Nice place to stay.

Sadly, no breakfast.

Getting connected to the internet isn’t as straightforward as it should be. They engineer it so you feel you have to join their Rewards system.

Room was very good .Other matters not so good

No swimming pool No buffet breakfast as before .No access to building except at front door .No proper reception a very small desk a not so helpful man at evening check in No conceirge and no help with baggage at all

Didn’t feel the price reflected the quality. Pricey for a hotel under renovation with some amenities closed.

Location (close to the highway), balcony, room was clean

Under construction and wasn’t told until after I got there. Pool was closed/fire pit was closed/ elevator closest to our room was closed. Parking had to be done in back and no doors but the front worked with room key so be prepared to walk with all your stuff. Elevator that did work sounds like it’s your final destination when doors open/close.

We called the day before to make sure the pool and hot tub were open and the staff on the phone told us that they were. When we got there the day of our stay, both were closed for renovation.

Never make this mistake again.

location got my need

It was being remodeled. I’ve stayed in many locations as such, but never one handled so poorly. Long walks from parking. Longer walks to room because of exterior doors “sensors not working”…and mud and trash all over the side entry (only one working) that you’re redirected to. And after my long hike to the room, the keys would not work. Staff is pleasant and try hard, but their leadership has let them down. Booking should not be offering this property until the work is complete. There are several options at the same exit. The room itself was clean and fine.

No gym no pool

location

We stayed here last year for Christmas holidays and everything was great especially we liked gym and pool. Since we had good experience previous year we booked again this year. It turned out that the both gym and pool were closed due to renovations. There is no information about that on the website and booking.com. It is deceiving! We were planning to stay here for 5 nights but ended up staying 1 night and moved to Sheraton. it was a big disappointment and hassle.

Know the place is ripped up and you are paying for a room to sleep onyl for the price.

I like they refunded my money for the second night sonce the place was filthy and the facilities ripped up.

I did not like they did not inform you ahead of time all the facilities were not available nor that the halls were filthy and the room had crumbs on the floor. T was definately not Marriott standards!

The room was very clean and the staff at the desk were very kind.

Bed was uncomfortable as well as the pillows were to soft. It felt like I was going to fall out of bed. Mattress needs replaced.

Exceptional

Check in was super easy. The staff at the bistro in the evening was a lovely woman who managed the bistro alone. She was friendly and very efficient.

The bistro was only open after 7 pm. Arriving in the late afternoon it would have been nice to have the bistro available.

it was ok.

location

the property is going under renovations and we didn’t know until we had already booked the room. the room given to us was right by the construction zone on the building and equipment so we heard them working at the crack of dawn. the bathroom was not clean nor the sheets.
