La barra
El estacionamiento era un gran problema y no tenian buen acceso en las maletas

It’s furnishing and decorative styles are unbeatable.
The color theme of my room is dark. There is a lack of facilities. I couldn’t find a larger trash can anywhere in the hotel. The room is too small for those who is planning to do some leisure work or use a laptop for whatever reason.

The furniture and the location and the staff 💗

The property is really lovely. So many unique details. Really comfortable beds and very charming way of creating a wardrobe/hiding the television. Especially appreciated the heavy curtains that covered the slatted blinds - other hotels on our trip had the same blinds, which absolutely do not block out the light, so we couldn’t sleep in those places. The curtains over the blinds were just the right solution for light/privacy.
A couple of disappointments: in the morning, we were up early and went down to breakfast, but they had no breakfast. It was unclear whether they had run out or what had happened (also, poor communication), but we had planned the start of our day around that, given that there wasn’t an easy option nearby.
Parking during the day was easy at the lot caddie corner to the hotel, but when we asked for advice on where to park overnight, the man at the front desk directed us to another lot nearby that felt very unsafe - there were no lights, no security, no cameras, no view from the street. If I had been alone, I’d have been angry to have been sent to a dark, deserted spot at night.
The speakeasy is adorable but was SO loud. We left because the decibel level made it unpleasant and impossible to have a conversation.

The gorgeous, camera-ready bar, lives up to the hype. Every member of staff we spoke with tried to be helpful and had great attitudes. There are some aesthetically beautiful pieces throughout the hotel and rooms, but it's just not a comfortable place for a long stay.
Ulysses sacrifices comfort and luxury for the look of things. The teeny room had so little storage that for a couple, each with their own bags, we were constantly stepping over and around our bags. The rooms are ridiculously dark and even in daylight shrouded by blinds and heavy curtains that can only be lifted to a degree. The television is set in an odd cloth-bound armoire situation that you can only see from the one small chair in the corner. The bathroom, with its black porcelain pieces, was not clean and housekeeping is supposed to come every day, but did not, and when they did left garbage in the room, the bed half-made, no toilet paper refilled. There are no house phones in the rooms so you have a number to text -- it worked ok for when we had a non-urgent need, but it did take an hour or more to hear back. In general, Ulysses might be great for photo shoots but its just not a comfortable luxurious hotel.

As far as I know breakfast was not included. It would have been nice to know if that was the case.
For a business trip for one week having no « real table » to work on a computer was a bit a « back breaker ».

Staff was friendly. I had one meal there, and it was good.
The room was too dark. The lighting was grossly inadequate. Also, the AC seemed to be controlled centrally, and it randomly shut off, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. The staff corrected the issue, but it happened again.

Gorgeous interior design, very accommodating staff
Our room’s carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, and there was little to no hot water (this may have been a city utility issue? But wish we had been informed)

The design is really cool and unique. It also smells really good. The staff were super nice and accommodating.
The rooms are on the small side. But the design and layout are well thought out.

It was unique .
It was too small the room, no bath tub , toilet was completely separate, ac unit in room was very old , the room had no space, the bed wooden wood frame extends out and you have to watch your shin as I hit a few times.
There should be a courtesy water bottles in the room. One should not be paying for the water bottle,or extra condiments that are in the tray and awaiting to be charged if one uses them.
The pictures of the hotel room were different then the room itself .

Beautiful building with lots of character, comfortable bed and really friendly staff
The room and hotel in general was soooo dark, it hurt my head! I appreciate the vibe they were going for, but it would have been nice to have the option of normal lighting if we wanted it.

Very good interior design, and it combines well with modern technologies. The restaurant there is exceptional, and the price is not sky-high. The staff are friendly and responsive. There was a tiny issue during my stay, but it was perfectly resolved in a timely fashion.
I'm not familiar with Baltimore's municipal building codes, but I don't think the main entrance is ADA-compliant. At least there should be a ramp (even if it's steep) to make it easier for heavy luggage.
EV drivers, be careful! Their valet parking doesn't provide a charging station. The closest one will be a 10-min walk away.

I loved everything

The bathroom was well decorated, however the lighting was poor, making it hard to apply make up.
Terrible lighting. The room was quite dim. No overhead lighting. The bedside light and second side table light had the equivalent of refrigerator lightbulbs. I went down to the front desk to get additional lighting however they only had one small lamp, maybe 25-40 watt equivalency, available. All others had already been sent to other rooms due to other patrons asking for better lighting. My friend had to use her iPhone as light to use the remote for the TV. Overpriced for its value.

I thought the hotel was incredibly charming, from the blue leopard print carpet in our room to the custom canopy bed and matching closet. The devil is in the details, and this place absolutely nails the luxury and comfortable charm that the designers are going for. I will definitely be recommending a stay to others, as the staff were courteous and helpful, the room was beautiful, and the lobby and bar, Blooms, were so well-crafted.
Two small qualms: the toilet is slightly too tall to get proper position for ideal bowel movement; and the restaurant, Ash Bar was understaffed and overseated during the Sunday brunch, which is when you would expect that they would have ample support. Try as they might, they forgot parts of our order and apologized constantly - hard for a weekend brunch which is so well advertised and priced for a luxe experience.

The room was unique and upscale. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.
All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, shoutout to Tia at the front desk!
Good at Ash bar was yummy, drinks at Blooms on bingo night was fun!

The location was great. The suite was just splendid. The linens were comfortable. The towels were plush. The staff was pleasant and responsive. I hope to be able to spend time at the bar next visit as everyone seemed to be really enjoying themselves when I arrived.
The bathroom product's scents are a bit strong. I had forgotten my own soap and the scent of their soap did play well with my lotions, deodarent, etc.

I like the location (near the Penn Station), the restaurant, and daily housekeeping.
I wanted to go to the bar for some beers but I was directed to the restaurant instead by a staff guy and felt he didn't allow me to go to the bar (I thought there was a party at the bar). The toilet and shower are in separate areas inside the room.

Fabulous interior design. Great restaurant and bar on site.
Walls are thin. Could hear a party next door until 3am. Staff came by and resolved the issue once it was called to their attention. No phone in the room. Reaching out to front text was via text, which I found a bit odd and choppy.

The Ulysses is comparable to a boutique hotel with well thought out design and aesthetic! The vibes were immaculate and the staff were beyond friendly and helpful.
Our room was small but realistically we didn't come to Baltimore to hangout in our hotel room so it's okay!

The shower set up could use some reworking. There was water everywhere lol

If you want great customer service. Go to this hotel. Tia and Jasmine, they are top notch. The Lady of the flowers hotel room is perfect. It’s exactly what I wanted for my girlfriend. Definitely get an old fashion from bar Bloom. They are yummy.
There was nothing that I didn’t like about this hotel. Everything about this hotel is cool.

Horrible customer service. Cheap furniture.

Great ambiance and decor, very cozy and unique
The shower pressure was pretty bad, lighting in the room was a bit too dim for me

The rooms were spacious, the beds are AWESOME. Very comfortable. Must like kitsch. If you want to have dinner, make a reso as the restaurant (as opposed to the bar) has limited seating. Brunch was yummy. A great location if you are walking to a concert at the Lyric.
The toiletries are very heavily scented, it usually doesn’t phase me, but i had a funky reaction. If you are sensitive, pack your own and you will have a brilliant stay.
