Whether you are visiting Arizona State University, exploring downtown Tempe, or seeking a relaxing getaway, our property is the perfect base for your adventures.

*Inviting Living Spaces: Unwind in the spacious and inviting living room, featuring plush seating, a flat screen tv, and plenty of natural light. It's the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Tempe.

In 2022 we decided to do a full renovation to the home. It is truly a makeover to see. The open kitchen plans is perfect for entertaining. The home is so spacious with 2 living areas and a game room with it's own AC and heating unit. The game room has a pool table which turns into a ping pong table. There is large Jenga, Spikeball, a football, a cornhole set, a hook/ring swing game, and lots of card and board games, puzzles and more. The bedrooms are very relaxing with hotel quality mattresses, linens and comforters. All bedrooms and living areas come with a Smart TV with Disney plus, Hulu, HBO/Max, Peacock, and Netflix. Both bathrooms have a rain shower and a handheld shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash is all provided. Enjoy the full coffee bar consisting of a Nespresso, Keurig, and a regular coffee machine. Creamers, sugar, teas, hot chocolate, and coffee flavorings are all provided. Decaf coffee and decaf tea is also there if you prefer. The house also comes with an outdoor propane fire pit table. Past guests have enjoyed sitting around the fire making smores and having lots of laughs around the fire pit. Guests will have full access to the 2 car garage. There is a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.

I’ve spent my son’s first birthday here! The place is very clean, organized. The host is very responsive and very kind when I requested an early check in she was so kind to let me know that the housekeeper was done early and I can check in earlier than my time with no additional fee. I am so grateful that I was able to find this place and pretty much enjoyed my time.

This was my first time using the VRBO system. I will definitely keep it up with listings like this one. The drive from Gammage Auditorium was 8 minutes. The house is far enough from main roads for a quiet location. Very pleasant decor, five televisions, ping-pong/pool table, a very nice pool, and Lindsey thought of pretty much everything to make the stay comfortable. Great communication and thoughtful amenities. Next time I'm in Tempe, I will positively book again.

I can’t stress how much this house and host exceeded expectations! Ease of booking, early access provided, fantastic amenities and special treats in the house! The kids said how much they loved the house and the pool! Would highly recommend!

From the start our host was just a message away; they kept us in close communication during the check in and check out process. We did not need to bring anything; the coffee bar was amazing and included tea and hot cocoa; something for everyone. The pool was so much fun!! Lots of room to be together or take a little time to yourself. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We will remember this always.

Amazing property. From day 1 the host was friendly and helpful. The house was immaculate. Quiet neighborhood, 3 comfortable beds, updated bathrooms and kitchen, 2 separate living areas, large dining table and bar, tvs in every room. Every surface sparkling clean. The outside was also very nice. I would love to come back in the summer to use the beautiful pool. This really was such a comfortable, fun and seamless experience. I highly recommend this house and its host.

Our stay was wonderful! This house was all that it said and more. The extras were great, and it was by far the cleanest I’ve stayed at. The owner was so helpful and was quick to respond to any questions. Had zero issues while there. Had a great time!

Very clean with tons of room. This place has all the little things you need while traveling. Communication throughout was superb. The games were such a bonus and made for some great family nights. The location was quiet but yet close to everything. Perfect if you're coming to town for an event at or near ASU. Would definitely stay here again!

My son competed in the Ironman and we stayed at this amazing home. It was more than we could have ever imagined. We all swam, played pool, ping pong, and even a giant connect four. The kitchen was very well equipped.The beds and pillows were perfect and there were an abundance of bath and pool towels. It was so nice to be welcomed with a basket of treats and a handwritten note. I would for sure go back.

I cannot begin to say what a great spot this is! Lindsey is AWESOME to work with! The house is sooo clean and decorated so cute! She has thought of everything! Great location to stores and ASU campus. So much to do- ping pong, pool table, fun games, pool, fire pit! I will definitely stay there again!

From communicating with the host Lindsey to regretfully leaving 3 nights later everything was perfection. There were so many convenient and thoughtful touches that made it such a special stay. The heated pool was well worth the add on as us Illinois people considered floating in a pool in January a miracle! We spent a lot of time poolside during the day and had our local family come to dinner and an epic pool tournaments in the evenings. The bests were comfortable and the bathrooms and showers were great. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you Lindsey for being the hostess with the mostess!

Lindsey’s property was an absolute delight! The layout of the property was perfect and very spacious. Everything from booking the property, check in, and checking out was a smooth process. We enjoyed staying here very much. We were able to host our friends, who are local to the area, for pizza and games. Everyone enjoyed the game room and pool. The neighborhood was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Hopefully at some point the windows and doors will be updated, otherwise the place looks great and the renovations that have been done look very nice. Thank you for sharing your space with us, we would love to stay again some time.
