OVERVIEW: Enjoy your next beach vacation in this new bi-level single-family home with five bedrooms (includes loft/landing), 3 1/2 bathrooms, and sleeps 11 comfortably. This home boasts a fabulous open floor concept with 10-foot tray ceilings, a butler's pantry/bar area, a fantastic kitchen that will satisfy all home chefs, and a sitting area/office area available for those working vacations. Spacious patio with comfortable seating overlooking the community pond. The primary bedroom is on the 1st level with a double vanity, soaking tub, and a huge custom tiled shower ensuite. Two additional bedrooms, a powder room, and a full hall bathroom. The 2nd level offers a spacious landing/loft area with three double beds, a primary bedroom with ensuite, and full hall bathrooms: Central AC, gas grill, and laundry room with full washer & dryer. This home's decor and builder details will please any family looking for a beach vacation.
LOCATION: Located in Ocean View Beach Club in Ocean View, DE. Only 1.5 miles from Bethany Beach boardwalk and ocean. The Guy Street Kayak and Paddleboard Boat Launch are located less than 1/2 mile from the Ocean View Beach Club community entrance. This ramp provides immediate access to the 97-acre Assawoman Canal that connects to the Indian River Bay on the north end and the Little Assawoman Bay to the south. Part of the Delaware State Parks, this gorgeous waterway stretches over 3 miles and connects to the Bethany Beach Canal, providing water access to the nearby Salt Ponds and Bethany Beach.
PARKING: Private driveway for three cars and double garage. *No recreational vehicles are permitted.*
AMENITIES: The guest fee is $35 per guest per week. It is located in amenity-rich Ocean View Beach Club, only 2.5 miles from downtown Bethany Beach. Guests can enjoy the many amenities offered by Ocean View Beach Club. A large community pool, billiards, sauna, clubhouse, and beach shuttle exist. There is a fee per person for using the amenities. The multipurpose sports court near our outdoor pool is a great place to get together with friends and family. The court is designed to suit several sports, including but not limited to basketball, pickleball, and tennis. Courts are available on a first-come, first-serve basis but can be reserved for pick-up games or events. Offering a resort-level experience, the outdoor pool has something for everyone. As you enter the patio and sundeck, you'll be greeted with plentiful shaded seating, well-manicured gardens, and access to community walking trails and sports courts through an elegantly fenced footpath. Luxury spa-inspired with head-to-toe wellness in mind, our sauna, steam, and massage rooms are in the men's and women's locker rooms. Upon entering each room, guests will find spacious lockers, private bathrooms, and a private shower. Walking further down the locker room corridor, you'll enter an area hosting a private sauna, steam room, and massage suite. A shared co-ed hot tub completes the five-star spa feel between the two locker rooms. The Ocean View Beach Club fitness center is designed by leading industry experts and equipped with state-of-the-art cardio and strength-training machines.
Equipment Includes, but is not limited to:
• The Synergy360 and an extensive dumbbell and adjustable bench selection to accommodate a variety of strength and core training programs
• Strength machines from Life Fitness, such as a chest press, leg press, and adjustable pulley

The home was perfect for our family. The large open floor plan allowed for supervision of the kids while we prepared meals and get ready for the beach. The office space provided privacy for those who had to check in for work.

We just got back from a week long vacation. We stayed with my dad, my two sisters and their families and mine. The home was clean, everything worked, the kitchen was well stocked, and it’s much more spacious and open than the pictures online. The loft was perfect for my kids and their cousins. The neighborhood was friendly and we were pleasantly surprised to find the back patio screened in. The home was really nicely furnished and lots of laughs were had and memories were made on the patio and in the spacious kitchen. We all decided we need a butlers pantry in our homes! Really the only con was the drive to the beach but there were lots of options. Would highly recommend. Never had to talk to the property manager because there were no problems.

My family and I rented this property from 8/6-8/13. The home was very nice, spacious and was in a good location. Unfortunately, the positives are few and do not outweigh the negative experience we had with Re/Max, who is the host. Upon arrival, there were 2 cleaning people in our home still cleaning. Check in is at 3pm, we arrived at 530pm. They stated they had only been there for an hour, and continued to be there for an additional hour and a half after our arrival. They asked us if we wanted them to clean the floors, to which we said yes. They proceeded to only clean the entryway flooring and part of the living room area with a light mist and swiffer. The floors and entire house was filthy. We found dust and hair balls, the comforters provided were not laundered, some of the furniture was stained, the kitchen mats and entryway mat were stained. Living in a time during covid, I would think cleanliness would be a top priority and it was not. There was also trash bins full of garbage in the garage that left a disgusting smell. Trash pick up is once a week on Monday, meaning we would have to wait 2 days to get rid of the trash (we came on a Saturday). Lastly, the kitchen sink was clogged, not draining and the garbage disposal was not working. We decided to call Re/Max to let them know of the issues we encountered on our first day there. Lauren Price was the Re/Max agent that returned our call and she was far from empathetic, professional, or helpful. For the clogged sink, she offered a repair man who did come the same day and fixed the issue. During our interactions, Lauren was constantly speaking over me, she was not apologetic at all for our inconvenience. She was not flexible about a later check out time, or offer any other kind of assistance. She send the cleaning company back the next day to continue to clean the house, which at that point we declined for multiple reasons 1) All of our belongings were already settled and we did not feel comfortable having them there while we were out 2)We did not want any more of our time imposed on by the cleaning company 3)We had already bought cleaning products ourselves to clean the floors and bathrooms, since we have young children in our party. Please be advised that all Re/Max cares about is their contract, and not customer satisfaction. If the agent had a more professional and empathetic we would have been more understanding, however her cold and contractual manner made this very uncomfortable.

Pool was 2 houses down - super close and resort like Only one pass - would have like 2 since we were multiple families There is a $35 pool/ amenties fee per person which wasnt listed on the listing . Not a big deal but would have liked knowing a head of time . Beach is 1.5 miles to 2 different beaches , liquor store & grocery store super close as well Was a great find. Loved this home

Beautiful home

Beautiful home! Lots of space for everyone while lots of areas to enjoy being together as well. This was perfect for our large family. Everything was spacious and worked like a charm. The washer and dryer are huge and perfect for keeping all the beach and pool towels clean. To note we were a bit disappointed the beach shuttle mentioned only actually runs on weekends. We had planned to use the shuttle so had to change plans which wasn’t a problem just unexpected. The home is right around the corner from the community center and it made pool trips easy. Loved the home and would definitely would recommend to others.
