The room could have been cleaner. Coffee maker did not work and waited in line for a while to get coffee at the bistro. No one was working at bar

It was clean, easy check in. They were having a breaker issue so the light in the main lobby kept going out. Clerk entered my info into the computer using his phone flashlight. Pool was up and running.

Check in quick. No advisory about room service. Didnt clean room first day. Asked for service 2nd day and did not get it. Third day did. AIR COND DID NOT WK WEL..DAMP IN ROOM. Shower narrow. If you are a big person pass on this property. Microwave in French..lol. Didnt matter because didnt wk. Been a traveller in marriott properties for 40 years. Would not stay here again.

Room was clean and quiet. I was on the fourth floor and my room had a balcony- view wasn't great, but wasn't horrible either. Would 100% stay at this location again if in the area. Felt like it was a good value all around. Decor was modern; chill vibe. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Did not get what I paid for and no communication about it. When brought to their attention they ignored it. Doors to facility were out of order so long walks depending on room and location

The front desk guy at check in was amazing. Extremely friendly. All staff was good, room was clean. Refrigerator in room had a horrible smell and didnt work well.

The hotel and property were very convenient clean and affordable. My family felt safe. Woke up next day. Well rested nice beds would definitely book again.

The hotel was fine and the room was good the only problem was the bistro they have downstairs. They weren’t able to make anything we ordered and then we got drinks. I got a mojito and I don’t think the guy knew how to make it because there was no mint and then he put kale in it which was a weird choice. Ended up spending 30 dollars for a salad you could get at Walmart and two not good drinks.

Staff was very friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed. The room didn’t have a blow dryer and housekeeping got us one immediately, we couldn’t find an ice machine and the kitchen filled our cooler with ice. I did notice I could hear everything from the halls and the last day our sink didn’t drain but no complaints other than that, good stay.

Everything was very nice. I wish there would have been a continental breakfast instead of a Starbucks inside the hotel. My only real gripe was that check-in was not ready at 3 o’clock as advertised.

Our room needed updated. Not many outlets for charging needs. Bathroom door would not close completely. Not a bad stay - but I would choose a different hotel next time we attend the Memorial.

This was the third different hotel we have stayed at in this location, and this, by far, was the BEST! Definitely the cleanest and most friendly staff who were very attentive to any requests! The property was in great condition. Only negative was no coffee in the lobby, but they supplied unlimited packs of coffee for the room coffee maker.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, the bathroom sink was badly cracked in an almost complete circle halfway up the bowl and there was no coffee maker in the room. There was also a lot of dirt in the corners of the bathroom and the balcony floor had lots of dead leaves on the floor. It's a shame because, otherwise, it was a very nice room. I guess the most concerning thing was that I booked the room for two nights online and was charged a different price (MORE) when we checked in than what was listed online and what my reservation said. AND, yes, the online reservation included all taxes and fees. Then when we got to the room, there was an lower price of $179 for a King bed listed on the door. When I asked about it I was told "Sorry, we've just recently changed management and that price is unfortunately wrong" I think by law you can't change prices on a reservation and if you have a sign quoting a lower price than what you are charging you have to honor the lower price. I like the hotel and I would like to stay again, but you really have to get some basic issues changed

Great hotel. Easy access from freeway, but also comfortable and quite in teh courtyard etc. The Lobby was particularly nice. Lots of spaces to have small groups of friends together to talk.
