Clean, comfortable, good price.

Good price, front desk clerk very nice and helpful. Clean room. Microwave and refrigerator very handy.

Noisy air condition/heating unit. Shower head and knobs need replaced.

Not much.

The room wasn’t as clean as it should be and the heater was extremely loud and turning on an off the whole night. It also smelled really stuffy and old.

It is an older motel with lots of par if you have a trailer.

The breakfast was rolls and fruit. They had decaffeinated coffee which I drink

The heater made a lot of noise when it came on and was running. The TV had mostly ad channels. It would be nice to have Netflix as an option. Maybe they do?

Awesome experience - I will be back.

The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and comfortable. We will be back.

They should not advertise a free breakfast, but instead add that fresh fruit and packaged paste ties are available. I will be back despite this.

Poor customer service!

It was a very clean, quaint, comfortable room. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in a while.

The manager is extremely rude. Upon check in, when I asked about the payment, he said it wasn’t my business, it’s between Booking.com and him. That night I wanted to take advantage of the jet tub, the plug was too large to accommodate the hole. When I called the front desk, he ultimately asked me “what do you want? Should I replace the tub for you?”

The person who checked me in was very nice. Good shower. Good price.

The furniture and decor was old and the room really smelled of old cigarette smoke. I got used to it and did sleep well but I felt uncertain of the cleanliness given the strong smell and older furnishings.

Bed was comfy. I didn't expect The Hilton for my price but I did expect the floors to be clean.

Check in was easy and fast and the desk clerk was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and there was a desk with chair, and eating table with 2 comfortable chairs. There was free internet and I had no problems with it.

The floor was dirty and gritty and the bathroom was very small and needed updating.

I was told by staff they were going to call local law enforcement for reasons unbeknownst to me? Caught me by surprise, considering I was traveling all alone, and had a relatively quiet night. But everything was fine.
