Right on the beach,but not much beach. Tide came all the way up to the deck. Quiet place, very quaint. Small, efficient room. Everything you need without all the extras. Definitely stay again !!!

Again we did not stay in the property and they refused a refund. Only had partial electricity which was only the TV. Property lied and stated he offer a refund and never did.

We were in a first floor ocean front room. Badly needs a makeover. Bathroom ceiling fan/light was inoperable. Entrance hall light was inoperable. Clothing drawers next to Murphy bed need to be replaced as they are unusable. Leather couch has a tear in it. Parking on this holiday weekend was terrible. Because you are not given a parking placard, people that were not paying guests were using the spaces during the day. Very limited parking without that happening. The pool entrance combo lock was not working so people that had parked there for the day, were using the pool before leaving. The pool size is very small so a number of people would go into the pool are but come right back out because of the amount of people using it at that time. It is not much larger than a hot tub we have had at other motels. The combo lock to gain access to the beach had been removed so anyone had access to the facility from the beach. We had no fresh towels or housekeeping from Friday through leaving today. There is no front desk so you have to text a property manager. I will say he was quick to respond as we had a door lock situation that was handled promptly. This was our second stay at this property, but will be our last.

Wonderful room location, with the balcony overlooking the beach. I thought the Murphy bed was comfortable, though my wife felt that the mattress on her side sank towards my side. The bathroom was clean and nice, though the towels could have been larger. The main complaint I had was that I never could access the property’s WiFi. Sometimes I could access the Maverick Hotel’s WiFi. The sole elevator went out of service the day before we checked out, resulting in us having to trudge up 3 flights of stairs to the 4th floor. It was reportedly supposed to be fixed the day we checked out.

The biggest issue is needing to run the shower to get warm/hot water at the sink. The bathroom sink water controls are backwards to get hot you have to use the right and cold.is the left. We never got warm/hot in the kitchenette

The property is right on the beach, the place confortable and clean, the cleaning staff is helpful and courteous, we appreciated the fridge and stove with oven. We found out that pick up trucks and dogs are permitted in this area of the beach.

We really enjoyed our litle getaway to Symphony. Great location we walked for all of our meals and mini golf. It was very safe and the communication upon arrival was clear & accurate. I will stay again.

The ads are very deceitful they state that you will have an ocean view. But unless you are in one of the 9 units on the end you will be craning your neck around the corner from your balcony to see anything. The pool is very tiny only about 10 people can get in it without it being awkward. The studio we were in could barely fit 2 people let alone 4. The sofa bed was disgusting it has food, sand, and dirt all on it. Dont expect to cook it's 4 tiny burners and a microwave. I've honestly stayed in motels nicer than this place. Oh and the contact person Dante will not respond to your texts. I tried several times with no response.

The place was DISGUSTING and it was straight out false advertisement. The bed, supposedly a queen bed, was in fact a twin bed. I rented the place with my partner, where was he suppose to sleep? The room did NOT have view to the ocean let alone view to anything. It was obviously not clean and as soon as I took my shoes at this place I immediately put them back on because I had no idea what substance I was stepping on! Simply deceitful! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They did not even have costumer support or anyone that we could talk to regarding the reservation! Ridiculous!

This property is the best location to the ocean.We was approx. 10 feet to the pool and about 20 feet to the ocean. The room is very small and I would recommend it for a couple only. Loved our stay.

Very clean with a nice view and easy access to beach. And definitely one of the better priced rooms in Daytona/Ormond Beach. The studio is a bit cramped when both beds are open, but it still worked out great for me and my sis. I would’ve preferred an earlier check-in and/or later check out time. But otherwise, we were satisfied.

There was no oven in the kitchen!!! I brought 2 casseroles for our family to eat during our stay. We had to go out to eat instead, incurring a hefty unplanned expense! The unit is also VERY tiny, so don't go with people you aren't close with! lol

The location of this property is ideal and the price is reasonable. Good value for the money except that the couch in our room (the only seating other than two backless stools) was among the dirtiest pieces of furniture i have ever seen. Also, theyll let you book for 4 people but you definitely only want two in these rooms. Id probably go back but would plan to bring something to cover the furniture.

I really enjoy the contactless entry. I also enjoy that the condo comes with all the cups plates silverware and cookware that you need to make a meal. Only problem we had was the shower in this unit. My husband is 6' 1" and has difficulty reaching his head and has to scrunch down. This place has a wall of mirrors and they definitely could have been cleaner. Porch had a lot of left over sand that I had to sweep before I could enjoy it. All in All great bargain and will definitely come back. In fact, booked different room for this Friday!

For the prize, you really can’t beat it. The only thing I would suggest is to have a broom and dustpan in the room to try to keep the sand cleaned up. There was no broom and no way to sweep the floor. Also bring your own chairs because all the ones under the stairs that are busted.

It was clean and on the beach at a great price. The property itself had a nice pool. The property was well maintained and i did not see the random shady people floating around as you do at many hotels in the area. Overall i was pleased, for the price and quality i plan on returning for more beach trips.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Symphony Beach Club. I had my great nieces who thought it was great fun to have a Murphy bed. The unit was clean and well appointed. Dante was on point with communication. I highly recommend staying here!
