Check in was fine, but my room keys kept not working. I had to get new room keys on three different occasions inside 24 hours. Room was ok, but had a bit of a smoker smell and as someone with asthma, that wasn't awesome. Not enough to flare anything up with myself, but others who are worse off than me would probably have had a issue. Breakfast was an average with eggs, sausage and available carb options. Location was great, price was right. Would I stay here again? Coin toss at best.

What a dump. We got stuck in the “other building “ which appears to be a poorly renovated motel. The sheets were dirty and the white comforter appeared to have a large urine stain. Carpet was dirty and It was very difficult to understand what the staff at the front desk were saying. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I felt safe which is remarkable in that some motels in Lawrence have semipermanent dwellers that are suspicious at best. I think this the best value for mediocre lodging. Access easy as $6 uber from anywhere in town. Clean and all service in room worked.

there for Family weekend - hotel needs major updating. covers on bed were torn in corners and bathroom was in need of a major redo as tub was stained and tiles on floor were wobbly. Staff was kind and courteous.

The photos definitely make it look way nicer than it is. Our room was dirty to the point that our socks were sticking to the carpet, and the lamps between the beds didn’t work. The one across the room on the desk was about to fall apart, and the smoke detector was open and missing batteries. The bathroom looked like it had never been properly cleaned. The beds are, well, let’s just say, well broken in. They also seem to be housing some sketchy individuals who spent most of the night yelling in the parking lot. The breakfast wasn’t anything special—standard powdered eggs and some toast. The juice tasted kind of off too.

There's a lot to consider for this facility. The breakfast is more in line with a continental breakfast instead of a hot breakfast. Cleanliness of the room was ok but not really to the standard of like facilities in the competitive market.

The hotel was filthy!! It’s old ran down. We got to the hotel late ready to check in at 2am, exhausted from our drive. Immediately shocked by the obvious inaccuracy of the photos and shocked by how old and ran down the building was we were so tired and it was so late we tried to just get some sleep. About to jump in bed we pulled back our covers to crawl into our bed that we just entered a new room in and found pizza crust in between our sheets. Absolutely grossed out we called and were told we had to wait for the manager in the morning. They wouldn’t even bring new sheets to us or give us new sheets when we requested. Needless to say we left the next day. We still are waiting for the “manager” to call

The toilet kept clogging even after I called them and they came to attend to it. I stayed three nights and had a clogged toilet the whole time. People sit outside their room in chairs brought out from the room and smoke cigarettes there and it’s obvious they haven’t swept up the cigarette butts in weeks.

Overall my stay was ok for the price. I would just suggest locking the latch hook as well because someone jiggled my handle late during my first night stay. Other than that, the facility was clean and quiet and the staff was helpful.

The rooms in main hotel are okay but originally I was given a room not attached to hotel and it was dirty. The clerk at desk gave me another room that was clean. They were having problems with morning breakfast setup and power to the toaster and waffle maker kept turning off. I paid way too much for what I expected.

Low budget hotel for medium cost. We had to change rooms because tub was clogged and not easily fixed. Trash and cigarette butts all over the ground outside. Guests seemed sketchy but we didnt run into any problems. Management friendly and accommodating when we needed a new room. Location was convenient.

I liked it was in the center of quite a few restaurants. I did not liked how dated the place appeared. Old rugs in hallway. coffee machine plug needed to be jiggled for a connection. Sprinkler in bathroom appeared rusted. No USB port in rooms.

The staff is great, very nice, and we made sure to leave the housekeeping staff $20 for their hard work. Unfortunately our carpet was wierdly sopping wet all over and we had to wear our shoes the whole time but was pretty clean aside from that. The only part that was truly bothersome was how the pool and surrounding areas were, with huge clumps of hair laying around. We were bummed that there was no warning about the "spa" (whirlpool) being out of service on the site or on the door to the pool even. The tap to pay for the vending machine didn't work either. For $200 for two nights didn't seem worth it.

The pool says it’s heated, but it absolutely is not. It was freezing. The hot tub that is advertised is not in service. Our room had a broken drawer, and it was not clean in the corners or under the countertops. Half of the lights in our room did not work.

So, the roof had mold on it like someone pissed on it. The cards werent working for the door so we had to reload it 3 times in 3 days. Also, there was a sexual offender at the lobby desk. Every time my woman went in there, the guy who was servicing was staring at her breast.. He was getting weird because everytime she talked he would zone off and stop looking. There was also a guy walking around waving leaves and water everywhere. Idk i think he was spraying demon juice everywhere.

The Expedia ad showed a hot tub and pool. Upon check in, The clerk said the hot tub has not worked for over a year. I immediately canceled my stay. I am not fighting with Expedia and Quality Inn for a refund. Tim

Coffee maker broken in room, AC was not on before I got there and with it being super hot it took 1.5 hours to cool. Breakfast was cereal, powdered eggs and assorted junk food. Thankfully the did have bananas.

When arriving no toilet paper. Nobody was ever at the front desk for help so I called. We was never brought toilet paper or washcloths or towels so was able to find room service going down the halls later that evening and stopped them. Coffee lids were out so burnt myself driving with just having the coffee cup. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 AM. We went to eat breakfast and nothing left at 8:30 AM. Waited for a half hour and wasn’t filled. Went to checkout and waited forever with nobody at the front desk so had to leave the key card and just go.
