The location was very good and we had a very good stay. Everything was clean and the service was also very good. The best part was that everything was nearby the hotel, so everything was accessible.

Very conveniently located. Walkable distance to pretty much everything. 5 minutes walk to Corniche, restaurants and shopping. Budget friendly. Parking was a hassle because there is no parking at the hotel. Our options were either use the public pay parking or valet parking. Valet parking was quite cheap and effectient so we opted for valet parking. All the staff from front desk to housekeeping to concierge to restaurant upstairs were incredibly nice. Although I didn't feel, (but my wife mentioned that ) the music from 3rd floor restaurant was little too loud until after 3am (our room was on 5th floor). But overall we enjoyed the hotel. We will certainly stay here if we are in Abu Dhabi again.

The hotel is located in a good location, several restaurants and a supermarket can be found nearby. We had a very pleasant welcome, the staff was friendly, we received all the necessary information at the reception. we felt as if we had arrived at some American Hawthorn hotel. the room was clean, and we evaluated the balcony positively. we only had a problem with the air conditioning, because it barely cooled the room. fortunately, it is not very hot in March or in Abu Dhabi, so the open balcony door solved everything.

That was a wonderful experience to stay in staff are very helpful and polite charming always be smiling specially thanks for mr sattar elahi a very helpful,very well mannard always smiling doesn’t matter how many time u saw him very professional person n we r very impressed to his hard working. Keep it up mr sattar 👍❤️👏 All the staff r very kind cleaning is alway my priority n we r very delighted to cleanes hygiene I recommend this to others to enjoy a very comfy stay thanks again to entire team to make our stay happy ❤️❤️❤️ Lots of love

Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Ironing board cover badly torn - had to request extra mugs for tea but other than that nothing to complain about - would stay here again - good 30 minutes from the airport

First, I order food (pasta), it came heated in a microwave, so part is super hot and part super cold, and the pasta was sticking to each other. Couldn't eat it. Secondly, I got electrocuted in the bathroom by touching the small mirror over the sink. I don't know why, but apparently there's a fault in the wirings. Third the internet is really bad. The network keeps connecting and disconnecting so I couldn't work well until the next morning.

Upon arrival, the check in clerk was extremely rude and unprofessional - asking us to pay for one night to check before midday. He then had the audacity to start negotiating with us, saying if we check in at midday he will only charge us AED 100 extra. Absolutely ridiculous - we were accompanying someone getting surgery at a hospital nearby and this experience ruined our trip. Parking has to be paid for as well which is highly inconvenient. Hotel is noisy and busy at night. Overall do not recommend this hotel and will never be staying at any Hawthorn Suites or Wyndham since their staff seem to have ZERO training or manners. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

It was a terrible experience. Had to change rooms and ended up the one with a broken balcony. Went to the Gym and found out nothing is working, the treadmill is damaged with used tissue paper stuffed inside. Steam and Sauna wasn't available as disclosed in the brochure as I believe it was kinda false marketing. The staffs are nonresponsive and have no knowledge in handling simple tasks. Especially the evening lady, she was rude and unfriendly. Certain basic amenities were not found in the room and that I have to request. Not worth the time & money for the 2 nights I paid for. I hope there will be change and be better next time, until then I would advice my colleagues and friends that this is inadequate

Also the hotel is in a residential permit parking area which I didn't know about until I got there and so the only option was to give the hotel valet which was AED 25 per day which I thought was not fair for a guest who is staying at their property for 3 nights and that too just to sleep for 7 hours A request had been made not to charge and change the room to a higher level and it was denied. I will not stay in this property next time due to both the above REASONS.
