Very nice and enjoyable

The stay and location was great. All staff was friendly and kind.There’s no refrigerator nor microwave in the rooms. Checkout was quick.

This hotel is horrific. Had to check out early. List of things of note: -carpet was sticky with spilled and dried alcohol - wallpaper falling off bathroom walls/bathroom sink loose -sunken bed -air conditioner that had to run non-stop - furniture chipped up/broken lamp -the ice and vending machine in the hallway were just straight up missing. It as as if someone had literally boosted them out of the hotel wall. - carpet in hallways had holes and stains everywhere. I don’t know who is reviewing this place well, it’s literally one step up from a pay by the hour motel. There are dozens of hotels within 100 feet of this place so look elsewhere.

We loved our stay at the Wyndham! Every single staff member was friendly and professional. We had a beautiful view overlooking the Mississippi. Lots of restaurants and bars within a short walking distance.

Hotel is in a great area however, lobby/ front desk staff are not that friendly, everything is dated, tub and sink were clogged. We only stayed for two nights, so we dealt with it. Definitely not worth more than 200 bucks a night or longer stays.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as I was traveling here for a wedding. Before my arrival, I called the hotel 3 separate times to ask of they accept apple pay to use at check in. The physical card I was intending to use was new and did not arrive to me in time for my trip but I was able to add it to my apple wallet. I called them 3 separate times in the days leading up to my check in to confirm that I can use apple pay. All three times I called, the staff told me YES I AM able to use apple pay for my check in. Upon checking in, they told me that the payment terminals are broken and apple pay does not work. I told the staff that I had called 3 separate times before my stay to confirm that I could use apple pay and was told that I could. They did not seem to care and said that I needed to use a physical card. This was extremely disappointing and I had no other option than to use my debit card. The concierge waived the $50 deposit which was a nice gesture but did not solve the issue. This caused major issues for the rest of my weekend. Even further I asked when the apple pay stopped working and they told me it was before christmas so they flat out lied all 3 times I called. They put my room right outside the elevator which was very noisy. My bathroom mirror was cracked and falling apart. The sink and shower drains were clogged and when I asked for a late checkout I was told that there would be no way they could even give me 30 extra minutes. I would never stay here again.

Hotel & their staff were ama,ing and helpful. The narrow streets and city cleanliness left something to be desired though. Loved the culture & architecture of the French Quarter. You get the feeling he neighborhood looks after their own; everyone looks out for one another

Great place to stay to be close to everything French Quarter

Wonderful location but getting our car in and out was so hard because the garage entrance is faced to the very busy street and people are walking in front of the entrance non-stop. Otherwise everything was great.

We had a great time at the Wyndham French Quarter. The hotel location is great, and the staff was very friendly, especially with my 6 year old daughter. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was clean and cozy and the bed was super comfortable. Every employee we encountered at the hotel was extremely accommodating and friendly.

The area was typical for French Quarter. The culture, architecture and music were all good! The food was very good!

Room was clean and the bed was comfy. The only downside was noisy neighbors at night and early in the morning.

Great location! Hotel has a really strange layout, take the elevator up to 9 and then go down some stairs to get to room??? Weird. But the hotel was clean, staff and security were wonderful and we felt very safe. Room was a good size, and a ton of towels! Would stay here again in a heartbeat

The Wyndham was average. Nothing particularly great about it. In the middle of the French Quarter - I don't count this as a plus. No food on-site, no movies available, small lobby which was not really visually appealing, not a very welcoming front-desk staff. As I said, average. Would definitely try someplace a bit more upscale next time.

Conveniently located. We were able to start our day early and end the day late confidently outdoors. It was easy to access the public transportation from the hotel. The room was great. All was clean and comfortable. Great to have option of indoor pool

Everything was great but the hidden cost to park my car We had to pay over 200 dollars I was not expecting to just to park the car We will not be back to that location again

This is a great location for New Orleans. Everything in the French Quarter is walkable, so you save a ton on taxis and such. The service was great and staff were friendly.

FIRST OF THE CHECK IN STAFF WAS AMAZING BUT THE RUDE JERK THAT WE ENCOUNTERED THE NEXT MORNING WAS AWFUL. THE HOTEL IS VERY DATED. THE POOL LOOKED LIKE A MURKY SWAMP AND THE ROOMS LACK ANY AMENTITIES. NO MICROWAVE, NO FRIDGE, GENERIC COSMETICS OFFERED THAT LOOKED AS IF THEY WERE REFILLED. HOUSEKEEPING POUNDED ON THE DOOIR AT 8AM EVEN THOUGH CHECK OUT WASA 11 AM AND THE HOTEL DOES NOT OFFER LATE CHECK OUT, EVEN IF YOU PAY. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. TOO MANY SURROUNDING OPTIONS TO DEAL WITH THIS 2 STAR PLACE.

The hotel staff were exemplary. Room was large; bathroom was tight. Parking was exceptional as we had bikes on a rack the parking facility was very safe. The location on Royal St was convenient but the block in front of the hotel was a bit seedy..its New Orleans. The next block west was fine. Lots of good restaurants close by. Would say there again.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel was close to most everything we wanted to check out like Cafe Beignet, Pat O’Brien’s. The car valets were very helpful and efficient. Overall, the hotel staff was always ready to provide helpful information.

The hotel is in urgent need of a renovation

No refrigerator in Room and no Microwave.

Hotel staff all around was very friendly. Even though we were near all the foot traffic it was quiet. Beds were very comfortable and we all got a good night sleep every night we were there.

They over charged us an gave us the whole service on checkout they came with different things they wouldn’t discount my parking because of one of they workers miscommunication a fault then our room didn’t have no utilities in the room no shampoo conditioner soap lotion bottles all hotels give out then on top of that we had to take 2 elevators to get to our room the elevators was a 20 minute wait if I would of knew I would of never booked with them
