It's a very clean and comfortable room A+ for bedding. There a minimum suggestions: Having a USB outlets would be nice. Having mirror aligned with the sink would be helpful especially when shaving. Again thank you for the comfort. With regards, German

Pros:The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the staff were polite and responsive. I didn't hear noise from the other rooms. Cons:The mirror in the bathroom was much to low. I mesure 5'11" and I could only see below my chin when standing before it. There was nowhere to place personal hygiene objects near the sink. The television sound and image was of low quality and the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool.

I have been here several times and have enjoyed all of my stays, including this one. The clerks were friendly at check-in and check-out. The room was nice and clean, although I was surprised to find someone's leftover, half-eaten sandwich left in a square, plastic restaurant container in the small fridge in the room. Also, I would have appreciated having a fridge with a freezer in it. I thought that the flow of water coming out of the shower head was a bit too strong and fast. I like the location of the inn, not being right in the village, but easy walking distance to the heart of the village, and located right on the main Route 12. I recommend this inn to those who wish to visit Alexandria Bay area.

I booked a poolside room but was given a room on the opposite side of the properly and had to drive to the pool. I was told it was a dockside "upgrade" but I was nowhere near the dock. The pool was littered with leaves and debris and there was even a large spider on the steps under the water. The filters on the pool were turned off as well. I told my grandson he could go in the pool at the next hotel. Room was very small but clean. The staff were very courteous and friendly.

Enjoyed our one night stay. Room was very clean, and very comfortable (2 full size beds). My grandchild enjoyed the outside pool very much. Great location, just minutes from boat tour, restaurants, shopping, and the drive-in theatre.

Our hotel room was sparkling clean. Nicely renovated with basic amenities, bedding comfortable, desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was cold, but clean. Overall, the grounds were rustic but acceptable considering the price. The main downside was a very small old-school TV (not smart TV) that was positioned far from the bed. We stopped in Alexandria Bay at the end of a trip along the River. We were sadly disappointed in ABay. Compared to Sackets Harbor, Clayton, and Wellesley Island, it was quite rundown. The streets and sidewalks are broken and dirty, buildings way beyond their prime, gift shops mostly full of pricey imported junk, no public access to just sit and enjoy the waterfront view. If you’re looking for an economical place to stay in the area, we would recommend this motel. If you’re looking for a 1000 Islands experience, we would definitely stay in a different area.

Rooms very nice !!! Worst bed ever we stayed 5 nights I had too sleep in my truck the bed was so bad and I requested a pull out bed the front desk lady refused too give us a bed she said. Was a fire hazard

There is no continental breakfast as stated. The “heated” pool was 70 degrees. The ice machine was out of order our entire stay. The staff did not seem to care about any of these issues. Offered no apologies at all. We will not stay here again.

A very nice motel. Well kept, clean, provides everything you need for a pleasant stay. Not fancy but very nice. The only drawback, if this concerns you, is that it isn't within waling distance of the main area of town. Only maybe 3 miles but more than we wanted to walk. Would recommend for comfort and cleanliness.

Exceeded expectations. Here for overnight stay. Our room is very clean with basic amenities: King bed, two bedside tables, a dresser, a place to hang clothes (though awkwardly placed above the mini fridge, 1-cup coffee maker, and mini ironing board). Small bathroom with shower stall only. No seating in the room; but there are two lawn chairs and a small table just outside the room. Property is nicely maintained and staff are courteous and friendly. Nice setting and parking area is generous enough to allow for boat//car trailer parking.

I liked the redone rooms. New flooring not carpet, bed was super comfy. Nice fluffy towels and pool towels are in each room. Staff was great. My only complaint was the ice machine by my room was not working and too cold to use the pool. Otherwise great place for the money and would definitely stay again.

Great check-in. The cleaning service went above an beyond for us. Second time staying here, and we will be back. Great price fo a great little motel. The restaurant in front of it is also fantastic!
