This comfortable North End Retreat is perfect for any guest looking for that 5 star experience. Centrally located in one of Boise’s finest neighborhoods. You will enjoy a gorgeous treelined street perfect for walks. Only a 10 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride (we’ve included four adult bikes, free to use!) to Hyde Park (a three-block neighborhood village filled with restaurants, bars, retail shops, toy store and ice cream parlor).

NOTE: This property requires stairs to access and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
Parking is located on the street in front of the unit. There is no on premise parking, but typically very available right in front of the house. Find a spot and park for your entire stay and use our free bikes to get around!

5. "No pets" policy must be observed.
6. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the unit.
7. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
8. Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Idaho, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Idaho or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
HOLD HARMLESS
Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

Home was the perfect size for our family and the owners had left many amenities at the ready for our stay. With the Boise Co-op just down the street a few blocks, we had everything we needed for our stay within walking distance. Great place!

This little house was wonderful. Surprisingly roomy. The back yard was beautiful! And the location couldn't have been better to walk to restaurants, park, and trails.
The best part was the host (s). All questions were responded to immediately. I would definitely stay here again. And again.

This was hands-down, the best VRBO stay we have had! The kitchen was so well stocked, they had everything super neat and clean! They even shared a box of chocolates with us, such a sweet touch! It was perfect! Highly recommend!

Myself and two co-workers were in town for a conference and stayed here for 3 nights. The location was great with it being an easy straight shot to walk to the conference center in 10-15 minutes. Parking was on the street but we didn't have any trouble getting a spot right in front of the house. The upstairs bathroom is on the small side but has a big shower and the downstairs bathroom was roomy. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a short walk to a convenience store if we needed something. The home was clean and comfortable.

We stayed at this house for 3 nights and 4 days. We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very well stocked with all the necessary supplies to make our stay stress free and enjoyable. It felt like we were home, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Recommend this place 100% for a nice, safe stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is just as described and has everything you need to feel at home. Truly comfortable and clean all the way around. Great communication and easy checkin and out. We didn’t walk , because of the weather, but is really close to downtown and in a great location. Thank you for sharing your home!

Keith’s place offered everything we needed for a very comfortable long weekend. We cooked, watched football, hung out and had lots of walks. The house was delightful.

Some friends and I rented this home for a long weekend in Boise. The home was clean and had good amenities. It was a great location, able to walk or take a quick Uber to a lot of excellent bars/restaurants/shops. 10/10 recommend.

We had a wonderful visit with our granddaughter who is attending Boise State. We have stayed in several VRBO‘s while visiting her and this is one of our favorites. The house was just so sweet and the location could not be better. A tree lined street close to 13th St. shops and coffee houses. perfect. But the best of all was Keith’s positive interactions. We really felt like he wanted us to have a wonderful time and we did.

To start with the location is ideal....close to the historic district and downtown as well. Everything met and generally exceeded what was promised in the listing and there were a lot of personal touches added by the owners. If you are lucky enough to get a chance to rent this property you need to. We will be back.

Hit the Spot
The owners are very communicative. Welcome you with a beer and the bikes were a huge hit with the teenage boys. Great North End location close to DT and Hyde Park. Backyard is a good size and the outdoor table is great w Umbrella up (especially for coffee in a.m. or evening beverage).

Great place. Convenient to Hyde Park, Camelback park but quiet little neighborhood. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant place to stay.

We didn’t cook (enjoyed the restaurants nearby!) so I can’t speak much to the kitchen but we found everything we needed including a baby gate and plastic cups for the kiddos. The neighborhood was quiet and very cute and we really liked walking to get coffee in Hyde Park or a short trip downtown for dinner. We only had one nice day of weather, but we enjoyed having a glass of wine at the table outside. We have family in Boise and we plan to stay here again soon!
