Definitely worth a look

The location. The comfort of the rooms (if the shower.is works and the TV is set up and you have no plans your not going to get bored or have many complaints

The staff are nice. I've known them for a.long time so I personally had some problems with the price that are unique to me. If your visiting the first time.and.paying under 100 euros and the room has no problems its seriously a good.deal and the staff aren't rude or.anything out of the ordinary

Mais j’ai bien apprécié mon séjour par contre j’ai pu profiter de chaque instant

Ce que j’ai aimé c’était juste l’emplacement de l’hôtel , tout les transports(bus ,tramway )était à proximité (centre-ville)

La propriété de l’hôtel n’était vraiment bien fait et les meubles étaient pas en bonne état.

El personal amable.

Las imágenes no muestran la realidad. El aire acondicionado estaba roto desde el principio sin previo aviso y había un ventilador en la habitación con polvo y sin tapa. El suelo y el espejo del baño sucio. No estábamos nada cómodas la verdad, menos mal que solo estuvimos 1 noche.

Je n'ai rien aimé. Tout d'abord, l'emplacement de l'hôtel est un très mauvais quartier. Il n’y a vraiment rien. Bien et le personnel de la réception m'a très mal traité. Malheureusement, le pire hôtel que j'ai jamais vu de ma vie

Die Lage generell ist ok

Sehr dreckig, und zum Teil kaputt. Sehr laut, die Straßenbahn fährt direkt vorm Haus. Die Fenster halten keine Geräusche zurück, sehr schlechter Zustand. Risse im Fensterglas einfach mit Klebeband abgedeckt

L'arnaque du siecle

Le pire hôtel que jamais visité. Je ne comprend pas comment il peut être proposer par BOOKING !

Saleté et mauvaise odeur partout ou que tu sois dans cet établissement, des dras déchirés et tâchés, humidité forte dans les couloirs et les chambres, moisissure dans les toits des salles de bains, des toilettes nauséabondes pleines de calcaire, les meubles ne sont pas utilisables et tracés par des brulures de cigarettes, le sol est tellement sale que tes chaussures y collent en marchant. Pas de chauffage central mais un petit chauffage d'appoint sur le mur qui ne pourra jamais chauffer la pièce, très mauvaises isolation thermique et sonore surtout les chambres donnants sur les rails du trame. On m'a proposé 3 chambres mais tout est pareil. Les photos partagés par l'établissement n'ont rien à voir avec la réalité c'est une arnaque et Booking devra vraiment contrôler ses établissement s'il considère son image de marque !!! À fuir absolument

This hotel is awful, unorganized, unhygienic, has poor maintenance, and is dirty. When I arrived at reception, an unknown man was standing there who didn’t know English and had a hard time talking to me. In the room where I was admitted, there was dirt and dust on everything. The money was paid in advance, and when I asked for checkout, they refused to refund the money. I have been to a lot of places in this world, but I have never seen something so unorganized and messed up. I came across a great manager who understood that I wanted help and changed my room, but next to it, horrific things were happening. Noise, smoking in the room, smell, and the endless sound of music I don’t recommend this hotel, and it will be great if leadership makes the decision to change staff and cleaners and improve the overall standard, which I think will never be fixed. I don’t have time to fight. I want a refund from the booking service because it has this horrific hotel on the list.

It was an emergency, last-minute reservation for me and if that's not your case, stay elsewhere.

The female receptionist at my checkout was nice.

I requested an invoice and had to ask three times for it to actually be sent. The furniture was in bad need of repair. The bathroom cosmetics were the worst I've had at a hotel. The lift was covered in nasty graffiti (how on earth does that happen in a staffed hotel?). There is a no guest policy, apparently (the hotel does not inform of this on Booking) -- what kind of prison is that?

The location of the hotel is great, close to tram/bus stops that can get you to the centre pretty quickly.

Our room was not clean or ready for us to use when we got there, we kept getting told it would be 5 minutes but ended up being over an hour after check in time. Even after this the room was still very dirty. The air con was broken, there was holes in the doors, the adjustable shower fitting was broken and the shower in general was covered in dirt. We had a busy day planned after staying here but had to wait around half an hour to check out because there was no staff at reception which pushed our plans back. Couldn’t have stayed more than 1 night.

Disappointed

The location was good - near the bus and metro stations.

It was not clean, smelled like cigarettes, only two electrical plugs were working, hair dryer, TV not working, shower was broken, bathroom dirty. During the night staff was noisy in the terasa, where my windows were. Who works at night!?... and so loudly?!
