Namur, une bonne surprise

Le logement est situé à environ 10 minutes du centre de Namur. Il est facile de s'y garer à proximité. Les chambres étaient bien aménagées, les lits très confortables. La cuisine mise à disposition était bien équipée et spacieuse.

Mettre à disposition un freezer pour conserver des plats congelés ou congeler des accus pour une glacière serait bien utile.

Le soin des équipements de la chambre

Si le site est idéal pour les travailleurs utilisant le train, il est à exclure des touristes : certes bien placé (à quelques centaines de mètres du centre ville historique), emplacement très bruyant (trains réguliers tard la nuit et très tôt le matin - voie de circulation intense- portes de chambre qui accrochent et nécessiteraient un ponçage pour ne pas forcer et claquer). Odeur de remontée d’égout dans la chambre toute la nuit. Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un immeuble transformé en chambres sans personnel (aucun accueil ni veilleur de nuit - seulement des boîtes à code). Même pas un rouleau de PQ entier... Il annonce un parking sauf qu'il n'y en a pas sauf la rue payante !

Qualidade/preço fantástico, super confortável!

O quarto é bastante confortável e limpo. Quando chegámos o ar condicionado estava ligado pelo que o quarto estava quentinho. Têm produtos de rituals que adoro e máquina de café que foi util. Achei a iluminação do quarto muito boa. Estava tudo limpo. Tem self check-in e check-out, o que tornou tudo bastante agil e rapido.

Havia um barulho na casa de banho tipo gotejo que parecia vir do teto, não conseguimos perceber do quê e que se manteve a noite toda. Um pormenor que teria mais atenção foi o facto de o fervedor de água já ter água lá dentro e estar cheio de calcário. Quanto ao estacionamento poderiam colocar mais informação aqui no site, porque nem sempre há lugar na rua e as regras do estacionamento variam conforme o local (tempo de permanência e preço).

Ruime koelkast met boxen per kamer, de kamers met elk apart sanitair, gemeenschappelijke keuken

Slechte isolatie van de kamers, gemis van diepvries en wijnflesopener, beperkt aantal glazen/tassen, geen matje in badkamer is koud aan de voeten, gebrek aan iets comfortabele stoelen of een paar zetels om te zitten in keuken

Great option for a 1 night stay

Nice big modern room, comfy bed and modern bathroom. The shower gel and soap smelled amazing. We could park our car for free until 9 am just around the corner.

Getting to the top floor with a luggage was quite a challenge: the stairs are quite steep and narrow, and there is no elevator. Also we couldn't get the tv to work, only youtube and netflix.

Good stay if you're young and doing a backpack trip, or a one night stand. Otherwise a nightmare.

We were on our honeymoon just passing by, we liked the blue light in the room and the coffee / tea table being filled. Cleaning staff was quite nice. Bef was big and comfortable. We had netflix at least. Close to downtown, the train /bus station, and places to eat.

not a very safe neighborhood at night. A few drunks, junkies and homeless in the park around (to go to the station and restaurant) . The fire alarm started to ring during the night(2am) for about an hour because some morons were smoking in their room. The next couple of nights another moron was all drugged and hallucinating screaming all over the place during the night. The bathroom has very poor ventilation. The kitchen was messy and with water all over the floor (I assume it's teenagers that weren't taught how to clean a kitchen after using it). The staff threw away our food in the fridge because we put it in a different number box( because ours was full of fungi it was quite disgusting). Not recommended for quiet couples or families quite a noisy place.

Very good value for the price. All you need for one night or even more. I would choose the property again.

The price was cheap, room was clean, instructions for the self checkin were very simple and clear.

Some dirt on the walls, minor damages in the room. But nothing major, been quite acceptable, especially considering the good price. I don’t have any complaints.

Great accomodation for a short stay

Great value for money. Comfortable rooms, good location.

Road is busy, which doesn't allow sleeping with a window open. But that is a personal preference. The windows block the traffic sound well if closed.

I had the room with a balcony. Air condition unit was on the wall, and to much noise all along. Not close to city center. No elevator, narrow stairs.

Some room are noisy, bath products could be improved, as coffee! No lift.

Very comfortable beds nearby the station of Namur. Good value for money. Instructions where given very clearly as well.

Keep in mind, there are only large staircases available and no elevators If you have lots of luggage. No nearby food options (5-10min walk)

Sufficiently comfortable for the price.

Location was good, staff-less check-in was pleasant, but also gave a somewhat cold impression. Rooms were nice.

No restaurant or option for breakfast, one of our rooms wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Rooms were a bit noisy and the balcony was full of cigarette buds. Also the building is undergoing construction, so that looks a little off.

TV, coffee machine and water cooker didn't work, probably fuse broken. I sent mail but got no response.
