This new build is a delight to come home to after a day spent splashing in the surf and relaxing on the beach, offering an outdoor shower to rinse away any lingering sand, a washer/dryer to take care of the swimsuits and towels, and central air-conditioning for ultimate comfort. Framed by wall-to-wall windows that showcase the water views, the beautifully appointed interior has a coveted open layout. Create crowd-pleasing recipes in the well-equipped kitchen - complete with a full suite of appliances and bar seating - then serve special meals at the large dining table. Two seating areas in the living room provide ample space to spread out and watch TV. Extra perks include an in-home elevator, a luxurious primary suite with two balconies, and three guest rooms offering direct balcony access.

The house was very nice, plenty of space and the elevator is also a nice addition. The walk to the beach is a little far but it’s nicely located midway between beach access 1 and 2. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a very well-stocked, clean, and beautiful home! By far, one of the best we’ve ever rented. The only downside was the walk to the beach. Part of the access between houses was through very thick sand. It would have been hard to carry stuff through it, for our older guests. We had to drive to the access and unload. Other than that, we were very pleased.

This house was perfect for two families with teens. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. The layout is perfect for large gatherings with family and all the decks have beautiful views. Would rent again!

The home is large and is 4 floors, too 3 are the living spaces. There a tons of steps. Tons. From prior reviews, it was clear that the elevator had not been working recently. So we weren’t surprised when we arrived and it was not functional. Vacasa, who is the rental manager, came by on their own accord a day or 2 in to check in on the elevator (although we hadn’t said anything to them.). After a few days and a couple people in and out, they got the elevator working. It turns out that one of the cleaning crew had probably accidentally flipped the switch inside the elevator from run to stop. Just an easy thing to check if you don’t have a working elevator. See review on VACASA site- Left a detailed review there. Home is managed by vacasa but we rented though VRBO because the price for the week was the best. Overall a positive experience and stay.

When we arrived at the property at 5 pm on check-in day and the home hadn't been cleaned and it took several phone calls to get someone to respond about getting a cleaner there. They asked us to drive around and get something to eat and they would reimburse for $25. The home wasn't done until 9 or 10 pm and Vacasa refused to refund us for the day. I will never rent from Vacasa again but the home was beautiful.

Location was great. Lots of space. Clean. The elevator did not work. Son got stuck on it. Be aware if you use it. Vacasa did nothing to help us. I think the elevator is a hazard.

This was a very spacious and nice home. The decor was very nice. The beds were good quality! I love that each room has a balcony. The elevator was a lifesaver. We were steps from the beach. I loved the sunrise and sunset views. Not to mention a great location!

This home was wonderful. It was extremely clean, spacious, and we loved the updated appliances. The thermostat to regulate each floor was incredible as we have many different types of sleepers! Definitely will be coming back!

Short walk to the beach front. We went for 4th of July weekend and the 4th floor balcony, which was taller than most other rooftops, had a fantastic view of all the firework shows going on towards the townside. Inside the house is very nice, and has modern appliances. Kitchen has the necessities in terms of utensils and cookware, has a hose nozzle for the sink, ice dispenser, and garbage disposal (big plus). Contains some beach equipment. Outside shower and separate hose was great for getting sand off. Elevator was not operational and was locked, but I personally didn't need it anyway. Water flow in showers will drop dramatically if multiple people are using showers. Laundry detergent was supplied, but not dish detergent. Only one kitchen trash bag provided for 8 people for 3 nights. Overall would definitely stay here again, but would have to bring some extra stuff from home.

Lemon-cello was the perfect relaxation spot for our girls' trip! Beautiful home with amazing views and just steps from the beach. We couldn't soak up enough of this gorgeous home! We'll definitely be back!

The home is roomy. The elevator helps with bringing all our stuff in and out. We were a group of 8, and cooked all our meals. We managed but would recommend the home purchase a colander and many more essential cooking tools for the kitchen. A outside grill would be nice, and a set of corn hole boards or a beach buggy. A bit pricey for 2 days but we enjoyed the time together.
