Location good. Bed comfortable. Checkin and Checkout good

Small things that separate ok from good. Staff availability in restaurant - no one there. Dessert selection poor. No ice cream. No mug for cappuccino in café. Lobby restaurant closed for breakfast - no notice. Asian restaurant on floor 5 open - no notice. Coffee choice limited. Caters primarily for Chinese

ที่พักแย่เก่าไม่เกมาะสมกับราคา 2,570บาท service room บริการช้ามากๆๆต้องโทรไปตามพนักงานต้อนรับถึง 3 รอบ กว่าจะมาใช้เวลานานมากๆๆ ห้องน้ำเก่าระบบน้ำมีปัญหา ระบบประตูไม่เก็บเสียง อาหารเช้าแย่มากๆๆ มีให้เลือกน้อยรสชาติห่วยพนักงานเก็บโต๊ะไม่มีสกปรก อ่านรีวิวเชื่ิอถือไม่ได้เลยว่าดีดีตรงไหน

Excellent hotel and very good value for money.

The staff were great - very professional, helpful and friendly. One young lady in the restaurant remembered my request for a knife at breakfast on the first morning and made sure that one was supplied to me as soon as I entered the breakfast room on subsequent days. This attention to detail was very much appreciated. The close proximity of the hotel to the train line was very useful.

The free wifi in my room in the West Wing wasn't always very good and unable to connect when in the breakfast room although it was ok in the other communal areas.

Didn't worth the money!

The junior suit was pretty big.

There was no electricity outlet near the bed. The aircon was not really adjustable although I tried using the device to adjust but it wasn't working. In my 5 days stay, the room service cleaned only twice, despite me constantly asking for cleaning, water and coffee refill.

A great hotel in the making.

It is new, clean and has good facilities.

The location is a bit far from the the city proper and for those who are used to night life, entertaiment and good restaurants, they will be disappointed. However, it is next to the Purple MRT line which connects to the main Blue MRT and BTS. The hotel is too big and not lively due to the low occupancy. This also impacts the quality and choice of food within the hotel.

An average hotel. There was nothing at all that would make me re book this hotel in the future

Breakfast was not worth 400baht. The variety of food on display for an International hotel with the majority being International visitors was not good enough.

No reading material for the hotel guests in the nicely designed lobby area even though there were many sofas and seating areas. No English or International newspapers not even the local English newspaper the Bangkok Post or any magazine's. I had to call the cleaning staff to my room on arrival because the bath and shower area was not clean for which they apologized.

Location

Booked for 3 rooms 1st room lock is broken and inside the room is very dirty, there ‘s a fingerprint on the mirror like they haven’t clean up the room yet. Another 2 rooms which is next to the first room is full of the smokes smell. So, I’ve contact the front desk and request for the new rooms. The staff took more than 15 mins to change the room for me with no apologize for this convenience. The new room I’ve got look clean but I after using the bathroom for only 1 time I’ve found that the bathroom is not ok at all, the sink valve is very hard to turn and the toilet can’t do the flush, it is very disappointed and disgusting to write that the water keep coming out from the toilet when I do the flushing. I have to again call to the staff and request for the new room but they said they will fix it and I can stay in this room. But I couldn’t accept this situation then only they give us the new room. No apologize from the hotel staff at all for the thing that happening during my stay. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very bad experience of the hotel services and the room condition, everything in the room is very old even the water tap in the bathroom which is very hard to turn and control. The only good point of this hotel is the service of bellman.

This hotel is definitely Grand, the lobby is fantastic, luxurious and at the same time comfortable and cosy. The room was very comfortable and quite large; well equipped and very comfortable. So was the bathroom. Whilst one can tell that the hotel is of a slightly older generation, there was never a feeling of shabbyness, on the contrary. We would have loved to stay longer. The breakfast buffet was a dream, very elaborate with both local AND extensive Western cuisine, simply Grand.

The ventilator in the bathroom was either absent or not working. This may have also been the cause of very slight onset of mould in ceteain shower corners , in an otherwise very clean and comfortable area.

The only place to stay in Nonthaburi

Newly renovated. It seems like a 5 star hotel.

The shower didn't work the first night so I took a shower with cold water.
