THINGS TO KNOW
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. PROS: Very clean. Nice kitchen. Nicely remodeled. Great location. Good TV/streaming media options. CONS: - No a/c. One of our party had issues dealing with the lack of a/c. - lack of outdoor patio chairs. We used the kitchen chairs, but not very comfy for hanging outside. OVERALL: 2 of 3 would stay here again. Lack of a/c is a deal breaker for our third member.

We loved staying there. Great location and walkable to the gondolas and the beach. The only complaint was that the floor were dirty. Overall, great stay.

Very nice, great location. Would recommend bringing your own hair dryer, both of the hair dryers in the unit need to be replaced. Overall great experience!

Loved the location to Heavenly, Harvey's and the lake. This place is great for a small family or 2 couples. Can't wait to come back.

The condo is spacious and the beds were comfortable, but the upholstered furniture and rug were stained and dirty. The bed covers had spots on them, the ironing board was uncovered and broken, and there was a ceiling fan in the main bathroom that couldn't turn off. It didn't look much like the attractively staged photos in the listing. The bathroom in the master bedroom smelled musty. Two of the living room blinds and the kitchen window blind were missing. This place looks directly onto the street and parking area, so we didn't have much privacy- one day someone walked right up to the window and peered in. For the expensive rental cost, I expect a place to be spotless and in good repair. Furthermore, we came back one day to find the lock box without its lid and the front door key in full view. When we entered the condo, the lid to the lock box was sitting on a chair! We still have no explanation from the propert mgmt as to what that was about, but it left us worried about the security. All of my text messages to the management were answered by bots, and nearly a week later I have not received the human- operated call that I requested.

The house was comfortable and clean. It was a bit musty though, especially in some of the closets. An air filter might take care of that issue.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and very convenient (walking distance) to get to the main strip. The biggest issue was the management company and check in. They provided us with the wrong door code and so we were stuck outside as we could not get a hold of anyone via online chat or the phone. We just kept getting a busy signal… Note there is no AC or fans in the living space so it does get stuffy. There is also no laundry and the place je sparse on the towels. Bring your own beach towels and items as nothing is provided.

This place was perfect for me and my teen daughter. The location could not be better. We were able to walk to everything we did including the gondola, shopping, restaurants, casinos and a very cool magic show. We even walked to a local hotel to get the shuttle to Zephyr Cove for the snowmobiling tour! Everything was very comfortable and well done. It felt like a home away from home. Only two suggestions would be to invest in two new hair dryers as the two that are there are very small and one was not giving out hot air, only cool. The other suggestion is to not have the heater set to 72 degrees overnight. I kept waking up sweating and had to keep getting up to turn lower manually. Otherwise, this place is perfect for a small family or group of friends. Quiet, convenient and adorable! Highly recommend.
