La cercanía a los parques y el desayuno correcto . Nada espectacular si te alojan en planta baja mejor.
Estaba sucio el baño y la habitación . Faltaba repaso . Olor a humedad ! Ducha con una altura inadecuada . Dejaban solo un rollo de papel higiénico . Limpiaban día por medio.

Lo unico bueno es que está cerca de los parques Disney y Universal.
Te hacen un cargo extra al llegar al hotel, sin saber muy bien por qué, ya que no te lo explican, simplemente son gastos extras o "A la calle", además te piden un depósito que no te devuelven, lo contraté por 267$, y al final me salió por más de 400$.
Además la habitación estaba super sucia, olía a humedad increíble, y te hacían las camas cada dos días, pero el suelo no lo limpiaban ni por casualidad, olvídate de la WIFI, no hay. No me quedaría jamás otra vez, ni regalado. En la zona hay opciones 1000 veces mejor, me equivoqué claramente.

No elevator and I ask the counter clerk for a first floor and she couldn’t needing it for others yet I had surgery in June and a bad knee and told her she didn’t acknowledge my concerns and I hurt myself Thursday night at Disney springs and my foot was bad trying to go up some stairs and was a challenge I was in a wheelchair at Disney springs from my fall that is not good customer service at all the door was a problem to get in the room too

De uma maneira geral o hotel é muito bom, atende muito bem ao propósito de banho / cama. Minha decepção foi ter sido cobrado a mais no check-in ( cobraram uma diária a mais e o valor total das diárias ter sido maior ) estou tentando ser ressarcido até hoje e não consigo. O Booking me pede uma nota fiscal das cobranças a mais e o hotel não responde meus pedidos. Já enviei todos os documentos que o hotel me forneceu e a fatura do cartão mas insistem na nota fiscal que o hotel recusa a fornecer. A fatura do cartão não seria suficiente? Porque só é válido uma nota fiscal? Porque o hotel, que é parceiro do booking, não fornece a nota?
Triste. Se não resolver amigavelmente, vamos para a justiça.

Close to everything, depending where you are wanting to go it varies from 5 mins to 30 mins.
Ice machine don’t work, had issues with the key, had others complaining of ants and covered in bites. My room had no ants or bed bugs BUT I somehow had bites all over my legs and it was only me. Shower was VERY small, if you are “plus size” it’s a bit uncomfortable.

Pillows were a little too thick, peeling on the bathroom door and the entry door felt flimsy. Breakfast was chaotic and sitting area was packed and hard to move around

Proximity to parks, shops, and restaurants. However the staff was the highlight particularly Katharina! There simply are no words to express how amazing this human is and how appreciative I am for her help and kind words. She deserves a leadership position and then some.
A bit hidden doors were a bit hard to open or close well.

We loved our stay, played outside and enjoy ourselves very much. We couldn't use the pool because of the weather but it seemed really nice. We were very comfortable in our room and surprised when we came back from the parks that it was all cleaned up. Absolutely loved our breakfasts and staff always friendly and ready to help us.
I wanted to use the dryer machine after washing all our clothes, used it twice for 60 minutes but everything was still wet! So I didn't want to pay to use it for a third time. When I asked in the front desk, they told me they couldn't do anything about it because it is handled by a third party and they cannot touch the machines. So I had no other option than to try again, pay again. I transferred the clothes to another machine afraid that it wouldn't work either, but luckily it worked. Other than that, everything was great! Definitely would stay here again.

Todo igual que el las fotos, el desayuno es muy bueno teniendo en cuenta el precio y lo que ofrecen los demas hoteles de la misma categoria. El piso de las habitaciones no es de tapete, lo cual es ideal para quienes sufrimos de alergias.
Podrían tener mas luces las habitaciones, solo tienen las de las lamparas, sin embargo es un detalle.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet, das Bett sehr komfortabel und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Leider war der Boden im Zimmer sehr dreckig. Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber sehr sauber.
Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein und aufgrund der vielen Gäste war kein Platz zum Sitzen. Leider wurde auch sehr schleppend das Essen aufgefüllt.

Me estafaron con más de 100 USD con cargos indebidos a mi tarjeta de crédito que tuve que entregar al check in para el depósito de garantía, poco prolijos con la entrega de toallas, el día que llegamos y a mitad de estadía nos dejaron menos toallas que las necesarias para 4 pasajeros, la habitación tenía muchos hongos debajo de la ventana. El desayuno algo pobre para lo que esperaba, siempre faltaban cosas y pocas mesas para la cantidad de habitaciones.

Tuvimos que esperar más de 45 minutos para tratar de tercer suerte con comer algo en el desayuno, ya que estábamos más de 40 personas, incluidos niños, no tienen la capacidad para atender a tanta gente y el lugar donde se sirve el desayuno no es apropiado para la capacidad que tiene en relación a la gente que hospedan; por otro lado es también inaudito que llegue a las 11 de la noche y las habitaciones no estaban hechas, en fin me sentimos estafados.

Śniadanie choc nie najgorsze jak na amerykanski standard- są dostępne w pełni jedynie we wczesnych godzinach.My bylismy okolo 8 (sniadanie jest do 9) nie bylo już jogurtu, soków czy jablek.Trzeba więc wstawać wcześniej:).Potwierdzam wcześniejsze opinie że przstrzeń do zjedzenia śniadania jest zbyt mała na ilość gości...jest tłok, nie ma gdzie usiąść
