Overall disappointing and unenjoyable. We had to check into another hotel for the remainder of our weekend.

Good location to Columbus and highway

We were given a room key to a room that already had guests in it. We walked right into them sleeping and when we told the front desk they didn’t apologize, just gave us another room. Then, the room they gave us had roaches in it. Several different types. The way the staff reacted indicated it was a frequent issue.

Could use an update. I had a couple issues with things but it was taken care of quickly and nicely.

It kinda sucked but wasn’t the worst I guess.

Honestly, the only real plus I can speak on was that the price was good. And I guess the staff were friendly.

I’ve stayed at quite a few different WoodSprings since I’m away for work a lot. This one kind of sucked. It was ran down and dated. It was not very clean. Quite a few shady occupants. The night shift guy was friendly but often no where to be found when I needed to swap my towels out. Anyways, I wasn’t impressed. The Dayton WoodSpring is good to go! This one though, no bueno.

Bed was way smaller than a full size bed and the mold in the bathroom was unbearable. There were roaches also.

An affordable clean, quiet, and safe establishment. Located close to everything shopping and dinning

I have stayed at this hotel for the past 7 days for work. I have yet to find anything to complain about. With an affordable rate, a prim location for shopping/dinning, and anything to do in Columbus. I'm staying at this location for another week, which I wouldn't be doing if I was unhappy with any part of my stay.

Since arriving, I haven't run into any issues or have any complaints in my first 7 days stay.

No face towels in the bathroom, roaches in the room. No phones in the room There was no receptionist at the front desk, or answered the emergency calls.

Did not stay. The hotel look like a trap house.

Did not stay, the young lady Connie was so nice. She stated breakfast was not being served, but he had a stove and frigde in the room.

The room was too small and smelly. I reserved a double queen or king and a got a full size bed. Me and my husband could not function in that room

Nothing, a hotel close to the Ohio State Football Stadium.

The customer service sucked. We arrived later then what we wanted and had to wake up the lady in charge. To check us in. She was not happy

the lady that checked me in.

live roach in dresser, loud noises and thumping early in the morning, they knocked on door twice during my checkout day in the same hour, trash in hallways and elevators and putrid smells in the hallways

Staying at your Woodbridge I70 was easy to anything and back quickly! Comfy clean beds!! Very peacef

We overslept breakfast..the Best staff with friendly smiles!

A pool, only if I was staying longer than a couple of days.

Good place to stay with pets

> Ease of access > friendly on site Mgr > covered basic living needs.

> Being a pet friendly facility, the room carried a very strong wet dog stench, that was overwhelming until the room cooled some. > seems to have become more of an apartment bldg as many clientele appear to live here, including children. > I could hear the cell phone vibration of the person in room next to me. Walls may be somewhat thin.

price

It needs updated. Carpet is old and stained. Countertop is delaminated. The bigger issue is an external door that doesn’t close and lock. Definitely not what I expected to spend my money on.

Trash was all outside on the ground alot of it dirty mattresses on bed meth heads /dope heads all in the hallways and outside key didn't work after I came BK in waited 25 minutes for staff to come open it
