This hotel is newly renovated. It's clean and the rooms are cute and functional. Good breakfast!

The scrambled eggs were fluffy and the bacon was perfectly cooked.

The omelet was kind of dry and flavorless.

Good value for the money

Great restaurant attached. Casino if you want. Good parking lot. Everything within walking distance. Great breakfast.

Okay Stay

The room was large, clean and comfortable.

There was no working elevator. Cleaning supplies were left out in halls. Doors to facility rooms left open. Overall shabby.

Undergoing a Remodel

The room was recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable with clean linens. And yes, they did have their famous cinnamon rolls. However...

We arrived, and the hotel was undergoing remodeling in the front lobby and breakfast area. The front desk clerk was not pleasant, nor did she explain the mess. I would have expected an apology or a small discount for the inconvenience.

The breakfast was good. The room was nice.

They were doing construction. Lobby was a mess with dust everywhere and too much loud noise.

It’s our favorite place to stay when visiting winnemucca.

The swimming pool was one of my favorite parts of the trip. Very clean.

Our door was very squeaky and loud when closing and opening, but it wasn’t terrible.

Noisy and dusty

Large spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Lovely bathroom.

Construction going on everywhere which we weren’t warned about. Drinks and tools going until at least 7pm. Pool very cold- too cold to swim in.

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of shampoo/conditioner Good breakfast

We booked a suite for 6 people and they were remodeling so they didn’t have any suites. They gave us a normal 2 queen bed room. I’m sure that room would have been cheaper then the suite I booked but they didn’t offer any refund at all. But they did give us 2 rolling beds it was just cramped for 6

will not stay there again

location

first it was under construction which was not posted online when I booked the room, there was No where to sit except the bed. The shower leaked and water was all over the floor when you we’re done. The air conditioner was really loud.

Unheated indoor pool

Location

The hotel was doing some renovations in the lobby so it was loud and Dusty. However, we chose this hotel for the indoor pool. We went to pool and it was freezing and the clerk didn't know how to turn on heater. And no efforts were made to figure it out. So pool was available only if you could tolerate the cold water.

Paying full price when building was being remodeled. Our room was not complete, the hot tub and pool were not operational. Yet it was the most I have ever paid for a room.

Still under construction. Did not have most of the furniture.

The room was large and clean. It will be very nice after the renovations are completed.

The hotel room was still under construction. They did not have all furniture in the room. One of my children had to sleep on the floor and we were provided extra blankets that had pee stains on them. I feel the room should not have been rented to us if it was not 100% ready.

Being that it was disappointing I would look for other options

Didn’t have a room with a sofa bed that I had reserved. This forced one of my girls to sleep on the floor. Pool was ice cold and unusable for my children.

The night staff was very nice! The breakfast was good.

Our room was dirty. It was a suite without a table and chairs for 2 people to eat together or play cards etc.....

Wonderful remodel makes it worth the price.

New room design and amenities were perfect. VERY impressed.

On 3rd floor, wind noise all night was quite loud.

Simple, good stay but I suggest a top floor

Staff were nice and helpful, they provided a crib. The hotel is easy to access from the freeway. It was clean and had everything we needed.

The beds were both absolutely lumpy and uncomfortable as well as loud. And the people above us stomped around from 2 am until 6am when we finally decided just to get up and get going.

nice sitting area in my room. we were visiting our cousin, so it was nice to have a sofa and front room feel to sit and visit.

exercise room is poorly maintained. most of the equipment was not working right.
