This home is conveniently located to all the action but still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Take the group out and discover local eateries, arts, historical landmarks, entertainment, and plenty of family-friendly attractions. Play all day at the beach by para sailing, paddle boarding, boating, swimming, surfing, and just about every waterfront activity imaginable! Play games together like cornhole and ping pong, or take a dip in the community pool if you want to stay close to home.
This home is unique in that it features two living spaces, upstairs and downstairs, so nobody has to compromise if you agree to different movies on the large wall-mounted TVs! The chef of the group will love preparing meals and beach picnic snacks in the beautiful and spacious kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. With nine beds to choose from, try not to fight over who will sleep where, because they're all soft and perfect for resting after a day full of activities! The main bedroom boasts a dedicated workspace, sitting area, wood-burning stove, large TV for private viewing, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Kids will love bunking down together in the bunk beds, creating memories that'll last a lifetime. Sit outside and dine al fresco, host a margarita party at the tiki bar, or relax and watch the stars come out while roasting marshmallows at the firepit. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
