Reception staff very helpful

The view is awesome

The bed was hard and the porter called too didn't want to help us with our bags even though we had small children. He was however happy to help the white people

Pleasant

The view from the room was beautiful but awkwardly facing away from the sunset and sunrise.

The location was very out of the way from the rest of the city, it was awkward to find a location on google maps and it would be a hassle to stay here without some form of transport.

Lovely views

Beautiful views but it's definitely off the track. You definitely need a bike or scooter to stay here. Its a half hour walk to the main roads. The brekfast options are basic and need improvement for sure. Cosiddering they are quite remote they really could offer more in the way of a food menu. Also the music they play at the poolside is very loud and distorted. Staff are friendly

The gym facilities are minimum. The benches need fixing for sure and need new equipment that's not rusty. Also the beds are uncomfortable and the mattress protectors are quite dirty.

Staff behaviour was very rude he literally told me get out shup up all these words for just keeping my bag inside the room i was just 10 minutes late .

Great week of sandboxing spent at this hotel

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The beach view is really stunning, so is the view from the swimming pool. Be aware this hotel is a bit remote. I used it because I was training at the muay thai gym down the road (you can hear the training from the hotel). It's a great place if you want to relax but don't expect to have access to stores and restaurants within walking distance.

View from the top floor is magnificent.

Very poor service, we checked in at 8 pm, no one bothered to help with suitcases up very steep hill. No breakfast in hotel, they ordered something from outside for us which was cold and poor. Room outdated, bed hard. Most importantly we didn’t feel welcome as guests at all. Fortunately booked only 1 night, but be aware that if you stay longer you need your own transport. There is nothing within 1 km up hill in the area, no restaurants, no bars, no shops.

the bed was uncomfortable, had a very small duvet for the double bed and ants were in our room most of the night

The ants, the power going off, the water going off, the people above us kept scraping rhe chairs accross the floor

Very good

The property was beautiful and the view from the room was amazing.

The hotel location is far from the beach and the markets, and restaurants if you’re walking. The hotel does offer shuttles twice a day to two beaches
