If you want a clean place to sleep and shower this Inn is fine not exceptional just basic. I’ve stayed here several times in differing rooms and found that the beds are not consistent, some more comfortable than others. No restaurant, pool or bar very bare bones.

It was very nice and I wanted to add in this review that the staff was very helpful and kind we actually needed a ride into town and the owner was kind enough to give my husband a ride to get the vehicle we wanted, it was very nice and helpful of her.

It was very clean and comfy, the only thing I thought would have been helpful is they took all the phones out of the rooms so we couldn't make any calls unless we bothered them in the office because not everyone has a cell phone, and I really appreciate that they let me use their phone but I felt intrusive about being in the office making calls when they were doing things that they needed to do and I felt like I was in the way but if they had phones in the rooms I would not have been in there. But other than that everything was very nice. 💜🐈‍⬛🌈🌞

room was clean and renovated. The renovation was fairly well done but they did not upgrade the mattress or box spring and the fridge and micro were old along with the ottomans

The king size bed was the most uncomfortable nights rest I have ever had. The mattress was super thin and every time you turned over the bed spring made a noise. The pillows that were provided were so thin and made my neck sore. I will never stay here again. This place needs to be updated. Complete waste of money

Could see daylight around the exterior door, which may have been the reason why dead insects were on the floor inside near the door. Rest of the room clean. Bed was good. AC worked well. Great hot water to the shower and sink in the evening. In the morning, no hot water to either.

I booked a room with two queen beds. The room is huge, bright and cleaned. The beds are very comfy! The staff is super nice attentive! I will definitely book this hotel for my next trip I am here again.

this is definitely a budget hotel. bed was not comfortable--my husband killed about 5 spiders in the bathroom. towels were scratchy I just needed an inexpensive hotel for my daughter's wedding. would not stay here again.

Staff was helpful on arrival. Front window louvers broken in room so we closed drapes. Overhead light comes on and off intermittently, and the toilet seat is loose enough to make useage an adventure. Only one nightstand has power making charging for 2 people difficult.

We stayed here to attend Newport Jazz Festival. It is such a lovely area and the property is lovely as well! Our room had been renovated and was spacious and lovely. The beds were so comfortable! We will stay again!

Convenient location. Close to Newport, Wickford, North Kingston, Naragansett. Nice restaurant on site with attentive, amiable staff. Room was clean and comfortable, although my room did not have soap and toilet paper holder was very loose. Overall a pleasant, overnight stay.

It’s a motel, it’s not extravagant, but very reasonably priced. Room was very clean and extremely roomy. Parking was easy and restaurant on property was great for breakfast. I would definitely return.

It was not what we had expected for the price we paid. The room itself was good, bed was comfortable, the property was decent. We had some stains on our towels unfortunately and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Our neighbor was a nightmare with his two dogs barking,chain smoking, and constant coughing right outside of our door. The walls were extremely thin so if you’re a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend. We also weren’t given a do not disturb sign and were told by the front desk to find the girl with a cart (who was inside rooms cleaning).
