The temp of the room was 70⁹ at night.. turned thermostat down but it did no good.. could not sleep.. too hot for comfort. Left a day early so could come home and sleep.

Tv didn’t work, ac wouldn’t stay off. It’s October. Blinds had been for show not functional. Bathroom was brim with hairs and the housekeeper came into the room after pleading with him he didn’t. He didn’t speak English but who goes into a rented room with someone still in it. This is the first review I’ve written in my life. It was that bad.stay at tru next door across from the mall.

Check in was great. The staff were welcoming and more than pleasant. The room could have used a little more care. Items left from previous person and something’s not refilled but otherwise clean. Oh and the cookies were great

I’m surprised they rate themselves with “4 stars”. Not even close. The beds were so uncomfortable, couldn’t get a good nights sleep. The tub had an extremely slow drain so you had to shower in 5 minutes to avoid a flood. Maintenance was unresponsive. The ceiling had peeling paint. Overall poor conditions. Front desk not accommodating by any means.

Pleasent stay, the room and hotel grounds were clean and had friendly staff. the bathroom could use some TLC but nothing that ruin our experience. We always appreciate the warm cookies! good location, short drive to downtown.

The cover to the quilt was soiled. The soap containers were empty when we arrived and had to ask for someone to refill them. Only two sets of towells for four of us. No bars of soap in the room when we arrived. Everything was taken care of after we contacted the frone desk. Everyone was friendly.

Dear Jason, We stayed 3 nights at your hotel in room 630. The first day the room was excepting 2 guests so we had to walk down for 2 additional towels. Second day the room was not cleaned, so we had to make our own beds and walk down again for towels. Third day the room was not cleaned again and no new towels, as expected we had to walk down again for new towels and some toilet paper. This is unacceptable and not the standard I am expecting from a Hilton. Keen on your response and compensation for this bad experience. Regards,

Check in as at 3. Arrived only to be told our room was not available. Room was not offered until 5:30 pm with no offer as to how to make the situation right. Considering room wasn’t given to us until 2.50 hrs after check in they didn’t offer us any discounts or late check out. Upon leaving only one elevator was working. Had to call downstairs twice to supply us with towels to take a shower. The 8.0 rating on hotels.com is not even close. And worse of all I am a Hilton honors member which wasn’t even recognized.

The rooms were not great. Stains several places, working outlets were hit or miss, and the cleaning service didn't clean. They left a couple of clean towels but didn't do anything else. We had to call for more towels I would not stay here again.

The landscape is very nice. The building itself is also nice. However the hotel needs a renovation. Bathroom door is old, bathroom itself is not as clean as it should be with crud in the corners. The smell of the room is musty and old. It was not properly aired out. The carpet had a large stain u see the desk and it could of been cleaner. One elevator was not working so that made us all wait in the lobby for a long time - not hood for the Hilton name. But the staff is very nice. The restaurant needs new baseboards new paint it is old and outdated.

Due to the microsoft breech the doors werent working. We literally had to wait at the elevator for one person to allow each floor to go stand outside their room and wait to be let into it. It took FOREVER. Also, on checkout day at 10am housekeeping barged in without knocking or checking to see if we had checked out, we hadnt... not cool.

Lamp broken. Reported twice. No help. On the third report, it was then fixed. Housekeeper at 10:00 am saw do not disturb sign. Never returned. Sign off at 10:30.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. It's an ok area if you want to be near a mall and other stores. There was a Starbuck's just across the parking lot. A female staff member at the desk seemed bothered when I asked her a question.

Upon check-in was given keys to a room that was occupied! Was immediately given a new room. Room was clean and updated but the shower did not drain well so you will be standing in water the entire time. There was also no garbage in the room.

The cookies were never given to us as they were promised (not once out of 4 days), staff was very very rude, staff took our luggage cart away and never returned with it, no water given to us as promised (none in any of the 4 days), property smelled bad, so a terrible stay because of all of this.

Unorganized Staffs, very bad breakfast, The room was delivered to us when it was not ready to be delivered to the customer! It was not delivered to us the crib on the first night when it was supposed to be done.
