We had a lovely stay. Check-in was friendly and smooth. After a long drive from Austin we were so happy to find the bar/restaurant open. We sat at the bar and Natasha, the bartender, took great care of us. She was friendly, welcoming and made great Old Fashioneds😀. Although the kitchen was close to closing, Natasha told the chef that we would be ordering food and we were able to end our evening with a tasty meal. Natasha is a real asset to the hotel.
The lobby is welcoming and our room was clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is that the shower head pressure was weak; an issue which needs to be addressed. Otherwise, I was very happy with my stay!

AMAZING !!! Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.

Upstairs had people running and jumping. Called it to the front desk and nothing was done. Next door had a barking dog also called in and nothing. All of this happened between 11pm and 4 am.

I had to change rooms cause tv didn’t work.
And this property was $30 more a night than all the other properties in the area!!!!

Excellent property and very well maintained. Ryan at front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. Highly recommended.

Location was great! Close to restaurants & shopping. The room was very clean, & comfy beds! The hallway is why I gave a 4, we stayed in the 2nd floor, not sure if there had been prior water damage, but the hallway floor was buckled in some areas. Other than that, great place to stay & quite

Cleanliness could be better, there were crumbs on the countertops when we first got there. Hairs on the towels, fingerprints on the appliances. Stains on the chairs. The tile needs work in the shower.

My only issue was the hot water was out in our area of rooms and they gave them to us without telling us they knew that the side of the elevator we were on had no hot water!?!?!? Who wants a room with no hot bath or shower? They moved both of our rooms when my son in law realized it. I also wish the breakfast was included with the room price!

Outside and common areas very well kept. Floor corners in bathroom have packed dirt. Carpet very dirty in room. Fridge doesn't work.

The swimming pool could definitely use a scrubbing, along the walls of the pool, the bottom of the pool, and the waterfalls don’t work, barely any water coming out of them. This is an indoor pool. In the hotel room, in the bathroom, you could tell the glass shower doors had soap scum on them. We ate breakfast, the food we oredered was cooked to order was great, except I got brought, hard cold toast. The butter wouldn’t melt on it. I got an apology, but not another one, and by the time I ate everything, there was no point. Other than those things it was ok, I’ve stayed in Hilton garden inn’s before, and seen better, as far as cleanliness.

The only complaint was that the drawers on the dresser would not stay closed. They would slide open making it easy to bump into. Room 403
