Very well located hotel in Chelsea. An easy starting point for full days of walking to various sites. The Starbucks on the lower floor was very convenient to start the day. My only complaint is at the bathroom was very small and little hard for two people to navigate. The towels could also be a little nicer.

Hotel is noisy. The receptionists need more social and customer service training. The whole mean, rude, angry New Yorker schtick is very tired at this point! Decent location. Seems like it is recently renovated. All in all, a very average hotel. Won’t stay there again though. I travel to New York often and this hotel can best be described as meh for NYC standards.

Great location, close to attractions and subway stations, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Only three blocks away from Target, which makes daily life very convenient. There was ongoing renovation on one small section of the ground floor, but it didn't affect the overall great experience.

Great location, near Madison Square Gardens and easy access to public transport. Lots of options for restaurants nearby. They were renovating while we were there, so condition could be improved and is in progress. Room was clean and comfortable.

Booked late minute for unplanned stay after flight cancellation flying through NYC. Large room on quiet street just off 7th Avenue. Close to Penn Station.

Great location, check-in was smooth and quick. The room is a good size and clean. It was very hot when we were in NY and the AC worked incredibly well. We went to NY because we had to catch a show at Madison Square Garden and this was perfect walking distance.

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise in the area, you could hear everything happening outside . I stayed on the 16th floor. That’s my only complaint but I guess it has nothing to do with the hotel. Another thing I noticed and didn’t like was the fact the baggage storage was right at the lobby. It was messy. Maybe accommodating a separate room for that matter would be better .

Very convenient location, 5 minutes walk from Penn station as well as from 34th & Harold Sq station. It can get a little loud at night, but we weren’t too bothered. The place is clean, with daily turndown service, and all the staff was really lovely.
