Our rooms were comfortable, clean and excellent breakfast.

Cleanliness, fridge, breakfast.

The setup of bathroom door to entry door. Will ask for top floor next time. Noisy from above.

Customer service horrible

The breakfast staff was excellent

TV cord was melted upon arriving in my room. Notified the evening staff. He was not concerned at all. Would not refund anything. Pool closed. Would switch rooms. I was traveling with my toddler.

Superb

The location was great. We had access to the freeway and it was close to town and golfing. Breakfast was wonderful. Parking was great. Loved the blackout drapes!

The sound of the shower was loud if you were in bed. It would have been nice if the bathroom door would have stayed open. It would also have been nice if a bottle of wine could be placed upright in the fridge.

Great location. Great accomodations. COLD shower(s).

Location was great; just off I-80. Room was clean and well decorated.

Shower! We were at this property 2 times. Both times the thing that was MOST problematic, and would keep us from returning, was the shower. 1st visit: Shower took at least 1.5 hour to warm up. Yes; warm. Barely warm enough to enjoy. 2nd visit: Shower never did warm up. Was "ice cold" for almost an hour. We did NOT shower. At the breakfast area we heard several other guests comment on the "cold showers." Absolutely will NOT return if this is not corrected.

After booking and paying in full several weeks in advance when we arrived the hotel was overbooked and they sent us to another hotel that also did not have any rooms. I did not have a room for the evening at any location.

a nice stay

new and clean, nice decor , a very nice hotel and next door to wingers, my 9 yr old had a great time playing pool (at wingers) . good for one night. nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in Winnemucca

the air unit kept making a clicking noise and the linens were a bit scratchy. more breakfast options would be nice.

I googled Pet Friendly Hotels in Winnemucca and this hotel showed up on Booking. Com so I booked it then was told by the hotel that they DONT allow pets so we had to drive to Elko for a hotel at midnight. It's probably a lovely hotel but beware of online sites because they are inaccurate about PET policies

Wonderful stay and wonderful staff

Our stay was great from start to finish. The girl at the desk when we checked in was so nice and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed for a good stay. The guy that was there was nice as well. The room was clean, seemed new and was spacious.

If it wasn't cheaper than the Holiday Inn Express I wouldn't stay here again.

the breakfast attendant was exceptionally helpful and friendly and the front desk attendant was nice at check-in. The hotel was new so it was pretty clean. The coffee was good. The ice machines were excellent. I found the bed and pillow very comfortable.

breakfast food quality and selection left a lot to be desired. Watery scrambled eggs, pasty looking sausage, card-board like pre-made pancakes. The front desk staff saying have a good day every time I went outside. The water pressure was excessive in the bathroom sink faucet. The shower head spray pattern wasn't adjustable and it was up so high that a shorter person wouldn't be able to reach it. My bathroom door was like a bank vault and it blocked the refrigerator/coffee maker when opened. It would close on its own automatically unless I stuffed something under it to hold it open. The parking lot was a bit small and most of the vehicles were trucks.

Good

Nice new facility. Staff was nice. Liked the walk in shower, roomy.

Supposed to be served breakfast until 9am, but when we went down at 8:20am all that was left was some bagels, a couple of pieces of fruit, and I could only get half a cup of decaf coffee. Really disappointed. REALLY DISAPPOINTED! I thought I'd try this Marriott out, we usually stay at the Best Western Gold Country down the street, they have an amazing breakfast served until 11am. First elevator was out of service. Made me nervous to use the other one, but my wife can't climb stairs, and we were on the third floor (even though I asked for first floor room).

The Fairfield Inn & Suites in Winnemucca was the nicest place we stayed at our whole trip.

The breakfast was good and there was enough room to get around when lots of people were in there.

I liked everything. It was the best place we have been to this vacation.
