Topp Hotel, sehr sehr nettes Personal, sehr gepflegt, innovativ - ein perfekter Aufenthalt

Innovatives kleines Frühstück, super süß gemacht, tolle Idee...Kaffee, so wie jeder es mag. Familiäres Hotel, super nettes Personal oder Inhaber. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten (Parkhaus). Super schöne Lage, Blick aufs Wasser, ruhig gelegen, gern buchen wir hier wieder ein Zimmer, Super Preis und easy check in - auch ohne Rezeption

Die Beschilderung vom Parkhaus ins Hotelgebäude war dürftig. Wir sind im Haus und Parkhaus herumgelaufen, ohne den Eingang des eigentlichen Hotels zu finden. Wir sind letztendlich zum Bistro Süllberg gegangen, die uns dann den Weg ins Hotel gezeigt haben. Auch das Zahlen des Parkscheins war leider mit Stolpersteinen verbunden, der Kassenautomat befindet sich im 2. Stock, man bezahlt dort (30 EUR/Nacht) um dann wieder in den Fahrstuhl einzusteigen und dann zu seinem Parkplatz zu gelangen. Kleines Manko, aber es ist eben eines, gerade wenn man alleine reist, im 1. Stock geparkt hat und Gepäck dabei hat. Machbar ist alles und mit etwas Geduld weiß man letztendlich, wie das super tolle Hotel funktioniert. Frühstück - etwas mehr Auswahl wäre schön, ich mag weder Marmelade noch Nutella, vielleicht gegen Aufpreis, super tolle Idee sonst mit der süßen Schachtel voller Brotköstlichkeiten, hatte dennoch Hunger. Kaffee topp!!!Auch die Maschine auf dem Zimmer, auch wenn der Zucker/Süßstoff fehlte. Die Zimmer sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, die Lichtanlage ist unverständlich und wir haben es immer wieder geschafft, im Dunkeln zu stehen, dafür wurden wir morgens mit einem traumhaften Ausblick belohnt. Hotel Süllberg - Topp, Empfehlung....wir werden es gern und immer wieder buchen...

Problemloser Self-Check-In, super schöne und ruhige Lage, freundliches Personal, gutes Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis, Kaffee, Tee und Croissants am Morgen

Klimaanlage etwas zu kalt eingestellt, aber die kann man ja ausmachen

Traumhaftes hideaway auf einem Berg , direkt an der Elbe am Strand

Sehr schön gestaltet , das Schloss nebenan ist wunderschön

Leider gibt es kein richtiges Frühstück , aber ein Croissant und Kaffee als Starter

Great place to stay

The place is located in beautiful neighborhood. The room was spacious and quiet. There are no elevator, keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage. The room was really nice and clean. Perfect place if you’re looking for a place outside Hamburg.

There is no air conditioning, but it didn’t bother as the weather was not too hot.

Nice building and neighbourhood

bedsheets were not clean when we checked in (small stain of previous guest i assume). Shower is a bit claustrophobic.

Delightfully fun!

the staff was very helpful on orienting me in the city and concern of my well being. The room was very neat and clean and comfortable The room has a comfortable size and the bathroom had everything I needed. The location was beautiful

small breakfast, but I new that this is a service that wasn't included. Not anything bad to say about the Hotel

A little pearl located in the stunning scenery of the Suellberg

The property is beautifully located and has been built to a high standard. It is a special place to stay with friendly staff. Do not expect a full breakfast - as advertised, you get a croissant and can help yourself with tea, coffee and water.

Friendly, comfortable stay within easy train or ferry to downtown Hamburg.

Gorgeous property and thoughtful touches. Easy train or ferry ride into center city Hamburg yet could take a leisurely walk along the shoreline/beach of the Elbe River near restaurants and lovely homes.
