From the tranquil bedrooms with their own en suite spa like bathrooms with rain showerheads to the fully equipped modern kitchen with everything necessary to create your own homemade masterpieces. The hardest decision is deciding whether to dine indoors or on the private balcony enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. If BBQing is your thing, there’s also that option by the pool.

It was resort like living without the crowds. Condo is beautifully landscaped with an incredible pool and hot tub. Location is perfect. Eagle Beach is across the street.

Beautiful condominium. Took our 19 year old son and his girlfriend. Having the two bedrooms, 2.5 baths worked out perfectly. Gorgeous balcony and views.

This location is within walking distance of Eagle Beach, and also several places to eat or have a drink on the beach. The condo patio has a beautiful view of the ocean and also the pool area at the condo.
It’s the perfect location. Very close to Super Foods grocery store also. Room was clean and had everything we needed.

The property was great and very convenient to the beach and restaurants. We did not rent a car and had no problems getting taxis for the places we didn’t walk. We will definitely be back.

2 minute walk to beach. Pool was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Clean, well stocked, walking distance to large grocery store. I can't think of a single negative comment to renting this condo!

The description on-line is spot on. The property management was fantastic from communications prior to our visit, the check-in process, the check-out process, and helpful tips. This place was perfect and very clean. The view is beautiful from the patio and a very short walk to Eagle Beach. Everything that was needed was available. Which included everything from dishes, silverware, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, pool floaties, chairs and coolers, bathroom towels…too much to mention. We overpacked because of what was available to us. The pool was never overcrowded, and the outside property was kept immaculate. The grocery store was very close which came in handy for the 1 time we grilled on the outside property. There were a couple of us that had to work while there and the internet connection was never an issue. Honestly, we cannot say enough good things about this property and the property management. When we come back, this will be one property that we will for sure look at for availability. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The pictures did not lie. Beautiful condo with everything you would need on holiday! 5 min walk to the beach, and incredible pool area to cool off after a day at the beach. Restaurants within walking distance or fully stocked kitchen for staying in. Sie and Zab were very responsive to all our needs! Would definitely come back to stay.

Property is just as advertised. Beautiful and clean. Check in and out process is very easy with property manager. Condo has everything you need for your stay. We did not rent a car and used taxi service all week. It was very easy. We would love to return some day!

We had a fantastic stay at LeVent at Eagle Beach! It was the perfect spot for easy walks to the beach, afternoon dips in the pool, and evening relaxation in the hot tub. It is also close to many great restaurants or a quick cap ride away to excursions and the high rise hotel area. I definitely would recommend and return, my family loved our week in Aruba!!

The property is absolutely beautiful. The condo is spacious, and has everything you need to enjoy yourself in Aruba. The host provides all the household items you will need and even items for the beach, like floating devices, coolers and chairs. You are 1/2 a block from the beach and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. We will be returning.

We had a great time in Aruba. The condo was clean and had everything you need in it. Great view of eagle beach. I was concerned about having to get up early every morning to get a poolside chair and we had no issues getting chairs around the pool. Sie was always available if needed using the WhatsApp to communicate. Definitely would stay there again. John the security guard would line up taxi’s for us whenever we needed one.

There are too many good things to list about this place. Immaculate condo and the pool and grounds are beautifully kept.
So close to the beach and the entry guard was always helpful getting a taxi for us.
The owners have a beautiful and well decorated home with plenty of beach amenities to use.
Chairs , floats and cooler.
We added to the float collection rather than bring it home.

We had a fantastic first time stay in Aruba. I had done EXTENSIVE research before deciding on a VRBO condo. Unit is exactly as pictured online, no surprises. We were pleasantly surprised to find paper products, dish soap, laundry soap and some bath toiletries stocked for our use. Kitchen has everything you will need. I had groceries delivered from Super Foods on our first day and also rented 2 8' umbrellas from Travel Lite Aruba. Each process so seamless! Having the beach chairs, coolers and misc pool/beach toys was fantastic. We also brought our own ocean rafts. Short walk to Eagle Beach. We traveled with our adult daughter and boyfriend so having split bedrooms with own balcony doors was a plus. Sie and Tatiana were fantastic with check in and communication prior to arrival was great. LeVent is a beautiful property. Pool was never crowded - we ended our beach days there. Hot tub was being renovated during our stay. Security guards were so friendly and helpful in calling us taxis on the evenings when we did not use our jeep. Walking distance to casinos and great restaurants. Short drive/taxi to Palm Beach area. Our daughter had rave reviews for her massage at Blue Waters Day Spa on site.
Cruise ship days get busy on Eagle Beach. Walk further down to left to avoid crowds on those days. Eagle Beach is much wider, less crowded and in our opinion, nicer than Eagle. Would not hesitate to book this unit again!

Clean property and amenities were nice. Clarice was fantastic going above and beyond with the booking and arranging a birthday surprise for our group. Decorated the unit and arranged a cake to be delivered mid week. Top Notch Service.

First time in Aruba for our 30th wedding anniversary! What a wonderful trip!!! We absolutely loved the condo, so clean & has everything you need. Pool area is very nice & just out the back gate is short walk to Eagle Beach. Sie was very helpful with all the info prior to trip. We will be back!! Thank you!

We loved the modern decor. Outstanding view. Steps from Eagle Beach. Well maintained property. Exactly as stated on the listing. Well equipped kitchen for those who cook. Superfoods grocery is super close and convenient if you need to pick up items. We had breakfast and lunch in and dinners out. All of our restaurants were fabulous. Highly recommend BLT at the Ritz, Flying Fishbone,Barefoot on the beach, El Gaucho. Loved the sunsets from the large balcony. Check in super easy. Highly recommend this place. Just amazing. First time In Aruba.
Go Snorkeling and rent a car to tour the island and the beaches for yourself. Jet skiing was awesome. Sunset cruise 5 stars too.

Everything was exactly as described and pictured. Easy communication with host and check-in/out. Perfect location right across from beautiful Eagle Beach and short taxi rides to restaurants. Very comfortable and clean apartment, nice terrace + view, great to have chairs to take to the beach. Didn't stay by the pool because we love the beach, but the grounds are lovely and well-kept. Stayed with a friend so we each had our own BR/bath. The security guards at the entrance called taxis for us in the evenings - very easy, and everyone is super friendly. Would absolutely recommend!

Everything about the location and the property was amazing. Eagle Beach is gorgeous and just a short walk across the street. I would suggest waking early to secure a hut, otherwise there is no shade. We spent afternoons at the pool, which was the perfect way to wind down the day.
The property manager, Sie, welcomed us and kept in contact throughout our stay. She was wonderful and represented the owners well.

The process of renting and checking in was so easy. Sie was the best! She made it so welcoming during move in day and was always available if we had questions or if there was something we needed. We were three hours late getting there but Sie made sure she was there to greet us and that we were comfortable.
The condo was in a very convenient location. Easy walk to the beach and the pool and surrounding grounds were beautiful. We all had a great time and would recommend it to anyone.

Our stay was to be for 8 nights 9 days. Very pleased with the location! We found this location was central to a lot of things that interested us. Great communication with the property owners and host. Instructions the host provided in advance to our arrival were helpful. The property and surrounding grounds was immaculate at check in and very well maintained. The host provided us early check-in, in which we were thankful for. However, We felt a bit rushed with the host's schedule and availability to meet us for early check-in. Possibly mailing the key or leaving it at the front desk would had been better. Or having a keypad on the door with a keycode for entry. Thankful for the beach chairs, we used them daily! having a refrigerator with built water and ice maker was great for filling our water bottles. The balcony was lovely to sit out on in the evenings, having screens on the slider glass doors would had been a nice addition. The condo is beautiful, but feel it is average for the price. A downside are all the fee's associated with renting. I was aware of the fee's at booking but limited on what rentals were available at the time. It seems that VRBO has increasingly raised their fee's which is becoming a turn off. Thank You for sharing your condo with us. We enjoyed our stay!

Highly recommend Eagle Beach for your stay. Close enough to all beaches but quite at night. Eagle Beach is the beast beach. LeVent property grounds are amazing. If you have been to Aruba before or your first time I would highly recommend this location

My family and I stayed for 8 days and it was an amazing experience. This condo is near food, shopping, and the beach is just a short walk from the condo. We made it a point to visit as many of the beautiful beaches on the island as we could and this place was right in the middle of all of them. The owner was super easy to communicate with and everything g we needed was already there. Beach chairs, towels, even a cooler. Highly recommend this place and I’m picky lol.

This was a belated honeymoon for my husband and I. We originally looked at the Divi resort and when our newlywed friends asked to join our trip we changed to a condo option. This property was gorgeous, the staff and other owners or vacationers weee absolutely amazing. We got tons of advice from the other visitors on where to eat, sites to see, and stores for groceries. I cannot say enough about the location of the condo at Eagle Beach. I cannot wait to return and will reach out to this owner again for their condo. Absolutely in love with the layout, the view, and the island.

My first trip to Aruba. I researched many different places to stay, and I picked a winning place. Immaculate. Very spacious layout and the balcony had more room than other units.. Well stocked kitchen. Great attention to detail and visitor needs. So appreciated the beach chairs and the coolers. The pictures are spot on. The grounds were attended to every morning. To the pool, out the gate, and arrival to Eagle Beach! ( go to the left to avoid crowds). Many restaurants and grocery are walking distance. I looked around me and will not consider staying any other place.

Perfect property and location!
The condo is exactly as pictured. Very nicely appointed. Sleek modern feel. Very well equipped kitchen. The laundry room was so nice to have…we should have all packed less! That room also has beach chairs and coolers….perfect for the beach which is only a block away! The property’s ground are very well maintained and constantly being cleaned. The barbecue area is really nice too. The big Superfoods is less than a half mile away. The next time we come we will barbecue more than the one night we did this time. Lastly, Sie, the property manager, is excellent and highly responsive. We will definitely be back…..it is such a deal!

The property was exactly as advertised and pictured. Two master suite set up was perfect for two couples. Pool area was immaculate and extremely well kept. Beach was less than 200 feet away. Also, a great upscale restaurant virtually shared the parking lot with the property. Finally, the property manager Sie was a superstar, answering questions via text like a professional concierge. We could not have been more pleased. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!

Great time and excellent service. Sie extremely helpful and so friendly. Love the balcony and views. We hired a private chef for an evening Angela Bella Aruba and she was fantastic and food was outstanding.
The super food grocery store has everything you need. The bakery has freshly made breads and desserts.
Thank you for supplying us with beach towels, chairs and coolers. The beach was lovely and lively watching the wave runners and catamarans ride by.
We had a much needed wonderful time and your place could not have been any nicer and accommodating.

We stayed there for eight weeks. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures on VRBO. The property manager was INCREDIBLY GOOD. She actually had prerecorded videos on how to use the appliances. She was super responsive. Any time we had questions or concerns she would reply IMMEDIATELY and either give us an answer or fix the issue, which was always a small one.
