This home exceeded my expectations. Extremely clean and open floor plan and the master “wing” was amazing. The pool and patio area was perfect to enjoy the hot weather during our stay. Host was very good with communications and the check in was very smooth. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay at this prestine home with comfy beds, nice kitchen, bathrooms, hot tub and games. It was just 5 minutes to Old Town and easy access to freeways. Wi-Fi took a little bit of work, but hosts quickly helped. Highly recommend.

Everything was convenient, the checkin, the floor plan, and especially the location! Clean and recently updated house, but not without blemishes. Lots of bedrooms and sleeping space, but could use a half bath. Host was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Impressed with the area, house and amenities. Cleaniness could have been better taken care of, but expressed that to the owner who is now aware and responsive. Overall very comfortable and enjoyable

Great place! I had my wedding guests here after our ceremony. It was spacious and perfectly beautiful. Side note for Scottsdale, apparently it’s illegal to have a loud speaker in this city regardless of time. Other than that I would 10 out of 10 stay here again

I held my bachelor party in Scottsdale and this property checked all the boxes. We opted for a place without a pool simply cause we wanted to explore the town, and the hot tub was a perfect compromise for the cooler mornings. The only critique I’d even consider would be that the TV that was supposed to be outside was removed and we didn’t get to watch some football. The house was bright, clean, spacious and had more than enough room for entertaining and getting ready to go out and about. I would absolutely come back to this location and already miss Arizona!

Rented this house for a bachelor party and it was a great time. 6 people sit everyone easily. Beautiful decor inside and excellent location in Scottsdale. Gianni was super easy to communicate with!

This property was PERFECT! The location was only a few minutes away from Old town with a few minute Uber ride. It was clean and very spacious. No complaints!

Gianni is exceptionally accessible and responsive. The house has large bedrooms and living areas. the kitchen is very nice but lacked basic utensils. We purchased utensils such as a spatula, cheese grater, containers, etc and left them for the next guests. The backyard offer everything you need to entertain guests. Overall a great place.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, nicely located in Scottsdale, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, very clean. Ping Pong, putting green, Corn Hole and Hot Tub were all nice touches in the back yard. Would stay again on future trips.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. The rooms were large and 3 of the bedrooms had king beds. Plenty of room with a open living concept. Would definitely stay here again. Centrally located a plus.

Enjoyed a fun-filled weekend with the boys. Golfed all weekend. The property is how it is described. Arrival and entry into place was very easy. Nice layout...fun-filled backyard. Hot tub was great. Great kitchen layout. Bedrooms and bathrooms had plenty of room. My closet was huuuuge! Location was an added bonus...close to many stores/restaurants/golf courses. Would absolutely come back again. Just need 3 days of sunshine instead of the one we got this time!

Our family of 5 attended a wedding in AZ. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was available for questions. The big screen TV worked great and the ping pong was fun. I recommend this house.

Amazing property ! My family thoughtly enjoyed our stay. Shower in the master was very enjoyable. Very well laid out kitchen, dining, bar, and living room. King size beds in three of the four bedrooms was a huge plus ! We can say enough about property and host. We will be back !

This house is located in the perfect spot, close to all surrounding attractions. Plenty of items at the house to keep you busy as well. Communication with owner was great as well. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Extremely clean, everything is upgraded. Really enjoy the location being so close to old town Scottsdale, amazing access to all the restaurants and entertainment. In addition, the ping-pong table, cornhole games were a plus. Quiet neighborhood, With plenty of parking. I would definitely stay at this property again.
