Good facilities, not so convient location

The pool is great! The room is spacious and balcony is really nice for sunrise!! The staff are really helpful and friendly! Perfect hotel to just relax and stay there.

The location is far away from everything. We had to get a taxi everywhere as renting a scooter was far too dangerous as it’s right on the main road. Also just to note there is loud morning prayers/music beside the hotel every morning which woke us up a few times.

Excellent RQP

Chambre très agréable et spacieuse. Conforme aux photos du site. Établissement très propre avec le ménage effectué tous les jours. Piscine agréable. Service de laverie parfait. Dans l’ensemble, excellent rapport qualité prix.

Personnel de réception qui parle très difficilement anglais, ce qui est pénible pour les services du quotidien. Service de restauration assez limité. Emplacement assez isolé sans être motorisé.

Amazing stay! Love this hotel and staff!

This hotel is lush! We had two swim up rooms, that were beautiful! They were kept immaculate by the cleaners daily. The food at the hotel is brilliant, some days after a long day out we couldn't be bothered going back out and every meal we had tasted lovely. We loved the location! Nice and quiet yet within reach of everywhere we wanted to visit. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The gym was great and helped that it has air con.

Nothing! We will be back! People may moan its out the way, but to us it was exactly what we wanted and more! Plenty to do and see nearby!

The hotel itself is a nice place to stay.

The room was nice and clean. The place was peaceful and looking nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The environment was not as lively as expected, and the drainage gave a smell in front of the hotel. The beach was not quite clean.

NO restaurant and NO way to access food made for a horrible stay.

The pool was pretty, but we did not use it. I did like the laundry service—was a good price and smelled good. (24-hour turn around.)

False advertising. We booked this hotel specifically because it advertised that it had a restaurant on site and free shuttle to local places. In fact, it had neither. I could not even purchase a coffee. The beds were HARD. There was an odd smell in the hallways; thankfully the room smelled fine. Horrible location. The “beach” was not a beach. The closest coffee shop was a 15-min walk! They offered “shower gel” and a combo “conditioning shampoo”—no soap, no separate shampoo and conditioner, no lotion. No wash clothes for the body.

Spacious room with a great seaview.

Large room with great views to the sea. Very helpful staff especially with kids.

There is no beach. It's near the fishing village. Parking is limited. No restaurant in hotel. Without a car it's inconvenient.

Quite spot with an awesome swimming pool

The pool room was amazing. I love that they bring so many bottles of water each day. The hotel is very clean. The gym is actually very good.

No restaurant at all in the whole hotel but there are many shops in the proximity.

The pool was great

Beware!!!!!!!! Hotel was advertised on booking.com, listing a restaurant, bar and free shuttle to nearby town to which there was none of those, in fact you couldn't buy anything on site, be prepared to walk to 711 on busy hwy with no sidewalks or pay about $26.00 Canadian for a return taxi to nearby town.as no restaurant around only a few street vendors that open late in day for food and nowhere to go for cocktails, very very disappointed on facility.!!!!!!

Not good not bad

The hotel, rooms and pool area are clean. Good beds, pillows, blankets, spacious rooms and bathrooms.

Everything is very noisy, no privacy as everyone looks at the pool or your balcony. Something in the room keeps cracking. The staff hardly laugh and are very reserved.

Exceptional

Loved the pool access room, makes for a fast and easy cool off. The room was very clean, it was nice to return to after a long hot day. The staff were very happy to help when needed. I'd definitely return.

Nice stay at Rawai

We had pool access room and enjoyed our stay. Room was nice and clean. Hotel staff were kind and helpfull. They arranged motorbike rental and ferry tickets for us and everything went smoothly.

On our first day they were doing something to the pool and we couldnt use it. We were quite dissapointed about it because we had payed extra for the pool access room and after long travel day we were expecting to just relax at the room and hotel pool.

The view was amazing

The property is a little run down and my room wasn't as clean as I would of liked, crumbs on the floor in front of the fridge and one of the glasses in the bathroom was dirty from a previous visitor

Superb

The serene, calm sea view and extremely clean rooms made our stay very comfortable. Pool was clean and the nearby area is quiet - one can just relax away in this place. The rooms were of good size and very clean. Staff was polite and friendly.

Place is a little away from west Pukhet and all the beaches - only mode of transport is cabs. The hotel didn't have a kitchen - but there are restaurants and 7eleven within 1 km reach.

Exactly what I was looking for, a no hassle break, with excellent facilities and lovely staff.

The hotel was in a quiet area, it was modern, well maintained, cleaned daily and the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. would happily stayed another two weeks there.

Exceptional good Hotel

The staff was exceptionly helpfull and friendly. Vhester went the xstra mile to assist me in obtaining a Thailand pass. He is a real assist to Aqua resort. Helping in many ways. He is very polite and kind. We will defnetley recomend the resort in South Africa. Sp ecially to travel agents. Thank you to the Aqua resort team and bookings.com for making our dream holiday a special and pleasant one.
