We chose this suite for our multi-generational family/group vacation of 11 people, 10yrs- 76yrs and the options for beach/private pool/community pool were great. The views are just as what is pictured. There are some minor maintenance issues the owner should tend to but none that impacted our stay. The wifi went in/out every day for some reason, when it worked it was strong but was annoying for those that had to check in on business (though also forced less of that).
All four bedrooms on the main level were en-suite so this made it comfortable for three couples and a grandparent to all have privacy. The primary suite had the sweeping ocean views pictured, and a second bedroom (the one with kitchenette) had pool and ocean views from the side. The downstairs level had a private queen bedroom and the bunk room w/two queen bunks and two twins - the downstairs shared a bathroom with dual-sinks and private toilet so this made it easy for 10yr-20yr olds to share. There is also a large media room but we were all at the beach/poolside mostly. Kitchen was well equipped and we made our breakfasts & lunches daily and went out most nights for dinner. The walking locations for dinner were limited to Passions on the Beach, Las Ramblas Grill and Chalet Suisse; We taxi'd everywhere else including the SuperFood grocery store- the property is fully gated with staffed security gate and the security staff was helpful for getting taxi's as needed every day of our trip-usually took 20 min.

Beautiful condo with exceptional views & amenities. Communications with host were quick & clear. Plenty of beach/pool gear provided in excellent condition (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, mask/snorkels). Gated resort with 2 minute walk to amazing beach. Private pool was perfect as were the resort pools. No crowds to contend with, even when cruise ships were in port. Beds were all comfortable. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, dishes & utensils. Private grill was great for easy meal prep. convenient to best supermarket on the island. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as beach bars. Walking/biking path to high rise hotels right across the street.

we had a group of 10 ranging from 6months to 67 yrs old. The house had plenty of room for all of us and the location is amazing! You can walk across the street to the beach or sit at your pool and look at the beach. Another plus is that the grocery store is very close as are many restaurants. You also have the use of the fitness room in the complex.
Overall the location and condo were great! Highly recommend it.

Can't say enough about the location of this property...steps from best beach in Aruba, fabulous private pool and hot tub if you can't even make it that far, huge condo with all amenities (although kitchen could use a bit of an update, but not anything that ruined our stay). We stayed in a mirror condo across the property a few years ago, and though they are both fabulous, this one was better...higher up so you can see the ocean and the private pool. Steps down to beach were a little tricky for grandparents. Very close to fabulous grocery store, and the best burritos ever (Senor Burrito). We will return!

We just returned from 8 days at this property with friends and family. There were 8 of us with 4 kids ranging from 13-20. This property is very nice and comes equipped with everything that we needed. Eagle beach is beautiful! This property is in the best location on the island imo. The local host, Denny is fantastic. We can't thank him enough for the great recommendations and assistance settling into the property. We have traveled and rented homes on many islands, this property ranks at or near the top. You won't be disappointed.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to many great restaurants and close to grocery store. We loved the private pool overlooking the amazing blue water! We couldn't have been happier. Aruba is paradise!

This spacious, beautiful property had everything for our group of 8 and more. We were stunned by the size of the unit and the great amenities. The privacy of your own pool and hot tub with fantastic views and proximity of Eagle Beach are unparalleled. When we come back to Aruba with 5 other couples or family, this will be where we stay.

We had a large group with multiple families. The location is perfect, and the property is as advertised. While the rental certainly works well for kids, for very young children there are a lot of glass tables etc which require some additional precautions, so just something to be aware of if traveling with toddlers. Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely rent this property again.

we spent 8 days at this beautiful spacious condo with breathtaking views of Eagle Beach and private infinity pool. This condo is more impressive than pictures show. It is very clean and is well equipped with plenty of nice dishes, kitchen supplies, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The outdoor area is spacious and relaxing. We are sad to leave. We will be back to this great condo again!

Paradise on Eagle Beach
The view was spectacular. The condo was beautiful. Waking up and seeing that view every morning started your day off with a smile. Watching the sunset from the patio every evening, ended your day with a smile. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together (and to be apart if you wanted to). The private pool was ideal for our family and the resort pools were great too. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need to cook. There was plenty of seating. All you need to pack for your stay are your clothes/bathing suits and sunscreen. Everything else is provided, from the towels to the beach chairs to the washer/dryer and the grill. They have thought of everything. Nini, the owner, was very responsive to all of my inquiries. Isabel, the property manager, was amazing! The 11 of us had the best week together and this property had a lot to do with it. We would go back tomorrow if we could. Thank you Nini and Isabel!!

Family getaway
This condo was very spacious for our group (7 adults, 2 small children) and the location was incredible! We loved having our own pool and being steps away from the beach. We cannot wait to plan another visit to the Island!

Great Property, Great Location
We enjoyed the stay at this condo earlier this month. What a location, easy access to one of the best beaches on the island. The property itself is well taken care of and is very clean. and thoughtfully appointed. Isabel the property manager was very responsive and address any issues that arose during the stay.

Best Vacation
We had 9 people staying at the property. The accommodations were amazing. The abundant space throughout the condo, number of bedrooms and bathrooms , location and especially the front patio and pool made this a wonderful choice for an Aruba family vacation . Family fun in the sun!
Family fun in the sun! This rental property was fabulous for our large party of 10 spending three families. We had yes of all ages and it was something for everybody to do. The little ones loved the pool nonstop in the teens and some adults love to basking in the sun every day on the beach which was about 10 feet away. The house was conveniently located in its own little community with huge pools as well to share alongside our private infinity pool at our home and the beach right across the street all three within a two minute walking distance from our front door. Couldn’t of asked for anything better. Jackie the house manager and the cleaning lady as well as pool and hot tub room we’re all amazing and very attentive so the cleanliness of the home and the outside property as well as we have any issues or questions Jackie was available to answer them and able to provide us direction. Hope to be able to rent this home/condo again In the near future.

Beautiful Stay in St Thomas
The property was beautify overlooking the water. The condo was well described and very clean. There were many extras provided and lots of room for us. We were provided a bunch of information about the property and island. The location is close to Red Hook where there are many shops and places to eat. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property.

Perfect, as advertised!
Our stay was wonderful! Anna met us when we arrived and gave us a complete tour of the property, and she provided many great recommendations for things to do, where to get groceries, etc.
The property was exactly as advertised (perhaps even better). The pool looking over the beach clearly makes this one of the best options in the area.

Nice spacious condo and great location
We just wrapped up a stay in Aruba with 12 people in this condo and 2 others in a nearby studio unit. It was a wonderful vacation and this condo was a perfect fit for our large group. The condo is located directly in front of Eagle Beach and the place where you can rent beach umbrellas for $25 per day and have the experts set it up for you. In my opinion, everyone should get an umbrella as the sun is STRONG and you wont necesarilly feel it because of the constant breeze/wind. You can also rent beach lounge chairs for $10 a day, but this condo unit has so many you wont have to do that unless you want a different style than is offered free of charge at this condo. They are low to the ground and back pack style.
The unit was clean and spacious and has plenty of towels to use for the beach, pool and for the shower. We bought laundry detergent as we did a lot of laundry while we were there. The place to shop for laundry and groceries is Superfoods and is located very near the condo. We ate most of our meals at the condo and ate out for dinner twice. The condo has a nice big table that fit our entire group of 14 easily. There is also a table outside that has seating for 6. Overall, the place was great because it accomodated our group and provided each family the privacy that was needed. We all enjoyed having our own private pool and hot tub (if you rent the lock out unit as well. Both the pool and the hot tub were well maintained. Just a warning that the wind is super strong on the island and could damage the umbrella that is outside on the pool deck. This happened when we were there, but they were very responsive and repaired it quickly. Also, it was nice to have use of the gyms on the premises and our teenage boys played basketball on the half court located right next door. My husband and I are well travelled and we use Home Away/VRBO frequently. This condo did not disappoint and I would stay again. I thought the size of it, location and quality was worth the price. We will return and if we have a large group we will request to stay here.

Beautiful Condo!
Our extended family group of 12 had a wonderful time in this condo. It is truly a beautiful and spacious place with fantastic ocean views and its own swimming pool and hot tub. Everyone loved the condo and there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to gather as a group and socialize. The media room is great with lots of seating--practically like having your own movie theater. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. The beautiful beach is right across the street and an easy walk. We also enjoyed the other pools in Oceania. It's a very well-maintained resort. The condo itself is well-maintained and very clean. We had a great time and would love to return in the future!

very poorly maintained. bugs, broken items, not as described per the photos
There were many problems. We made the owner aware soon after arrival.
He did not take care of them at all during our trip.
There was for example
there is a major bug issue that effected one of the bedrooms (mine) significantly. They were in the bathroom and on the bedroom walls and in our bed. They also found their way into our toiletries, etc.
- there was an extreme imbalance of the temperature inside the unit. This caused significant condensation on the windows
- we were told we were not able to use the umbrella by the pool. Once the afternoon hit, there was no where to go to get shade, leaving many of us to have to go inside. They should buy a better umbrella!
- the dryer, although operable, took hours to dry the towels and clothing
- the lights over the counter top did not work
- the shade in the lock out did not work
- shade in the living room area was broken
- ceiling damage in the basement bedroom
- when the cleaning people came to change the sheets, they left the dirty sheets in the hallway of the lockout
This was literally my worst experience ever w/ VRBO.

Family Vacation
the owner was super easy to work with and changed our reservations a few times, without any hassle and plenty of understanding, and fixed all issues with the HVAC quickly. However, the condo is not "beach front" as indicated and we were very disappointed in this. The beach is between the condo and 2 lanes of busy traffic, which was noisy and made it difficult to sleep. This was a complete shock to us when we arrived. Overall, the condo is beautiful and our time there was fun but for the expense paid, we would have like a true "beach front" condo.

Amazing Condo
We have been lucky enough to stay in this condo on several occasions ranging from a week to 2 weeks. We have been a small group of 3 and a large group of 9 and have always had plenty of room and privacy. The infinity pool is such a great bonus! The condo is clean, large, has very nice furnishings, and fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, dishes etc). Check in and check out has always been a breeze. The owner is very responsive to questions. The actual Oceania grounds are beautiful and secure. The pools are right out your door. And beautiful Eagle Beach is just across the street. Cannot say enough good things!
