Rooms have been painted bright colors. One room had a mini fridge that made crazy noise i had to unplug. Second room had a non functioning heater/cooler and a cracked toilet seat.

Place was unkept, smelly, dishes seemed not to have been cleaned in a while. Splattered paint where they had done painting annd a bad job of painting and the baseboard was coming apart. Furniture had crumbs and not in good condition. Says breakfast but only had some muffins, not sure how old they were, and cereal and milk. The Keurig coffee maker made lousy coffee. I won’t stay again.

Please see attached photos. The room had black mold and there was something bad going on at the water heater. The room had a horrible deodorant (sweet/floral) that did not dissipate. I think it was to cover the mold smell. The entire staff hung out in the parking lot so you had to go find them to attempt to get anything taken care of. There was no opportunity for WiFi to be available. The room seemed to have a bug issue as seen in the mold pic. The person at the service desk said he only spoke Hindi (in English). Refused to return the money I had paid. I told him I was calling the health department Monday to report the building as a health hazard. I am currently waiting for your company to tell me I get a refund (I really think I deserve that refund).

This place was rundown and had paint peeling off the walls of the room we were given. My family refused to stay there, so I turned back in the key. We would like a refund for this room.

We liked the price and the room size. The cleaning people are competent. The owners do not speak much English and are only learning the computer systems they have. There were 3 rusty hot water heaters in front of our unit. There are at least 30 rooms but only three rooms had cars in front of them. There is a pool, but the water was dark green. There is an oil change business next-door that leaves bright lights on all night shining in our windows. EVERYONE WAS VERY PLESANT, but not communicative regarding the facility, the town, or local restaurants. We stayed 3 nights.

Was a quiet stay but the breakfast was horrible. No milk for the cereal, fruit was rotten, muffins were stale. Pool looked like a septic tank. Pictures online are old pictures and need to be updated. Got great photos but it won't let me add them.

We used this hotel for an overnight stay on our way to another destination. In general, the room was pretty clean, but the bathroom had a mold problem and the pool was not functioning at the time of our visit. Also, the breakfast was stale cereal and prepackaged muffins that was not particularly appetizing. Overall, if you need a place to rest your head for the night and you're not overly allergic to mold, then this is a perfectly okay place to lay your head for the night. Don't be fooled by the free breakfast or the pool. Both of those are overrated. I will say that the couple that runs the motel is very friendly and happy to help with anything that you ask.

The pool was very dirty and was not usable. In the photos online it showed a very clean pool so they lied about that. I booked two connecting rooms and the property owners didn't want to give us what we booked at first. I had to argue with them. The washer and dryers didnt not work

The motel is a bit dated. The room was spacious. We had the room with a full kitchen, it was stocked with plates and utensils. Good place for the price

The room was clean. That’s all I can say that is good about this place. The service was not great I felt like I was an inconvenience to the man in the office that couldn’t speak English other than to bark at me “name” “driver’s license “ “credit card “ etc. the pool is nasty! If your not going to keep it up drain it.

The room was horribly painted with multiple colors. It was on bad shape. In my checkin the man who checked me in - I couldn’t understand him. We did not feel safe- so I gave him back the keys and hopefully get my money back! The room was gross and misrepresented in contrast to the pictures on the website. I told him I would be in touch.

This place is disgusting!!! The pictures online MUST be from when they originally opened. The pool is a literal swamp and is closed permanently- definitely not the nice, inviting blue that is pictured online. We were assigned room 108; the room was extremely hot and reeked of ammonia, hair product, and cat pee. My husband looked at me, and said, ‘Let’s get out of here,’ and I was in complete agreement.
The owner/manager refused to refund our money, even though we’d only received the key minutes before. He offered to move us, but there’s no way any room on the run-down property would have been any better.
Definitely no free breakfast. Completely different than how it is advertised. Please save your money and stay somewhere else. Ive never had such a bad experience at anywhere. It was like a bad movie, in which we were being punked. I only wish I’d taken pictures of how bad things truly are.

The property is in extremely poor shape. We went through 4 different rooms before settling on one because there were major issues in each room, such as the toilet seat broken (couldn't sit on it), toilet not really flushing, cockroaches, and lights in the restroom so dim they were practically not functional. We settled on a room that was ok for the night, but it was still in bad condition. It smelled bad (so did the other rooms, possibly of cigarettes), everything eas dirty, simple things like hooks or toilet roll holders were broken, the paint job was extremely poor, the plastic baseboard was peeling off, one of the paintings over the bed was crooked and the other missing (but the velcro residue was there), and the list goes on. Also, something really important to note, the manual door lock was broken/missing!
The pool is green and unkept. Breakfast consists of practically the exact amount of mandarins, oranges, and yogurts as our group had.
The staff was nice in trying to accomodate us, but didnt speak English well. They were not surprised at all and had no reaction when we pointed out all of these things.

Front desk people did not listen, the rooms were nothing like the website, dust was heavy on the vent in the bathroom, light bulb was blown in the bathroom, shower tub was very slippery, hole behind the door had clear tape on it-was not patched or anything, the pool was very nasty

As an older woman traveling alone, I’m especially concerned about safety. The motel grounds were well-lit and I felt completely safe the whole time. The host and hostess, even with the language barrier, were friendly and prompt and efficient when there was a plumbing problem. I won’t hesitate to stay here again when I’m back in the area. Glad I found it.

The area around the place was unkept and unlike the picture. The pictures of the hotel online are either from years ago or not this location. The front desk and staff do not speak english except to say no refund. There were roaches crawling on the walls. The room smelled so bad i could barley be in there. We left immediately and did not stay. Worst hotel experiance.

Had difficulty communicating with manager when we arrived at property. Told breakfast was 7-10 Went to office at 915. There were 3 dry cereals and apple juice available. Asked if er wanted milk. Asked if they had anything else and were offered an apple. We got a cup of coffee and left. Room was very clean and neat. Property looked tired. would not stay there again.

Couldn't keep internet connection - kept losing the network so t.v. was not easy to watch or use @ all! The biggest disappointment. Couldn't even watch a movie!

You can tell the owners take pride in their property. They are very friendly, professional, attentive, helpful, and welcoming. Check in was quick. I thought it was very nice that they walked us out the door after we finished checking in and made sure we had all we needed. The room was dated but they took care in making simple improvements like painting and furniture. The parking lot was very clean as was the area around the pool. We would stay again.

Place is horrible. Neon green and yellow walls. Stained couch. Wife left to.get breakfast i was in shower and manager literally entered room uninvited. Better off in trucknat a rest area.
