About this house rental
Heated Pool/Spa home in perfect Tempe location on the border of Scottsdale. Super home in a super neighborhood. Experience this 3 bedroom home with 2 baths and a new upcoming resort pool and spa in an oasis of a backyard. Did not want to wait to get this on the market so you could be the first to enjoy the new backyard addition. Step inside this home away from home into a welcoming open concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gorgeous breakfast bar that is perfect for entertaining or food prep also. Just outside the kitchen area is the super comfy family room and dining room. Seating for 8 and set up for the whole family. Enjoy a movie on the big screen tv while lounging on the super sized sectional. Also attached is a game room with fun for the family in mind. See who is the ping pong or darts champ of the trip. A full sized laundry room completes this section of the home. Super fast wifi and all TV's with cable and streaming capabilities.
Down the hall are 3 smartly designed bedrooms with 4 beds total. The master bedroom with TV, and ensuite bath and walk in shower is large and luxurious with a king bed and comfort plus mattress. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two double/full beds and is perfect for kids or teens. These two bedrooms share the hall bath. The home has been completely remodeled from top to bottom.

PAPAGO PARK Just minutes from the home! Papago Park offers exceptional hiking and a wide array of recreational facilities. Comprised primarily of sandstone, the range is known for its massive buttes that rise and fall throughout the park. The trails that interlace the area are generally easy treks. The smooth footing and low elevation gain make it a popular place for running and mountain biking. Papago Park is home two of the regions most visited attractions, the world-class Phoenix Zoo and the stunning Desert Botanical Garden. Additionally, the park boasts an archery range, orienteering course, Papago Ponds fishing lagoon, the Hall of Flame Museum, Papago Sports Complex, and the Papago Golf Course, home of the Arizona State Sun Devils' golf team.
SPLASH. This home is equipped with a gas heated pool and pool heating is optional. The cost for pool heat is $70.20 per day. Should the home be equipped with a spa or hot tub, the cost to heat the spa or hot tub is included in the rental amount year round.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

this place was beautiful! outstandingly aesthetic. it was very comforting, and more than enough room. we enjoyed our time here as a group. the pool was even more fun, water felt so nice. i would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect staycation for our family to get away for a week and just relax. Home was well kept and organized, beds were very comfortable and the games and pool were all we needed. The only shortcomings was that the lights never did work in the pool and the baths were not truly ADA comparible. My wife uses a chair to shower with and we could not fit it in the master bathroom properly and the other bathroom was not a walk-in shower as had been advertised so that was a letdown.

I could not get anyone to heat the jacuzzi until 7 pm the night before we left. Some guy called and asked if I checked the CBs. He was really rude. Just got the run around. Then late I get a text its now working. Needed a bath tub, but the stopper did not work, and nobody would fix. So, no bath, no jacuzzi. No garbage can in garage. Nobody knew.. then I got a text from someone it's in an alley. But, the recycle is full and tons of flies, so I suspect everyone is putting garbage in, and not getting removed. The slider lock was broken, so needed to use the stick. The checkin info didn't come until I asked.. after we arrived. There is a law for an open slider alarm... but that doesn't work either. Daughter in wheel chair, grand daughter... door was left open once and I caught it. But no alarm. AC is super noisy. But, the location is great. Pool was nice. House is nice. Just the two things we wanted in a place to stay... bath tub and warmish jacuzzi... advertised, but not available.

We had a wonderful stay at your house. Would definitely return. Pool and jacuzzi were amazing! Beds were comfortable! Also, close to ASU for our son’s graduation and great shopping. And restaurants!

The unit was very good with comfortable beds and really nice spa and pool. There were a couple of little things that needed attention but the property management was quick to resolve all issues even on a Sunday!

This is a nice cozy accommodating house. We were three adults but still enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Family with kids would love this place. I would stay here again. Stephanie is a great host and will help you out at all hours of the night...( ha ha dont lose your phone and forget your passcode for the door at midnight) but if you do Stephanie will solve your problem. Great time thank you again!

I do not recommend this property. It has such a high price tag because of the pool and hot tub. Which durning my stay did not work it took me 6 messages and a day later for the host to communicate back and say the issue would be fixed. From there he fed me a sting of lies for the next 3 days. And the heater of the pool or hot tub not the pool light worked.

Everything was immaculate and well maintained. Perfect set up for weekend football game. Pool, grill, ping pong, cornhole, nice tv. 3 nice bedrooms. Lots of space in kitchen. Not walking distance to game, but easy drive or Uber (recommend finding prepaid parking at game - we were in reserve north lot and it was super easy). Easy drive to a lot of nice restaurants.

Perfect for a family. The pool/patio area was amazing. We loved the waterfall filter system. Outdoor grill and plenty of seating. The kids loved the golf and corn hole games. They played a game of ping pong in the garage but it smelled like cat pee pretty bad in there.
The bedrooms were great with lots of hangers and storage to place your items. Master bathroom shower was cool with rock tiles.
Cleaning crew didn't do very well though. I addressed this with the manager and they responded right away and said they would have a cleaning crew come back. We opted to just clean ourselves. The kitchen could have been wiped down better but the worst was all the dirty dishes in the cupboards and drawers. My husband took them all out and cleaned them by hand.
We had plenty of pool towels, bath towels and hand towels. However, there were no washcloths in the house.
Overall, our stay was amazing and we would book this place again.

The house was just as listed, well appointed and clean! The outdoor space and pool was an oasis with grill, pool floats and plenty of family games. The check-in process was smooth and when I needed to ask the host a question she immediately responded. Will definitely book again on next trip to Phoenix.

This is a nicely remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood in Tempe, close to everything. We especially enjoyed the pool and covered patio.

A beautiful home with alot of personal touches! The welcome basket with popcorn
and candy upon arrival was a nice treat! The outdoor space is nice- the putting green is great! The pool area is very nice. Great space to relax!
My only complaint is, the primary bathroom is not suitable for a handicap traveler. The space is very small, and getting in and out of the shower is a safety hazard. Other than this, i would definitely book this home again!

We rented this property because of its close proximity to the race venue at Tempe Town Lake. The home was very comfortable our family, cousins and three teens. They enjoyed the pool and fun activities found at the property.

Clean Oasis
The home was clean & welcoming. There was enough space for our family of five. The heated pool & hot tub was perfect for our kids & warm enough for some night swims. Close to airport & quick 10 min drive to Old Town & Fashion square. We also loved the Tempe Marketplace that was also 3 minute drive with lots of food & shopping. We will stay here again if we're in town.
