About this house rental

Recently remodeled single family home ,two bedrooms, two baths. Sleeps 6, I king size bed in master ,1 queen bed in 2 nd bedroom with twin pull out underneath , couch in living room pulls out . Blackout shades throughout house. Cozy, farmhouse style, fully equipped kitchen. Modern baths, master includes custom shower with dual heads and custom tile work , while the guest bath also features custom tile work, along with an extra deep tub. Incredible kitchen for hosting gatherings. Nice size, fenced in yard. Safe location, near airport and downtown. Elementary school less than 2 min walking distance. Close to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions; trail system. 5 min walk to Fish creek trail. Less than 3 miles to Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. Several coffee shops within walking distance. High speed Internet included. Washer and dryer on site. Chest freezer available. Ample Parking, up to 5 vehicles.

We had to bring our friends and their kids to the airport to fly home, and having us all stay at one place was perfect!!! It was homey, spacious and perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay here the night before our flight. Not far from the airport. Beautifully remodeled. The neighborhood is being upgraded- some homes still kinda run down - but no problems for us. We would recommend!

The house was great and very clean! Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was great. The neighborhood was very sketchy. Would have been a 10+ if it were in a different location. We would stay there again though. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfectly located between the airport and railroad depot for several day trips from Anchorage. Comfortable home with all the amenities including a Nespresso machine. The blackout shades were much appreciated!

Inside of the house is completely redone and looks great. We had a super short stay, but enjoyed the house. Have to say, the neighborhood doesn’t give you a good vibe. That said, we didn’t have any issues.

If you’re coming to Anchorage, definitely stay here. Very conveniently located in quiet neighborhood. Home has everything you could need to make your stay enjoyable. I had a problem with my email & host sorted it out immediately. Very responsive in communication. Highly recommend.

This house was immaculate and large enough for five adults. It is nicely finished and had everything needed for a great stay. Located minutes from downtown and restaurants. We loved our stay and especially appreciated the owner’s responsiveness to our questions. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

Great house in the heart of Anchorage, great for groups of 5 or less. Interior was nicely renovated, beds were clean and comfortable, and two bathrooms is a plus. Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed, perfect for cooking meals. Would definitely stay again!

It was a lovely place to stay. It had everything we needed. It was close to restaurants and the airport. The only suggestion would be to have things in the bedrooms to set your luggage on.

The interior was very attractive, comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was great - especially the Nespresso machine! The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house which made for privacy. The bathrooms have very nice showers and plenty of nice towels and bath products. The small throw blankets were appreciated, as well as the blackout shades. It is very quiet inside. The location was very close to restuarants and shops. We walked the neighborhood quite a bit and enjoyed it. The host was responsive and helpful.

This cute house has everything you need. Beds are super comfortable, showers are great, and the kitchen is well stocked. It’s super clean and well maintained and the property owners are very nice. 10/10 would stay again!

We booked for two nights to explore Anchorage. The house was extremely nice and well maintained. Couches and beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and well stocked with any thing you could need. Location was wonderful for restaurants & stores. Our favorite breakfast spot, Sami's City Diner, is less than a 5 minute drive. Absolutely would recommend staying here!!!

This place was great! It’s located between the airport and downtown Anchorage so very convenient for coming and going. The whole place was recently renovated and very nicely done. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group of two couples so we each had our own separate spaces. The living room was big and the kitchen was well appointed with new appliances and all the pots and pans needed for cooking in if you wanted. The place was very clean and well kept. We would definitely recommend the place and would stay the the next time we visit Alaska.

The property was very clean and looks just like the pics. Plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer. I would recommend coming to the house first before you go shopping. There were 3 adults so there was plenty of room. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Anchorage. It’s only about an hours drive to Whittier, the Alaskan Conservation Center (a must see) and the Alaskan Helicopter Tours. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Anchorage. Thank you for making this a very memorable occasion. Oh, and we saw a male and female moose on the way to the airport.

This is indeed a beautiful house. Not only was it clean and comfortable, everything we needed was there. Even things we didn’t think we needed. I appreciated the aleve in the bathroom cabinet when I arrived with a headache after a long day of travel. There were ample towels and blankets. All the furniture and linens were high quality.

House was perfect for our 2 night stay before cruise. We were happy there is laundry facilities so we could get everything washed up before our cruise. We had rented a car and spent a couple of nights near Denali and enjoyed the park. Did the Anchorage Trolley, Ulu knife factory, Potters Marsh and Earthquake Park. Good food at 49th State Brewery and Moosetooth Pizza. Just a great house and we thank you for it!

The house is a Diamond in the rough. The outside has been recently painted and the inside completely remodeled. It is very nicely done. The neighborhood appearance might make you question your choice but this house is a gem.

We enjoyed our stay in Anchorage. Bee was easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It also had a couple of unexpected amenities such as a full sound setup on the living room TV and an Amazon classic Bluetooth enabled speaker. My husband appreciated these features. The house was also close to downtown Anchorage and good restaurants. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Our group of girls had a bachelorette party weekend here. The space was very clean, everyone complimented how home-y and relaxing our stay was! We especially loved the nespresso. Our host Bee was quick to respond and accommodating. If I’m in the area I will definitely choose this place to stay again!

This house is newly renovated on the inside. It is beautiful and very clean. I initially reserved this house because it was an affordable option near the Anchorage airport for our last night in Alaska. It was a lot cheaper than getting 2 hotel rooms. This home exceeded our expectations. Bee was great to work with. She was very accommodating in allowing for a late checkout when our flight was changed from early morning to late night. We stayed in 7 different vrbos in Alaska at all price ranges and everyone agreed that this home had the best showers of them all. It also had the best TV by far. The coffee and espresso makers and supplies were a nice bonus. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was close to shopping and restaurants. Rent this house, you won't be disappointed!
