Exterior of property is run-down. Room was clean but in need of a make-over. Area felt safe and was reasonably quiet. At $43/night, you get what you pay for.

the room was crazy looking. the carpet is a weird pattern & then the sheets could have been more clean, but overall it was just for the night & it was cheap so it was do-able. also, the room smelt like straight indian. i sprayed my perfume & opened the windows that don't lock very well just to get a " nothing " smell at most.

Don’t stay at this motel. It’s so run down and dirty, I don’t understand why it’s listed on hotels.com. We arrived to people drinking in the parking lot and the room was so dirty, we just left. The stained mattresses are set on wooden pallets, the curtains and walls are dirty, the room smells so bad of insecticide it was hard to breathe. We didn’t feel safe there and had to leave.

The location is great, however the property needs substantial upgrades, cleaning and an exterminator. The owner lives on site and is not friendly. For a couple extra bucks stay somewhere without the bugs, bath towels thicker than gauze and hotel staff that isnt in your business the entire stay .

For over 100 dollars a night I definitely expected better but the reservation was non-refundable. The room was incredibly shabby and that's ok with me as long as it's clean and comfortable, but this wasn't. There was hair in the bathtub. The faucet was broken the bathroom tiles were shattered and dirty and several bugs made the shower curtain home, they were just moths though so no biggie. In the room, the ac stopped working several times and needed to be restarted. In Arizona July thats not great. The pillows were very flat and smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room. Overall it was a very uncomfortable experience in a run down motel that should close down or lower the prices. .

We didn feel safe, the town was nice but the place not. Our neighbour in the next room was smoking every time, horrible smell, windows didn work well, the sever too.

Management was Professional, was prompt taking care of check in and helpful with assistance with technical support in room. You could tell remodeling was actively in progress. It served its purpose; it was quiet and we rested well.

It's convenient if you're staying just overnight, but the place is terribly expensive for what they have to offer. Someone of the staff entered in my room while I was sleeping around 9am when the checkout is at 11am,I've never seen something like that. On the top of that the staff is not especially welcoming.

this property is dated but still a neat stay on 'the mother road' route 66. Near many places to eat and things to see and do.

Nothing about this place was acceptable: it was dirty, in need of repair, and extremely misleading. All of the bedding was not only dirty, but also stained through. When I asked for clean sheets, I was told they were all "single use" and that "a separate company replaces them once a week" - and neither looked true. From the non-fitted mattress cover to the comforter, stains abound. The bathroom sink/faucet was loose, the shower was grimy, and the entire place has a foul odor. Stay away from this place at all cost. Your money can go much further in this town and this place deserves none of it.

The staff was pleasant and the run down neglected exterior, did have an artsy. What I didn't enjoy as much was the room: When I hit the light switch coming into the room every recessed light in there came on. Way too brighkpt. One other lamp kind of dim. Tiles missing or needed grout in the bathroom. Microwaves clock was wrong took me all day to figure that out. But the worst was when I went to take a shower I adjusted the heat until it got hot hot then turned it down and set it to shower and the whole tub nozzle game shooting off. No shower that's half of what I went for. The other problem I had I have all hotels in the winter you have to have the heat it on and it's hot air and it drives me out. Not their fault

This property is in Flagstaff Arizona. It was in the 20s that night when we got back to our room. We continue to try to turn the heat on and it did not work. When we explain to the gentleman in the morning at check out the heat was not working he told us we should’ve use the AC Unit that controls the heat as well and we should have known that. Accommodations were awful as well. We would never stay there again even if it was free. The gentleman was rude and condescending.

The toilet seat kept coming off, the bathroom outlet did not work, the room outlets were very loose - plug in would not stay, bathroom vent did not work when showering, Beds could use another blanket. Good points, bed slept good, shower was nice and hot.

This property needs very deep clean. Found other peoples hair in the bed linen Towels old and thin Bedcover very highly stained Carpets dirty Aircon loud Shower fittings and facets and we not secure and very loose This property needs money spent on it and a big clean up. Not pleasant at all

Although the linen and towels seemed clean enough, the floor was filthy. Walking around the room for a couple of minutes in previously clean socks, I noticed the bottom of my socks were filthy from the dirt on the vinyl tile. The buildings' exterior had cracks and peeling paint. If our reservation was refundable, we never would have stayed. Never again. I am actually surprised Expedia represents properties such as this one on it's website.
