Superb

It was a very nice facility clean and modern comfortable beds

First time I called fit early check in the lady who answered didn't answer with the hotel name then said ok for early check in. Messaged property to confirm just in case and was told I couldn't early check in. Otherwise it was great

I felt gross after staying there

Nothing about it. Was absolutely disgusting. Elevator service card was expired by three months so who knows when that ends up failing. The staff was all loud every day and the whole hotel smelled like Chinese food.

The gal that helped me when I checked in was very helpful. When I had an issue with the TV, she immediately switched my room. She was very nice and helpful.

Discrimination of disability and service animals

they don’t accommodate children with disabilities such as autism they don’t allow service animals and is obviously prejudiced of melanated skin The manager was very aggressive

This is a nice hotel. One of the best we stayed in on our trip.

The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The staff was mostly very accommodating. Appreciated the luggage cart to move our mountain of stuff from car to room. However, there was only 1 cart available.

Late at night the toilet got plugged up and it took well over an hour for the staff to come up with a plunger to clear the clog. The staff member who came was surly and tried to blame the clog on our not using the toilet correctly.

Clean and honest price

The front desk guy was very helpful. Towels and bed sheets looked very clean and good quality. The room was clean and tidy. There is a panera bread close to the hotel if you don't wanna go so far to get something to eat.

The hotel is an old one but clean and has honest price in comparison to Seattle city and other hotel in the neighborhood.

clean but difficult to navigate

it was clean and the staff were very nice

elevator was not in service and they initially put me on the third floor. fortunately they were able to change my room to the second floor however there was no help available to get my belongings to the room . For a 58-year-old women with a shoulder injury it was quite a challenge to get my belongings up the stairs.

The security deposit, I am a non smoker yet I had to be billed just to make sure I dont Smoke.

Perfect for my needs

Very quiet. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Room and surrounding areas are very clean. There is a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel.

It was open

the shower didn't work in the room and the elevator was broken. Staff didn't wear masks until people approached them.

I may not stay here again due to the disruption of sleep.

Coffee was available.

Someone was making loud noise in their room, and in the hall outside my door, which kept me awake at night.

Great location friendly staff Good size room

Everything thing else was good

Well going outside to grab a suitcase the Night lady told my wife she wasn't the one that came out of our room earlier and she couldn't go up to our room making my wife think I had someone else in our room... Not cool everything else was nice would recommend!

The staff was helpful and the bed was really comfortable!

The place wasn't as clean as it could be, like for example, we found a used condom on the elevator floor.
