The staff was very friendly and helpful; however the overall stay wasn't great. The first room they gave us the shower was broke and the water wouldn't come out, while moving us to another room they told us the hotel hadn't had hot water in 2 days. Our son was able to take a hot shower that night in the new room they moved us to, but my husband and I had an ice-cold shower the next morning when the hot water didn't work again. The ice machines didn't work, elevators were in need of cleaning and no beverages at breakfast in the morning because the machine showed to be out of order. Overall, not a great stay.

We have stayed here a few times and each time it is worse. Bathroom was not very clean and not stocked (no extra TP or Kleenex). Poor lighting in room and in the bathroom. There is a light above the mirror in the bathroom but no switch to turn it on.

Great breakfasts here. A little bummed they stopped carrying a decent variety of tea, but still great. Pool/hot tub is usually pretty relaxing. Rooms are always comfortable. This is our "GO-TO" stop between CO and Wichita.

This is an Amazing Gem! Me and my family stay in multiple hotels a year from cheap to very expensive and for the money and amenities it is Top Shelf alll the way!!!! Very, very clean, updated, fantastic helpful staff…. Highly recommend for anything from family to business trip. 10/10

The hotel is nice and modern. The only issue was mold in the shower and the sink was not anchored in properly and the glue was showing around the sink. Other than these issues, the room was very comfortable.

We stayed here when it was called Pratt Inn and Suites and liked it very much. It has gone downhill with the new owners. Breakfasts are very limited with only fake eggs, some type of balony, a few cereals and no fruit. Laundry is done only twice a week and room refreshers are none existent. We will be looking for another location next time we visit Pratt.

Desk staff were friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed my 1 night stay . Hot tub and pool area was so inviting ! Breakfast was very good, and dining area spacious and clean . Definitely will stay here again!

The hotel needs updating…pieces of carpet are lifting everywhere. Staff is NEVER at the front desk (and we walked by multiple times per day): they were always outside smoking or talking on their cell phones. Breakfast is decent. Room was fairly clean. The desk and tv buffet were pulled far from the wall which made no sense (we pushed it back). We keep trying to give this hotel a chance but never have decent luck (and each time it’s been named something different).

Overall enjoyed stay I would rank it a 10 but there was some items that can be improved. I will start with the Pros: Clean, modern updates, good breakfast, friendly staff, mini shampoo and body wash smell good. Fitness area was one of the largest I have seen in my many hotel stays. Bed was comfy and even had a cover for peekhole which is also rare. Cons: water temperature was not stable, bathroom need a locking feature especially with barn door. Lastly, door need a push to close.

We liked most everything. The pool area was so humid and hot. I booked one room for a king bed just an hour before we arrived. One room with 2 queen beds. They gave the King room to someone else in just one hour. We won't be back.

The staff was very accommodating. The room however was dirty. The shower still had hair in it and massive rings of hard water. The floor tiles were coming up off the floor. Room amenities were nice but not sanitary.

Stopped here for one night on a road trip and it was really nice and clean! The only downsides were that there wasn't an ice machine on every floor and the elevators made a weird sound getting onto whatever floor your on, but other than that this place was great!

The highest vaulted ceilings I’ve ever been in. The big time resorts have nothing on that. It may sound trivial, but space is comfort when you’re on the road. My pic doesn’t even show it. My camera’s not big enough.

My children and I stayed for 3 nights during Miss Kansas weekend. Our stay was great, staff were friendly, motel was clean and close to our event. My only negative would be no cleaning service was offered for 3 days. Day 1 I thought, “maybe it’s just every other day”, day 2 they still didn’t come. Finally on our last afternoon they had taped signs in the elevator to call and schedule cleaning services at least 24 hours in advance. By then our trash had piled up as well as people down the hall sat theirs outside the door hoping for it to be picked up. For a 3 full day trip I would have at least expected clean towels to be offered and trash pickup.

…because I have stayed here many times and previously had a good experience. But I have always been concerned that with such an affordable price point, that eventually the quality of the place would start to suffer. That has begun. Half the lights in the bathroom were burned out. The sink didn’t drain. The shower smelled of mold. There was a dead bug in the middle of the floor, trash in the fridge, stickers on the wall. And the AC unit was so loud and clunky that I couldn’t even use it if I wanted to sleep. Oh and the WiFi was terrible, so don’t plan on doing any work. The upshot is that as long as they keep the price where it is, you’re still getting a crappy hotel room at a decent value. It used to be such a great deal.

The room and the hotel in general was very dirty!!! NEVER AGAIN!! I do NOT recommend. We had last minute plans and had to stay since it was non refundable. We found someone’s medication, candy, and food in the room. Obviously they do a very poor job of cleaning or look and say yup that’s good enough. The rest of the hotel looked as if the floors rarely get vacuumed or smelt clean. Nothing smelt or looked clean about this place. Trust me there was not enough foot traffic to the point of the uncleanliness there was there at this hotel. Pictures online showed a MUCH nicer room than what we were given and a cleaner hotel.

I was skeptical of a hotel that isn't a major brand, but this place must be awfully new. It had the nicest exercise room my husband had ever used. Lots of equipment and it ALL worked! Great hours for it too. That said, the pool was large but very hot - like 'hot tub' hot! It seems to have a hot tub at one end that keeps the whole pool hot. The employees were so nice, the room was in almost perfect shape, and the breakfast was fine (It had hot items, but no fruit.) We'd definitely return!
