It's a nice villa if you don't end up with bad neighbors.
- The staff are very accommodating and friendly. It was a bit hard to communicate with them given that they did not know English, but we somehow understood each other. When we wanted something to clean the grill they took the grill and personally cleaned it which was very nice. When we asked them for a broom to clean up they came and cleaned up instead of us. - The view from the pool is very nice and the villas are surrounded by olive trees. The location is very isolated so it predisposes you to have a nice relaxing trip. - There was a grill, washing machine, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, anything you'd really need. The toaster which we had did not work, so we told the staff and they immediately changed the toaster with a new one.
- We did not expect 3 out of the 4 rooms to be pretty much underground. - To reach the villa you have to go through a very run down road. The road made it so that whenever we wanted to leave the villa we would have to do so by car. - When we were handed the keys to the villa we were warned to keep it quiet and to not disturb the neighbors, but as they were telling us this the people renting the neighboring villa were playing some god awful music loud enough to be heard behind closed doors and windows. We were very unlucky with the people that had rented the villa next to us. They, not joking here, brought a drum which they beat alongside their music up to 3 in the morning and somehow when they woke up at 8 continued on with the music. On the third day we asked the staff to tell the neighbors to not be so loud during the nights.

Amazing place!!
The villa was amazing, super clean and very comfortable. The stuff was great, they were checking on us every day and were checking and cleaning the pool everyday. We had the big villa with 4 bedrooms, the living was spacious and the kitchen has all utilities. one bathroom with a shower was situated on 1st floor. On upper floor was the master bedroom with a big wardrobe, a bathroom with a bath and a big terrace with amazing view to mount Athos. The bottom floor had 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and the 3rd one had one double bed and one single bed. A big bathroom with shower was on this floor. The city centre was really close, like 5 minutes by car. there was amazing restaurants (the best: Blue Senses) Thank you for the amazing stay!!!

In general,everything is good
The interior and view are very nice. The staff is friendly. The room on the first floor is great with its own bathroom with windows and two washbasins. There is also two terraces. Each floor has its own bathroom. The living room is stylish. On the kitchen there is a toaster,a microwave,an electric kettle,a cooker and an oven. But sometimes we had lack of soup plates. Each room has an air-conditioner.The staff provided 2 baby chairs and a cot which we requested previously.
Be ready that 3 bedrooms are situated in the basement and they are not light because the windows are small. There are no wash and rags but there is a swab.On the photo the rooms are bigger. The distance to the sea and supermarket is more than 1 km.,it is 2.And the way from the sea to the villa is a country road so it is impossible to walk to the sea if you are with a baby and a stroller.

Exceptional
Stayed with my family and friends, 8 people in total. The first impression after staying there for 10 days in July, that we got a peaceful holiday, away from the usual summer noise. The villa is nicely positioned, above the village with a beautiful view at Mount Athos. Property layout allows staying outdoor most of the day with a fantastic terrace, but also have a spacious living room when it is rainy. Opposite to some earlier experience in Greece, host payed attention on details, so it is well equipped. Important to mention that property staff (Maria, Panagiotis and the others) were very friendly, jumping in to help whenever we asked.
It is more a warning, that car is must for staying here.

Overall a very good experience to enjoy the Greece summer at a fair price for the quality offered.
Quiet and relaxing location, away from the craziness and crowded Sarti downtown. Ideal for families. Villas are spacious with 3 bedrooms on the basement and one big bedroom on the top (4 out of 6 ones, like the one we used). All required as well as “nice to have” kitchen and daily utilities available.
The water pressure used to make some jokes when under shower… but not becoming a big deal.

Nice place but not worth the money and in need of maintenance
The villa is equipped with everything you might need for a family holiday. Tastefully furnished but mainly with IKEA furniture. The absolute highlights are the private pool and the total peace in the middle of the countryside, provided you don't get noisy neighbours listening to loud music.
The villa was delivered to us very superficially clean and throughout our stay (8 days) it was never cleaned!!! On our fourth day we asked for someone to come and clean and our host Diogenes told us someone would come. Neither did anyone show up nor were we notified that no one was coming. When we complained, someone was sent the next day but they only changed the sheets and towels, leaving the floors and bathrooms dirty. We had problems with the wifi both when we arrived and on the last day. The response in both cases was that they would send a technician, who never came. In the first case we managed to solve the problem by finding a solution ourselves and setting fixed IPs, and in the second case the problem resolved itself. The sink in one of the bathrooms was leaking, a problem that was certainly well known from the trace of water on the floor. We reported it and again we were told that a technician would come, needless to say he never came. In short, there is no kind of service and you are also taken for a ride with non-existent technicians, if everything goes well is definitely a nice place but not worth the money it costs. On our departure we requested to check out at 12 noon, as seen done by neighbours the previous day, but we were told it was not possible because the villa needed to be cleaned for the imminent arrival of new guests. So we were ready to leave at 10.30 a.m. and informed a staff member who asked us to wait. We waited until 11:30 and asked how much longer it would take. Only then did the elderly owner show up. We thought he was going to inspect the villa, but we soon realised that he had been keeping us waiting just to ask us to leave a positive feedback !!! At this point I wonder how true are the overly positive feedbacks given by other users.
