Before booking call the property to find out what they do as they do not follow Booking.com adverts.

The property was not supposed to charge my credit card before I got there. They charged by card! Once I got there, they charged me $150.00 per day for incidentals for a total of $600.00. I did not no they were going to charge me such and if I knew I would not have stayed there. They charged me twice for parking and I had to wait several days before they refunded my card.

We enjoyed our time, a lovely getaway for couples to just relax and enjoy eachother

Breakfast was nearly subpar, but liking food is subjective! However it’s free so we just enjoyed bonding more and having at least a muffin to snack on.

Such a beautiful , clean, captivating resort stay! It’s definitely worth it, you won’t regret it!

I loved the room, the artwork, the amenities and how clean everything was. This was an amazing stay that sits on the beach which is the best part. At night it’s so peaceful and calm to sit and listen to the waves and reflect 10/10.

Great time by the beach, plan to come again!

Close to the beach, complimentary breakfast, drink vouchers, nice large suite.

Minimal vegan options for breakfast, power went out in one part of the room, would be nice to be able to cast phone to television. A jacuzzi/ heated pool would be nice.

Clean hotel but not worth the money spent.

Breakfast was nice but you paid an additional $14.50 per person per day added to your room

Paying to park, there was an additional $150.00 charge per night to make sure the room was not trashed, the free cocktails were so watered down that you could not see or taste the alcohol, the heated pool was cold.

The look and style of the hotel and access to the beach.

I really didn't like that the hotel places an additional hold of $150 per night on your bank account on top of your normal room rate. This is not communicated previously. I had a hold of over $750 on my bank account for a 2 day stay. Also parking was $20 per night and that should be included in the price.

My Stay at the Embassy Suites was very relaxing and enjoyable!!!

The Breakfast was very tasteful and filling. I love the convience of not having to travel out for good food! The location was perfect!

Do not spend your money here, value does not match service and quality of stay.

Hotel was pretty and had a good breakfast. It was a good location, but much of the amenities were closed. Shower was nice.

Staff was horrible. First, they had us booked in two rooms instead of one (and charged us for two!!). Then they checked us out and into another room without us knowing and the cleaning service came into our room while we were sleeping and weren't quite dressed enough for visitors! We spent at least 3 hours over the course of 2-3 days getting this mess fixed. They had the audacity to tell us it was our fault. Booking.com called them to confirm it was indeed the hotels error, and not them. For almost 2k, I expect a much better experience.

IT WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND THE PROPERTY DOES NOR DISCLOSE ABOUT THIER EXTRA FEES UNTILL ARRIVING VERY RUDE WHEN QUESTIONING ABOUT THESE THINGS ESPECIALLY FOR A FIRST TIME STAY THE INFORMATION ON THE SITE DOSENT MATCH WHAT THE HOTEL DISCLOSES

Great location. Perfect for my trip. Room was.nicely apportioned. Staff was quite efficient and friendly. I have some mobility issues, and without my having to ask the front desk put ne in a room close to the elevator. Additionally, I loved the text communication to find out how I was doing and liking my room. Well done

Prefect date night getaway.

It’s new (maybe a year old at most) and everything is shiny and clean and lovely. We also received excellent service from everyone. The employees seem to take pride in the hotel.

Get Away at the Beach! Yes it was cold too.

Our room had a view of the beach and the strip layout too. We were up high, nice balcony. Fantastic Room with the king bed and everything you need in this compact rm. Sink, microwave, refrigerator, table chairs, couch, coffee table and ft rest/seat. Bathroom wonderful and 😍 lovved how the lights came on/off when you entered the bathroom automatically. We will be staying Here again Fer sure!!! Evening cocktails, snacks, or order from the menu. Breakfast! Baby you can order to cook omelets! I'm sold!😍❤️💜

The breakfast was alright wish they had better food choices for the people who don’t eat pork.

The room was perfect we had a room that separated the living room from bedroom which was very nice. The room was very clean and room service and all other staff was very nice. Great experience!

The room I booked was not the same asIi received the view was different than what I was given online. The person who checked us in gave us a key to an occupied room. We were sent to a better room and the staff profusely apologized which I appreciate. I also understand mistakes happen and it didn’t hurt the weekend.

My husband and I loved the following features of the Hotel: 1.Location, 2.Immediate Service Request Response from Friendly and Competent Staff, 3.Convenient and Delicious Breakfast & Happy Hour, 4.Beautiful Decor, 5.Clean Room 6.Security Features and 7. Warm and Welcoming Greeting and Hospitality

The Language Barriers with the Housekeeping staff was disappointing. The Dinner Menu in the restaurant was limited.

Very nice oceanfront resort, but the staff has room to improve. Dogs crapping on the beach a no-no.

Beautiful Location just two blocks off the boardwalk. Loved the room with the balcony overlooking both the pool and the beach / ocean. Very nice facility. Very nice complimentary breakfast at Arbuckle's.

1. Dog feces on their private beach for guests. Too many dogs. 2. Staff did not supply toilet paper three out of five nights we stayed there. 3. Guest Beach chairs unavailable to me on their private beach for hotel guests on two out of five days we stayed there (sun out both occasions). 4. I got stung on two separate occasions while sitting at the tiki bar at their TNT Lounge. Bar infested with bees - employees continually being stung.

The location is fantastic. The staff was wonderful

The rooms were not cleaned daily unless you requested. They did provide clean towels daily and once they understood that we wanted our room cleaned thoroughly daily it was done
