Good location and friendly staff. I was disappointed because there was no in room safe as advertised in the description when I booked the hotel. We arrived two days earlier for the cruise and planned to explore San Juan one day before embarking the ship. Although the staff tried to get one for us in the second day afternoon, we already left the hotel early in the morning to explore the city.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a "hotel" if they can even call it that. I just arrived at the hotel and I am totally unsatisfied. They didn’t have any wash rags in the room to shower with and when I went to get some he gave me micro fiber cleaning rags that were bleached with dirt stains all over. The tub is disgustingly dirty with hair all over it. The gentleman at the front, told me he doesn’t have time to figure out the rag situation because he has a report that is due by 7am. How rude and such horrid customer service. However I called prior to me arriving or even boarding my flight informing them of my arrival so they should’ve had the room ready and prepared. The floors are disgustingly dirty as well. When we pulled back the lonely throw used for a blanket, there was hair strands and dirt stains in the middle of the bed. When I picked up the pillow, it was something crusted brown and hard. I immediately went back to the front desk to wait on the manager to arrive. I wanted to cry, my partner and I both have dark colored Locs, we did not even get in the bed since we’ve been here. These hair strands are straight light colored hair, the same strands that are in the shower. I am so disgusted. This is just a horrible way to start a birthday. There is hair strands all over this room and floor.

The hotel is nice to stay. The shower was a little dirty but wasn’t bad. It took some time getting use to the shower controls (it’s delayed). The location is great and staff is nice but they’re strict with their checkin. It’s nice to stay for a weekend getaway. Probably go again.

Need work on August door lock system, hit or miss on working. Need to carry key incase August not working due to poor internet availability in multiple locations throughout motel. Could not get tv to work in one room, and intermittently in another due ro poor internet. Front desk not very attentive to issues

This property met my expectations other than the noise from outside. Our room faced the front of the hotel and you could hear everything coming from the sidewalks from cars to conversations of the pedestrians walking by. You could even tell that it had rained by the way tires sounded on the street. Request a room to the back of the property and hopefully it won't be such of a problem. Easy check-in and friendly staff. Quaint and fun atmosphere.

Great location!! I found the hotel to have basic amenities, which was fine for me. I would have liked to have had a Refrigerator and microwave, coffee pot in the room. The first Representative, who checked me in seemed more concerned with emailing than assisting me. He was also eating at the front desk. The other staff members were extremely nice and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. The light breakfast should add juice for someone like me who does not drink coffee also no milk or half and half for your coffee. There was bread for toasting and at times granola bars or biscotti bars. Wake up on time because the granola bars and or biscotti disappear. There is also fruit but I couldn’t find a knife to cut open the kiwi. We mentioned to the front desk about the shower water not going down easily. The room is clean and was cleaned also upon request. The bed is comfortable but you only have bedsheets to keep you warm. They should invest in blankets or comforters. We did feel safe staying here.

There is no parking, the room is smaller than my shed at home and there is no water pressure. Not worth the price at all I wouldn’t stay there again if they paid me to.

The place is in between residential and commercial areas which makes it peaceful and convenient at the same time. The piano room was a gem!

The people were very nice, the property was decent, but we had 4 people with us and they only gave us 3 towels, we asked for more towels and they were out of towels for 2 days, we had to go buy pur own towels. Hotel said breakfast but was only toast and coffee. Other than that the room was good, the jacuzzi in the room was nice and staff was friendly.

I like the hotel and the people who work there, very friendly and professional, I like the location close to shopping areas, restaurants and the beach, the only thing that I don't like it is that they need to keep the arriving area clear, since we got there we pretty much have to dodge the cars passing by to get out of our transportation, our van have doors only in one side and since is a one way street, we don't feel safe getting out of our transportation, other than that I thing we going to go back very soon

This property looks way better in the photos that in reality. The rooms were old and the AC was not super cold. The pool area is cute, but there is hardly room for four people to sit around it. All of this I could live with, if the staff were kind and friendly. I was appalled at how unhelpful and unfriendly all of the staff were. I am not sure how this hotel got such a great rating. I would go back to Puerto Rico, but I would not stay here.

The staff was very welcoming, me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay here. The one issue was we could hear everything but other than that we had a great time, it’s in the middle of downtown so we could walk everywhere the beach is right there, all the connivence stores were there. Overall i would recommend this place was great.
