Room is clean and staff is friendly. Inly problem with the stay was road noise and AC noise. Right next to a busy street. Could hear vehicle noises most of the night. Hard to sleep.

Just an overnighter. Accommodations were above par. There was continental breakfast (we did not participate). We had a couple of issues with the accessible shower....no seat or chair; no drainage so floor became flooded. Otherwise, stay was comfortable, adequate and good value.

Everyone from check in to check out was friendly and hospitable. The room was very clean as well as the premises. Great place to stay for the price and for the short time we were in Flagstaff.

I forgot my ear buds in the bed. I called the night after checking out and they were never found. Don’t forget anything in the room because house keeping will keep it. Rooms are run down and the train is loud if you are sensitive to noise.

It was a nice stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms recently updated and and were nice but could have been slightly cleaner.

Let me say we have stayed here several times while passing through on vacation. For the money it’s a good value, friendly staff, clean rooms. However, last night after a 14 hour drive we arrived looking for a good rest. We had two rooms booked for several months. One person received the room we booked. I was told my reservation was canceled and I was being moved down the street because they had a big group coming in the next day and needed my room. They claimed they tried to call me but I received no phone call, voice mail, text or email. The results was we spent the night in different hotels 1/2 mile away. We will give them another try this summer but we are extremely disappointed in their customer service. Lesson learned

Beautiful hotel with extremly friendly staff. The rooms were clean and well kept. Continental breakfast was good and they were extremely lovely to both my dog and me

The staff were friendly and a basic breakfast was served in the morning from 6-9am.
The hotel is beside a rail track which causes a lot of sound being transmitted to the rooms specially if you are closer to the end of hall.
The sheets specially on the pillows were not clean and there was a nasty mold in the coffee machine.
There were plenty parking spaces and the front desk was available 24/7.

Extremely friendly staff and straightforward facilities. Would stay here again for the staff alone. Our room was clean and had all we needed for our quick overnight stay.

Quick overnight on the way to the Grand Canyon. Very friendly staff on check in and the room was recently upgraded. Very clean and comfy. Arrived during some cold weather but the heater warmed up the room quickly.
Not an issue with us, but you can hear traffic on the road. Light continental breakfast was a nice bonus. Would stay again if passing through the area.

Room wasn’t cleaned as it should be and it would be nice if they had a fenced area for dogs since they are pet friendly

The room was clean but the bathroom needed a deep cleaning. The front desk clerk told us the restrooms were remodeled recently but there was dirt in the crevices, and smears on the walls. The hair dryer wasn't blowing a lot of air so my wife took off the vent cover and it was full of lint!! Yuck!

In the middle of the night, there was 1/2 inch of water in the bathroom from some unexplained source. I called the desk and the clerk said "Oh, We thought we had that fixed."
In the morning when i checked out, a different clerk stated that they knew it was going to be a problem from 2/9 to 2/16. So they knew it was faulty and rented the room to me anyway. Bad decision!l!
Never was there any apology! Since Econo Lodge will do nothing, the burden falls on Expedia. We get to see how Expedia responds to customer complaints. Expedia, are you listening?

We checked in real late as had been on the road for many hours. We got a room with two queen beds so my husband took one and I took the other queen bed. My sheets were used and smelled like smoke and mexican food. It was terrible. I couldn't sleep all night.

We loved staying here! Pretty simple, but efficient. The restaurant next store is wonderful! I wish the breakfast was served until 10. We did ask for towels and trash service our second day and it wasn’t fulfilled when we returned that evening. When we called the front desk, they accommodated immediately.

Far above our expectations! Amazing and perfect for our one night stay. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name at the front desk but was super helpful and let us know all we needed of local things to see and do on and around Route 66! Would recommend to anyone looking for a great and easy accom in flagstaff.

Really don't understand why people gave more than 2 stars to this motel.
This motel is just besides a very busy main road, a lot of traffic at night, cars in high speed.
There's also a busy railway besides that road.
you can see the train through the window, so extremely loud noise at night. When you get use to the light noise from the highway, a sudden loud noise from the train will definitely wake you up. There is also dirt on the towels. However, the staff at the front desk was very nice. The washroom is also very new and clean.

The old saying you get what you pay for couldn’t be more true. Average accommodations that are comfortable if you’re on a budget remodeled bathrooms are nice and the rooms are large walking distance to the local coffee and not too far from downtown.

Lovely staff, you get what you pay for. Nothing amazing but the bathrooms are brand new, which is a plus. The sheets are very cheap.

I started in the mobility limited room and the wheel in shower was installed improperly and the water was all over the floor in the bathroom and heading towards the bedroom.. so keep that in mind
