Decepción

La ciudad y la amabilidad de sus habitantes.

El precio que pagamos fue muy generoso para lo que nos encontramos al llegar. El sistema de check IN es muy enrrevesado. Hubo problemas con el código de acceso. El código comunicado por mail no funcionaba al llegar. Solo cuando comunicamos la dirección de nuestra casa habilitaron el código para entrar. Check IN a partir de las 16:00 y Check OUT 11:00. No hay vistas a ningún lugar, ni monumento de interés cómo detallan en las características de los apartamentos. Parking cercano de pago, 20 euros al día. No agua ni bebidas de cortesía. Falta de menaje, complementos y amenites. No hay lavadora. Existe un radiador eléctrico, no es suficientemente para caldear el alojamiento. Se pasa frío aún poniendo la temperatura máxima. No hay armario, solo unas perchas en una barra anclada a la pared. TV analógica. Conexión WiFi horrible. Tamaño del baño muy pequeño. Se escuchan muy fuerte las pisadas del vecino de arriba. Tras contactar con el propietario obtuvimos una atención pésima y cero resolutiva. Dejando mensajes sin respuesta. Una estancia de todo menos acogedora.

Limpio, camas muy cómodas, todo muy nuevo y cuidado Ubicación perfecta Detalle de lavavajillas, gel, champú, café, azúcar.. Tv grandes Sofá cama cómodo

No había tostador Una botella de agua de cortesía

Great location but with serious drawbacks

The location is very close to the Burgos catedral and square

Checking in is impersonal and cumbersome through account setup that requires access code emailed. Contacting the site right away consisted in calling a number that required leaving a message while outside. There was apparently no a/c either on a hot August stay. Late checkout of two hours costs $20 euros

We received too many mails beforehand, not all relevant. Links to registration platform was not available. All info in Spanish. We missed practical info about WiFi. Registration was complicated since we had no WiFi and therefor did not receive the entrance code.

Excellent accommodation - prime location, super clean and very well provisioned.

The blanket and pillows for the kids were missing - must have been an oversight.

Stunning apartment with great location

Absolutely stunning apartment. Very modern, light and airy and spotlessly clean. Great communication for check in and advise for parking at Plaza Mayor car park perfect. Right on doorstep for bars, restaurants and shops. Burgos is a beautiful city that shouldn’t be missed.

Hard to complain as everything so nice but be aware that there is no patio or outside space in 4 of the 5 apartments as it says in the description on here. The picture shows the terrace of room 5 which is on the top floor only. I specifically booked it as wanted outside space as shown in description with the words Patio and a picture of table and chairs and the words Outside? I was told the patio meant outside the bedroom window 4 floors down but there was no access to that? Misleading description.

Could not have chosen a better location, smack on the square with zero noise. Wonderful and cozy.

Could use more authentic art or decor rather than IKEA.. For a more intimate touch.
