Sehr gutes Apartment

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht zu Gast. Da wir in der Nacht in Heraklion gelandet sind, haben wir eine schnell erreichbare und günstige Unterkunft gesucht. Das Apartment war wirklich gut, alles da, sauber und gut zu erreichen. Unkomplizierter Self-Checkin, am Morgen trafen wir dann aber auch einen sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter, der uns noch mit dem Gepäck geholfen hat.

E' bene soggiornare almeno due notti per visitare ciò che propone la città di Heraklion

Il Sito trovasi in posizione tranquilla e vicina ad un centro commerciale con lussuosi bar e ristoranti nella stretta vicinanza alla fermata delle navette che portano al centro di Heraklion in cinque minuti che possono essere compiuti anche a piedi lungomare per raggiungere il bellissimo castello e il Centro Storico e la stazione dei bus dove parte il mezzo che ti porta a Knossos.

La consegna delle chiavi per via d'una mancata descrizione più dettagliata e tradotta in italiano o inglese per favorire il raggiungimento della destinazione partendo dall'aeroporto

Buen sitio para una estancia en Heraklion

Alojamiento muy nuevo, está todo impecable. En los alrededores se puede aparcar gratis en las calle, hay un centro comercial (2min) y varios restaurantes.

Чудові апартаменти!

Апартаменти були затишні, дуже чисті,в гарній будівлі,все працювало справно. Сподобалася докладна інструкція для поселення та можливість залишити багаж в камері схову до заїзду( прилетіла вранці), що дало можливість прогулятися містом. До автобусної зупинки та до набережної з ресторанчиками близько. Чудовий сервіс за не великі гроші. Обов'язково повернуся,коли буду в Іракліоні!

Come here, you will not regrete.

I was staying in the Studios with a group of 8 friends. The owner enabled us to store 8 BIG BICYCLE BOXES at him during our 10 days cycling over Crete. In fact he didn't imagine how big this boxes were, but at the end he has found a place for them cool and without any complication. Also he enabled prolonging of our staying.

Privacy (own little bungalow), friendly staff, Jacuzzi, clean

Due to the jacuzzi the air gets really humid in the room, but it was not problem for us.

Schone en nette kamer, vlak bij het vliegveld.

Hoewel de accomodatie in een lelijke wijk zit is het op zich schoon en eigenlijk best Luxe. Op een kwartiertje van het vliegveld uitstekend voor één nacht. Haven met restaurants en winkelcentrum vlakbij.

Het parkeren is gratis maar erg krap in de drukke smalle staatjes. Er bleek 's morgens iemand tegen onze huurauto aangezeten te hebben. Het appartement is erg gehorig maar er zijn oordopjes klaargelegd.

La chambre était propre et disposait du nécessaire. Les indications étaient très claires.

On a eu du mal à se servir de la télé. L’hôtel était assez bruyant bizarrement. On entendait des personnes courir dans les escaliers.

Rodos- Girit feribotundan indiğimizde yakın konaklama ihtiyacımız için burayı tuttuk. Detaylar iyi düşünülmüştü. yatak başlarında kulak tıkaçları vardı ve yoğun havaalanı temposunda olan bir bölgede olduğu için o kulaklıklar hayatımızı kolaylaştırdı. Yatakları rahattı banyosu yeniydi. fiyat performans açısından memnun kaldık.

Pleasant stay near the Venetian Wall of Heraklion

Location was quite good in a quiet neighbourhood near Venetian Walls. Lidl and some other mini markets were quite near. Small public parking area close to the hotels. Nice and quick communication from staff. Main restaurant/bar area was only for a short walk away. Room had balcony. There was a pleasant surprise - little bottle of raki.

Overall, it was nice stay, we were happy to be there. Iraklion is good, sea is beautiful, nice!

Ioannis was so helpful! Thanks to him we were able to check in to our room 1 hour earlier, as we arrived at 10 am in the morning and check in was avaialable after 15.00 only we left our bags in the hotel and went to a restaurant for breakfast. It was hot in the afternoon and we came back to the hotel hoping that our room is available earlier and we can check in. Ioannis was at site and he kindly asked: "How can I help you?" we said that we are so tired after sleepless night in the airport and we arrived in the morning but had to wait for the time to check in and suggested us friendly to let him check if our room is cleaned up and can check in earlier. Hopefully, our room was ready and we could go and rest in the room 1 hour prior to check in time. His kind heart, helpfulness, professionalism and friendly service helped us a lot and we were happy to stay in the apartaments. Ioannis you're top! Hello from Ukraine:) Also, room was clean and fresh, cozy, kithen available in the room with everything needed to cook, it was nice!

Small space in the room because of third bed and small space in the bathroom. Also, while booking a room we selected the one with jacuzzi in the room and one double bed and we paid a little higher price than the one with double bed + a single bed for 3 people and no jacuzzi, but after check in it appeared that we had the room with double bed and 1 single bed for 2 of us with no jacuzzi.

Overall good experience

Nice place to stay, good area close to restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores, decent wifi. Overall good experience

Room we were in on the first floor was very loud, could hear everything going on in the entrance/lobby area. People coming and going all through the night. Woke us up a few times. Not really the hotels fault, mostly just inconsiderate people.

Manque d’accessoires (essuie de vaisselle, tapis pour les pieds dans la salle de bain, de quoi nettoyer soi-même), l’accessibilité de la penderie, la climatisation qui donne directement sur le lit, le manque d’informations sur le passage des femmes de ménage

Have stayed twice with no complaints.

Super friendly staff. Quiet location. Good amenities for self catering if required in room. Booked taxi for us for 4am pick-up to airport.

Small bathroom esp shower but did the job.

Very good

Everything we needed in a small space, the room was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The room was also close to the stadium where we attended an event.

Some of the towels were stained but overall everything was clean.

Very short stay but immaculate cleanliness and comfortable bed!

Very small but perfectly clean and well-appointed room with every imaginable convenience. No contact with host - check-in via locker containing key (the combination was sent to us via booking.com the day before we arrived).

Nothing really. The location is not the prettiest but is in a quiet residential part of the city, very close to the seafront and a pleasant 15-minute walk from the town centre (it took us 15-20 minutes to walk from the apartment to the Archaeological Museum).

Apartment and dishware were not well cleaned. Apartment was in the basement (below ground) with only one small window on the street and this was not specified anywhere.

Cute and small apartment

In that cozy small apartment everything was new and very clean. We can easily check-in and check-out without any help at time we wanted.

Something was wrong with the bathroom. Shower didn't work well. Water was leaking from the shower to the floor and the faucet didn't switch water at all.
