Canopy Hilton’s are always amazing but usually there’s bottled water, condiments for the coffee. Also the mattress wasn’t very firm especially the center of it.

excellent hotel with really cool modern design, some Basquiat-inspired. Breakfast deal highly recommended. Although i did arrive before the opening time of 6.30, and was disappointed that the smoked salmon bagel wasn't available, and that someone who came quite some time after me got coffee and food first.

Overall good except they don't have the belt for the robe and asked for it 5 times and never got it. Also, very inflexible in changing the reservation from my husband name to my name. Should my husband also get a HH membership card so he can get the benefits?

I was denied access to the room on the morning of the reservation. I needed access to a shower in the morning. The reservation was canceled as a “no-show.” Nothing in the terms and conditions disclosed a “no-show” policy or warned about forfeiture of the room. In the end, at 10:00 a.m., which is before the posted check-out, I was denied access to a room I paid for.

This is such a fun and unique hotel. We really loved the decor and location. We had a small issue with our room when we checked in and were quickly moved to a different room so they could address it. Everything we wanted to visit was within close walking distance. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Overall good stay. The beds were very comfortable. The room was overall clean, bathroom could have used just a bit more attention. The rooms are on the small side, but adequate. They could use more front desk help. I felt for the employee when we first checked in around 5pm, she was the only working and she had quite the line, it took about a half hour to check as a result. The only major downside was our room was on the front side of the hotel and the valet employees were playing music pretty loud that went on ALL night, making it hard to sleep. The location was good, conveniently located.

Stay far away from this place they are severely understaffed. They don’t clean your room and it takes an act of Congress to clean towels!!

Great location and reasonably priced. The down side was that we arrived at 5:30pm (check in started at 4pm) to be told our room was not ready for us. We had a show at 7 and needed to get ready in the lobby/bathroom. When I asked about compensation for the room not being ready I was told she could only give me additional Hilton Points. I asked about a breakfast and was told she couldn’t do that after I just heard her give the lady in front of me a breakfast. She was the manager so she had the ability. PS I am still waiting on those extra points.

The room was clean, beds were soft but comfy, air conditioning was super loud as was the barking dog in our hallway. We stopped for a drink in the bar. Head bartender was training a new guy and was pretty cocky and kind of rude like he was putting on a power show with this younger guy. Check in was friendly helpful and easy as was check out and valet parking while pricy was efficient and friendly.

Great experience, however, front desk staff refused to offer small concessions to guests when their systems were down due to an outage that caused us to not have access to amenities included in the cost of our room. Instead, I was offered to cancel my reservation if I didn’t want to stay there. All I asked for was maybe a free drink at the bar or a voucher for a meal. The refusal to accommodate was in poor taste and as someone who works in Customer Service, I would never not offer something in exchange for an issue on the company’s side. Anyway, aside from that, great hotel and rooms. Valet staff was a delight!

I loved the vibe of this property and the location was perfect for our stay. Staff were also very friendly. My biggest issue was with the lack of cleanliness. When we arrived to our room, I noticed the floors had not been mopped or vacuumed. There was also a ton of debris, stains, dust, and what appeared to be pet hair on the couch. I notified the staff and was told that someone would come through and deep clean our room. When we got back, housekeeping had been through as the beds were made but all of the above issues were still present. I asked again when the deep clean would be done and was told they would send someone up to take care of it while we went to dinner. When we arrived back, the floors had been mopped but the rug was not vacuumed and the couch still had tons of debris and hair all over it. It was so dirty that my allergies were triggered the whole time we were in our room but I had no issue when not in our room. I'm disappointed that they had the opportunity to fix the issue and still took shortcuts. It's too bad because the property itself was pretty cool.

Here are the positive things - lovely room and facilities. The check-in people were very kind and efficient. HOWEVER, our room never got cleaned. I didn't hang a do not disturb on our door so it was definitely an oversight and our check out person acknowledged as such. Also, the front door/valet employees are really detrimental to the overall experience of the place. Once, I followed the procedure to get my car by sending the text, and the car never arrived because the valets didn't receive the text although, as the always were when we went down there, scrolling through their phones. When I was checking out, I was struggling with luggage and there was no one there to help me open the door - instead, as usual, they were on their phones scrolling. It was really bad behavior. I would advise that either they be told NOT to keep on looking at their phones. If they are, they should be looking at the parking texts that come in. AND there should either be an automatic door that opens so you don't struggle with pulling it open while dealing with luggage and an inattentive staff.

The check in was smooth but we found clothes from the previous guest that was left behind in a drawer. The AC was loud and the setting was either very cold or heat, the machine turning on and off during the night made it hard to sleep. First day out room was cleaned, but not the second. We brought it up to the attention of the front desk around 3pm and it was never addressed. The hotel has a great location and bar staff was very friendly, also decor is cool.. but definitely not the service expected.
