Not great . The bed was a thin mattress on a metal frame . The shower just stayed on hot ,you couldn't cool it down . There was hair in the tub . The toilet was from a kids school ,very lower . I slept well and it seemed safe so there is that.Not staying there anytime soon . maybe I got a poor room .

Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the faucet in the bathtub was not working properly. Couldn't adjust the hot & cold as the dial was broken and on "very hot". Unable to shower as a result. Front door was very difficult to open even when the entry card showed "green". Front desk was advised of alk of this.

Stayed 2 nights and felt comfortable in the room. Laminate flooring was decent and the room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was neat and clean on arrival. TV wasn’t set up correctly the screen was stuck in menu mode. Good visit.

We stayed for a night on a road trip from Oregon and California. The Room was mostly clean but the bathroom could have used some attention in the corners. The beds were comfortable and there was a great pizza place right next to the hotel which was really convenient. The breakfast was good.

We were there only 1 night but the staff were great! So kind and helpful! Room was spic and span! Air conditioning worked wonderfully...and we def. needed that cause it was sooo hot outside. Could stand a lil reno on the bathroom tub surround but other than that everything else seemed great! Thank you!!

I never stayed here. I tried 3 times to cancel due to the wildfires on Highway 5. I called and got no answer. I wrote an email and got no response. I tried to cancel via Expedia, crickets. I even paid the extra fee to insure my stay so that I wouldn't have all this happen, YET IT DID. I would like my money back PLEASE. I had to change plans due to the fire and came back home via Highway 101 where I stayed in a VERY nice room but NOT YOURS. Please refund me.

No parking available. Neither Wifi nor air conditioning worked. Staff was rude and completely useless in helping us find a spot to unload our car of find parking. Very surprising for a place that had high ratings.

Room was so gross. I would not recommend stopping here for the night. There was a pee spot on the sheets and we had to go to the office to get a new set of sheets. The room smelled bad and musty. There was hair all over the floors and it was just disgusting.

I enjoyed the stay here but one flaw was the walls are paper thin and the people next door had a baby that would not stop crying all night. It ruined our stay a bit and it was hard to sleep through it. Otherwise it was an overall nice stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The staff and owner was amazing. The hotel was so clean and the beds are amazing. We had a wonderful sleep after a long drive from Anaheim. I had a nice chat with the owner. We will stay here again

We didn’t have housekeeping . Had to get our own supplies. Asked for handicap bathroom was not included. Tub was slippery fell once. Expected more with the price. One of desk clerks was friendly the other didn’t want to hear complaints. Not quiet in the morning. Help making noise.
