This place was perfect for our friend group! We were in town for a concert at Allstate Arena. The place had everything we needed and was super convenient for the show.

My family and I fully enjoyed our stay in Des Plaines, taking advantage the close proximity to the city and shopping, restaurants, and other attractions. The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive to our requests, as well. 5 stars!

The property was awesome, clean, spacious, and a nice place to stay. Check-in process was very simple and the host provides amenities and even snacks that were such a nice touch for the rental. Location is very convenient, 5 mins away (by car) from the airport, very nice neighborhood and the property in perfect conditions. I will go back for sure…my family and I absolutely recommend this options if you’re traveling with a big group or family.

I have stayed at many VRBO properties in different pay ranges and this rental tops my list! Pictures are accurate down to the decorations, newly remodeled, very clean (my favorite), huge backyard, a fully stocked kitchen, so many towels and wash cloths, and private driveway-no fighting for parking. So easy to get to the city and so many restaurants and shopping nearby. I would definitely stay here again, when near Chicago! Thank you for such a wonderful, comfortable property!!

I came to Illinois for my son’s graduation. My wife and 4 kids enjoyed this house. Plenty of space and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive when we needed them. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely book this home if available.

This house fit exactly what we were looking for - quiet neighborhood, clean home, with a wall checkers game in the basement that my 6 year old son enjoyed! Close to Starbucks and Stans donuts, and many other conveniences like Target. The owners left some snacks as well which was a very nice touch. Check out process was super easy and uncomplicated. Thanks for making our stay easy.

The house was newly renovated and all the furniture and appliances were up to date. Nice back yard with table and chairs. Central location easy to get to places. Enjoyed the Flea Market on Sunday and Giordano Pizza close by !!!!

This was a perfect place for us. Very clean, good location, nice neighborhood. Everything was great. Loved that they offer snacks and drinks upon arrival. My only complaint was our bed. The pillow top was super squishy with no support so my husband and I rolled to the center. Owners did all they could to fix the issue. I still give 5 stars because bed comfortability is subjective. I have back problems and was very uncomfortable on that bed.

This recently-updated house was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. My friends and I felt at home as soon as we walked in. The air conditioner kept the home at the perfect temperature during the Wisconsin summer. The open concept allowed us to be part of the conversation whether in the kitchen or living room. The basement, which we labeled as the 'lower-level suite,' was a perfect third bedroom. We enjoyed sitting outside and the beautiful backyard. The beds were a bit too soft for my taste, but I still had no issue sleeping soundly. This was definitely one of the best rental properties I've stayed at.

We came for our daughter’s graduation from Texas. We loved loved our stay. 💯 recommended. Very clean and easy check in process. They even let us check in a little before the usual check in time. This was very important as we were driving and arrived a little before check in time. Located close to stores and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood. Look forward to staying here for our future vacation.

The biggest piece of feedback id provide is that it is not ok for the owner to show up unannounced on the property . It frightened us half to death when we saw a “strange man” in the yard. Thankfully my husband said “let ne check this out” — but what if it was a group of women stating? As renters we are paying a fee for privacy & security. Even if we were still secure, this would be the sole reason alone we would not rent from this place again. I’m sorry but scares are not worth it. The owners’ sole response to us sending the departure text was “ok” - I don’t need a novel but it fit what we expected after meeting him

Spaces was super clean. Newly remodeled. Great appliances, coffee maker. Bathrooms were super clean and modern. Kids loved the basement. We had a great time and love the space and proximity to airport and entertainment district in Rosemont.

Our stay was very nice and fit our families needs perfectly. The outdoor was space was really nice, lots of rooms for the kids to play. It was also close to the airport and made our 4:00 boarding time a little more tolerable!

Great place! We found this house sunny, stylish, and welcoming. It is situated in a back street of a family neighborhood, close to O’Hare and the blue line downtown, and within reach of northwestern suburbs. It has a large backyard which, unfortunately, we were too busy to make use of. We appreciate the late checkout time, even if our schedule didn’t allow a lazy departure that day. The only things that would have made it more comfortable for me were bedside reading lamps/tables and a few throws for extra warmth in the evenings. I should mention that the house is near an air traffic lane, but the sound isn’t very bothersome inside. We will keep this one in mind for future visits!
