Very average Budget hotel, difficult entry to property, and no elevator...bad for seniors. very little breakfast provided...hardly worth participating for morning except coffee. Overall could have a better stay at other hotels for a few dollars more....rating should be about a 7 of 10.

Staff was friendly and fast at check in. Room was clean but smelled a bit musty. There was some mold around the window frame, and while not uncommon for the area was disappointing. Great value for the cost. Breakfast was good.

The location was convenient. The odor from air fresheners was intense, caused an asthma attack for me. The breakfast is only continental, something that should have been clearly stated at booking. The bed was soft, and there was lots of hot water with good water pressure for showers.

Property is old but kept up okay. “Free breakfast” is nothing but cereal, yogurt and toast, so really not breakfast. Building is tucked back off main road, totally missed it the first time around the block. Lots of food options in the area.

Did not like the fact that beds and towels were addressed only every second day. We have never encountered this strange policy in any motel/ hotel we have ever stayed at anywhere in the world and we travel a tremendous amount. Only expected a made up bed and fresh towels ( if necessary ) but the management indicated their policy was to makeup beds and address towel necessities every second day—-not acceptable!

The air conditioner wasn't cold and the mattress was poor quality and sunken in. As a result I didn't sleep at all, and was a wreck for my work meeting the next day.

The wifi didn't really work well at all in my room. I was at the end of the hall, farthest from the lobby. I could connect, but couldn't even load emails. As soon as I walked to the lobby, it worked great, so definitely location related.
I was on the first floor and the floor above me was very loud. I could easily hear people above me walking around. Loud, squeaky sounds :-(

My stay at this hotel was pleasant. If you are planning to visit Seattle and are looking for a budget accommodation, this would be a good option. Although I would suggest getting a rental car to visit around in Seattle if staying at this property as the Uber and Lyft charges are expensive to/from Seattle.

Property owners are VERY STRICT. They watch you in the cameras like a hawk and have very odd rules for the hotel...such as no taking food to uour room. It was clean and linens smelled freshly bleached which i appreciate.

This hotel is in a convenient location to dining options. The are is acceptable. The hotel itself was very clean, but dated, and showing signs of wear. The room was clean and quiet, mattress was fine, the pillows wer just okay .A continental breakfast is provided, the eating area is small and you are not permitted to carry food back to your room . I did not care for powdered coffee creamer, and feel like the small extras of half and half or flavored creamers would be a welcome addition. The coffee was good, just not the creamer.
I will say the front desk woman went above and beyond to accommodate our needs of an accessible room She was very kind, and we really appreciated her efforts to help us.

When it comes to hotels, I don’t like paying for pools, saunas, and treadmills I won’t use, or connected restaurants that are just overpriced. I just want a clean room, a comfortable bed, and a safe location. This place delivers on all three, at a reasonable price Seattle-wise. Would stay again.

I only needed the room for one night the front desk person was very friendly. Only complaint is when I walked in the room it did stink like cigarette smoke it takes them a while to return your $100 charge for incidentals. It’s been a week and I’m still waiting for that charge to be returned. It typically doesn’t take this long with other hotels.

I would never recommend this place. This was the worst accommodations I have ever stayed at. Thank goodness it was just for a night. Let’s start with there was food in the fridge from a previous guest. The room smelt of men’s Cologne masking a musty odor, probably from the food found under the bed. Get in the shower and they have the light switches for the bathroom in the shower on the shower wall l(wow what an electrical safety hazard).
Also noticed mold on the sprinkler head! The fridg is barely cold. Tried to mention this to the front desk. Person didn’t want to hear it.

Room A/C filter was FILTHY. Room mini fridge was NOISEY. Continental breakfast had no protein..just cereal & bread & 2 bananas & sugary yogurt. Cream cheese was available but no bagels.

Was a decent place to stay. It was quiet and secluded kind of area. Walking distance for food which is always great. Room was small but that was fine. Ovwrall the room was very clean excwpt when we were packing up to leave i noticed an article of clothing behindnthe corner chair that was not ours! We left it there. We had the room with jaccuzzi tub. It was small but served its purpouse the night before surgery to relax in. It was clean except aomeonea left behind hairs. I alwatya bring cleaning spray so i cleaned it myself for my own comfort.water pressure was great! Continentl breakfast wasnt what i had thought it would be. I thought the bed was veyry comfy but the pullows were hard as rocks. The spouse says the opposite. Overall decent and would stay again in a quick fix situation or need budget friendly for sure.
