Worst room ever

The rooms needs upgraded, the bath tub needs completely done over inside and out, the rooms needs updated room chairs because the room chairs are trip hazardous, the chairs or too flimsy and the legs on the chairs are too wide. The rooms needs a microwave because there is no microwave inside the rooms, if you want to warm up your food you have to go to the lobby area just to warm up your food.

Cheapest available for what we were asking but the stay was so-so. We’ve been in 2 different rooms. The first room was handicap accessible which we didn’t actually need but whatever, not a big deal. The issue was in the cleanliness of both the rooms. There was stuff all over the wall and shower/tub of the accessible room and the fridge didn’t work. The second room was dirtier, it smelled like dog poop, there looked to be what seemed like human feces on the wall, the floors were filthy, the frame/base of the beds looked like they don’t get cleaned, around the toilet and behind the beds were filthy as well, and the bath towels had hair on them. The Capet walking into the room had dirt all over it. You could tell our second room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly or probably at all. I watched a housekeeper remake a bed and spray it over with febreeze after someone had checked out of that room. The day receptionist seemed like she had an attitude because I asked to change rooms. I would stay here again after the rooms get a good deep cleaning.

Despite it not having no microwave iron and no iron board. The room was clean and ready on time.

The manager and GM are never available and don’t seem to care. Staff at the front desk do their best though.

I requested a non smoking room w/ a refrigerator. We were given room 214. The smoke detector had a plastic bag covering it. The phone line was cut, the phone was filthy, and & the fridge did not work.There was Marijuana residue (the end of a joint) sitting on the phone.The smoke detector should have brought uncovered.I asked the person at check in did she know the fridge didn't work she said she worked nights and didn't know that kind of information.We were given another room.Very unsatisfied.

Great unbothered stay

For some odd reason, there was a continuous Irritating noise which sounded like a generator which appeared to be coming from the inside of the walls. This noise lasted from the time i checked in until the time I checked out. As a result of this irritating noise, i couldn't sleep on both days. I called down to the front desk, and they claim that they also hear the noise as well, but they have absolutely NO idea where the noise is coming from

Ms.Terrial was such a great help to me . She very attentive & proactive. She didn’t hesitate to assist me & get me checked in swiftly ! Overall Ms.Terrial definitely increased the value of my stay ! very worth it & I will be booking through this location again for the great hospitality on not just her behalf but the whole staff .

The person at the counter wanted to charge me $25 for checking in at 2 vs 3. There were no towels. The room stunk like someone was smoking pot in it. The room was was falling apart. While the heater worked it made a struggling loud sound. Never again motel 6.

it needs to be taking care it’s out dated and most of the stuff are broke ! Showers dirty bathroom, linen and towels smell

The clerk..a young lady named Sam...was wonderful. A very warm welcome...and charming personality. She is a definite asset to your company.

Room was very dirty feeling. Pillows stained. Very few Bath linens. Room smelled like mildew. floors dirty. Pictures and website very deceiving.

Room was dirty and dated. Lobby area dirty and service was not good. Price was reasonable. Ok if you are just looking for a place to sleep, not much else.

The room smell like moisture, the floors was missing some flooring, children stomping on floors over head half night, blankets were thln, bath tub faucet was leaking, some of the bath towels looked dirty. Ordered a King bed ended up with two single beds /King bed was not available?

Room was clean and neat but smelled like smoke, property is pretty shabby

There were issues with the key We rented two rooms, a King and a Double; neither room had a trash can. The lamps beside the beds did not function, there was no lightbulb in the desk lamp in the King room. Neither room had a TV remote. The faucet in the King room trickled and did not work properly, and in the bathroom, there was no shower head attached to the pipe, so you took the shower under just the shower pipe. The bedspread was visibly worn out. It was at least clean, from what we could see. The staff when we checked in was polite and helpful.

Staff was friendly. I liked that my family & I had a room that was inside, & not outside. However, The bathroom floor was really dirty, & with long hair all over the floor. Shower water pressure was low (although clean, ehh g was very weird because the floor was dirty). Condensation on the wood floor by a/c. My son slipped, but thankfully caught himself against the window. Along that same side, the floor felt like it was going to cave in. Mini fridge was barely cool. But linen/bedding was clean (we slept on our throw blankets as we always do no matter the property we stay at). Room was updated.

The staff was very nice, very helpful. The property was under construction so there was that, but there was garbage around the perimeter of the motel. The bathroom was so gross I wouldn’t get in the shower. There was a lot of sketchy behavior here by the guests, some looked like they were on drugs and just plain messed up. Moral of the story is that you get what you pay for. I’d never stay here again or at a Motel 6, I felt super unsafe.

The room smells dog and never been clean, bathtub is clogged, door lock mechanism is not working properly, no managers are available to talk, AC is not working and the sink faucet water comes out very slow. We even checked out on the following day and never stayed again. Asking for a full refund!!

This place has roaches. Within two hours of being there i requested a refund and they refused to give me one. The front desk was extremely rude. This place is absolutely disgusting!

This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed at. The smoke detector wasn't hooked up, neither was the sprinkler system. Sheets were too small. Handle on inside bathroom door needed to be fixed. Shower came off in my hand. Air conditioner unit was filthy. Our key card kept deactivating. The mattress was stained. It was not good at all.

Absolutely horrible!!!! Rooms filthy doors did not lock were not ready at 3 and I checked in at 4 Ended up driving 51/2 hours home was so disappointed did not not to stay there

Terrible stay, the place is a dump and smells like weed every where including in the room.

The only thing going for them is the pool. Please don't waste your money as I did
