place for what I needed it for. The management was accommodating.

I liked that the property was close to everything I needed (shops, food, etc).

The room did not have a keyed lock on the door, and only one garbage can on the whole floor which was in the bathroom (4 bedrooms on the floor), people from other floors used the bathroom on the floor I stayed on so had to take a shower on different floors, no pots or pans to dook anything dispute having a full kitchen. There were issues with the wifi, but that was sorted out.

Never ever stay here, rather pay more elsewhere!

Nothing, this place should be reassessed in terms of standards to be listed as an air bnb. No traveler must feel angry and disappointed like i did. I rarely write reviews but I am because of the bad experience i had and know this review will help someone. This dilapidated house had dirty broken floors and walls. Bedding in my room was brown and smells. The staircase is like a time bomb awaiting to explode! I arrived at midnight due to a delayed flight and shocked on arrival the state of this place but i had no options at that time. When i tried to sleep on top of the cheap bed, I heard funny sounds and i noticed rats in the room and called and woke up the owner and requested a refund and she could not fully refund me and i left at 3.30am. Don't say i did not warn you. I have a full video of rats and pictures of this property and would like to escalate this matter.

i like the room it was a good space for 2. the living room was so nice !

the staff just did to much for me ! i payed for two people with card , but i didn't know i had to pay for a visiter that was waiting for the ride in the house so i was upset didn't get the whole time

Loved it.

Staff were very helpful!! Very sweet! Let me check in super early.

Just was a little uncomfortable with so many people coming in and out. Still was a cool place to stay but I wouldn’t do it with my little one again.
